BREAKING: THE PRESIDENT FIRED MATTIS WITHOUT EVEN INFORMING HIM!

President Obama, that is:

"...Gen. Mattis was travelling and in a meeting when an aide passed him a note telling him that the Pentagon had announced his replacement as head of Central Command. It was news to him -- he hadn't received a phone call or a heads-up from anyone at the Pentagon or the White House."

But...but...why would President Obama fire The Only Man Who Can Possibly Save America?:

"A particular point of disagreement was what to do about mischief Iran is exporting to other countries. Mattis is indeed more hawkish on this than the White House was."

Oh. Mattis was asking pesky questions about Iran. And arming Iran with nukes was why Obama ran for president in the first place.

But at least Obama had other grown-ups around him. Like these grown-ups:

"In April 2016, all three of Obama’s former secretaries of defense at the time—Gates, Panetta, and Hagel—blasted Obama in interviews for a Fox News special called “Rising Threats, Shrinking Military.” These are stunning comments coming from three of Obama’s former secretaries of defense, and they are incredibly insightful regarding what was going on behind the scenes during Obama’s presidency. Unlike Trump’s presidency, which has seen repeated military victories and advancements, Obama’s tenure as commander in chief was full of military missteps and setbacks. Where was the concern over the period of several years when Obama’s former defense secretaries were revealing the incompetence, mismanagement, and politicization of the military by Barack Obama? Remember, Obama’s military failures were front and center for all to see, yet we never saw the panic from Democrats about Obama’s leadership, our dwindling military readiness, the lack of strategy, etc., that they have now over the resignation of Mattis—even as Gates, Panetta, and Hagel were sounding the alarm over Obama's inexperience and leadership failures. The Trump-Mattis military strategy, in contrast, was clearly an effective one..."

And so is this:

Treehouse: "Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman is sending his forces to replace the U.S. troops.

SAUDI ARABIA – Saudi Arabia and the UAE have sent military forces to areas controlled by the Kurdish YPG group in north-east Syria, Turkey’s Yenisafak newspaper reported.

The paper said the forces will be stationed with US-led coalition troops and will support its tasks with huge military enforcements as well as heavy and light weapons.
President Trump withdraws U.S. troops from Syria, and leverages his relationship with MbS to step up to replace them, thereby eliminating any concern that Turkey might take hostile action toward our Kurdish allies in Northern Syria.

Our troops come home; and a stable transition is ensured by a regional ally.

How do you like them apples!"...…..
More Treehouse insight on #Resistance! Pallet Boy Brett McGurk leaving a couple of weeks early:

"So McGurk leaving now is horrible; bad Trump…. but McGurk leaving as scheduled a month from now was, well, okay or something?

See the insufferable nonsense?

The bottom-line is ISIS in Syria has been defeated; that was our purpose for being there. The current issues and arguments surround who should stay in the region as part of the “maintenance” operation.

President Trump has made the decision to allow the regional allies, closest to the actual conflict, to take charge of the maintenance operation.  As noted, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates will be the primary regional team supporting coalition forces and ensuring the safety of Kurdish allies. The DC machine wants the U.S. military to remain in Syria indefinitely to control maintenance operations.

The de-ISIS campaign has been successful. The policy argument surrounds: who should remain in Syria to maintain the status-quo?
It should be noted that Brett McGurk was also the envoy used by President Obama in 2016 for secret negotiations (pallets of cash) with the Iranians.
I would not be surprised to see deep state actors within the United States CIA and State Department begin covert black-op missions to attack the Kurds, as an excuse to force U.S. re-engagement.  Watch for it in 3,.. 2,…"...….
Whatever doubts I may have had disappeared when Hillary Radium Clinton said this action would help ISIS, Iran and Russia. She spent her career helping ISIS, Iran and Russia. That's when I knew this was absolutely the right thing to do. Also, it was Juan "My Endless War" McCain's Dying Wish #3,969 that we remain in Syria for the next 300 years. McCain, of course, went Full-Manchurian in his final days.
Never go Full-Manchurian.
As The National Sentinel put it: "Official’ Washington calls whatever it doesn’t want or advocate a “crisis.” That’s why this president is so reviled in the nation’s capital; he is not one of them and he doesn’t want to be. And he will do things his way because that’s why we elected him."
All the hyperventilating about "overturning 70 years of American post-war policy consensus" is fraudulent, anyway. Would Eisenhower or Truman have supported endless engagement in the Middle East, giving Iran nukes and money or paying for Europe's defense so they can give welfare to their new Muslim overlords? I don't think so.
President Trump is overturning three decades of American failure since the Reagan Revolution.
It just feels like a crisis to those invested in failure.
"Donald, great nations have responsibilities to lead, and we should always be cautious,
but after the boys of Pointe du Hoc have taken the cliffs,
don't make them climb it again and again."
