This Garbage Court just returned to Dred Scott jurisprudence.

They just ruled that Runaway HealthCare Workers must be returned to their owners.

They’re saying the State may extort and coerce us at will with this modern mRNA version of the odious ruling that plunged this nation into the Civil War.

If their livelihoods depended on taking a dangerous experimental injection they did not want, these "justices" would locate the Constitutional principle involved in a heartbeat--as they say in the myocarditis ward. 

Speaking medically, in any sane world, you would say "The medical professionals who deal with this vaccine the most seem to want no part of it. I wonder why?" Instead, we want to force it on them...and  children, too. So profitable! And why Pfizer stock is so hot on Capitol Hill.

And when the “vaccines” cause heart disease and cancers in the children, they’ve got pharmaceuticals they’ll sell you for that, too!

Speaking legally, we live in a time when Nikki Minaj and Ice Cube have a far better grasp on our God-given Rights than these phony Legal Pfrauds.

It’s good in one sense, though:

Anyone who was still foolishly clinging to the baseless notion that this Supreme Court would stand up for our Liberty can now see that they are just as corrupt, gutless and neutered as all the other institutions we once counted on to protect our freedoms.

You might as well know it now and act accordingly.

Texas AG Ken Paxton files suit over COVID-19 vaccine mandates (fox7austin.com)

AUSTIN, Texas - Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton says he has filed suit against the Biden administration over federal employees being required to vaccinated against COVID-19. Paxton announced the lawsuit as an effort to "stop its efforts to force federal contractors’ employees to choose between being vaccinated for COVID-19 against their will or risk losing their jobs," according to a release from his office.  "The Biden Administration has repeatedly expressed its disdain for Americans who choose not to get a vaccine, and it has committed repeated and abusive federal overreach to force upon Americans something they do not want," Attorney General Paxton said. "The federal government does not have the ability to strip individuals of their choice to get a vaccine or not. If the President thinks his patience is wearing thin, he is clearly underestimating the lack of patience from Texans whose rights he is infringing." This lawsuit comes after ten other states filed a lawsuit Friday to stop Biden’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate for federal contractors, arguing that the requirement violates federal law. Attorneys general from Alaska, Arkansas, Iowa, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wyoming signed on to the lawsuit, which was filed in a federal district court in Missouri. The states have asked a federal judge to block Biden’s requirement that all employees of federal contractors be vaccinated against the coronavirus, arguing that the mandate violates federal procurement law and is an overreach of federal power. Another group of states led by Georgia also announced Friday that they would file a similar federal lawsuit in that state to try to block the contractor requirements. Other states that Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp said are joining the case include Alabama, Idaho, Kansas, West Virginia and Utah, as well as South Carolina Gov. Henry McMaster. Florida filed a separate lawsuit against the federal mandate on Thursday. That lawsuit also alleged the president doesn’t have the authority to issue the rule and that it violates procurement law.

I don't believe that OSHA Regulation will ever be written, as a way of avoiding accountability and legal scrutiny.

Technically, SCOTUS kicked their case back downstairs to work its way back up. But it’s pretty hard to imagine they would rule differently later after letting millions lose jobs and pensions, uprooting people’s lives and crippling the health care system. 

Every injection mandate in America, whether corporate or governmental, involves an EUA experimental gene therapy. Comirnaty is available only in Israel, so I assume Pfizer cut a legal immunity deal with them.

The Pfederal Government is trying to have it both ways; to force it on people like it was approved, but protect Pfizer from lawsuits like its unapproved. It’s the old Heads, I win, Tails, you Lose-Gambit, the favorite of con men, carnival barkers and snake oil-grifters everywhere.

No court I know of has yet addressed the experimental Lab Rat-nature of these Tuskegee Injections.

I’m not a fan of religious exemptions only because I believe in all exemptions, the God-given right to personal autonomy. The Bible is my Exemption and the Constitution and Declaration are my Vaccine Passports.

Whatever the previous justifications, any legal Vaccine Mandates from the past will have to go, now that governments are building viruses to infect their own citizens and manufacturing “vaccines” to further rob those citizens of their money, health and freedom.
