The statement of the Associated Press at this stage of the scandal is breathtaking but telling: "Joe Biden has said he's never spoken to his son about his foreign business, and nothing the Republicans have put forth suggests otherwise." ...
Bidens have succeeded in a Houdini-like trick in making this elephant of a scandal disappear from the public stage. They did so by enlisting the media in the illusion. However, this level of audience participation in the trick truly defies belief.The Associated Press story shows that even pointing at the elephant -- heck, even riding the elephant around the stage-- will not dislodge these denials. This is no elephant because there cannot be an elephant.
Without acknowledging its correction -- and without acknowledging there is evidence Biden spoke to Hunter about his business dealings -- the AP deleted that claim from its piece.
In its place, it inserted a new dubious claim -- that the investigation had "nothing" to do with Joe Biden."

It was well known that Obama/Biden political operatives had warned the big media outlets that anyone who reported the truth about Hunter Biden’s laptop would be frozen out by the Biden Administration (if he won).
In other words, CBS News protected the Bidens — and sold out its remaining viewers.
Two years later — and two years too late — the network has now changed its tune because it doesn’t matter anymore.

If a Big City Crime Boss hires the Police Chief's son to cut his grass for $10 thousand per mow, has he bribed the Police Chief?

John Hindraker summed this up perfectly: “A time-honored method of taking bribes is having them paid to a family member, usually in exchange for nominal or nonexistent services. It is comical to watch “reporters” pretend not to understand this.”

CBS' Life Coach to Mobsters Gayle King advised Hunter that if he was going to get stone drunk and drop off his laptops for repair, he should pay his bills to avoid trouble. Treason and bribery are fine but pay your bills so you don't get caught, sonny.
CBS is also pretending they weren't part of the Laptop Suppression Team by claiming Rudy Guiliani tampered with the evidence. So it took them over two years and another #FakeElection to do any "reporting" or whatever it is they call what they do.
Rudy told the Gestapo to take the hard drive copy when they raided his home. If you think he offered them tampered evidence, you're mad.
This may just be Bubba Bait, what they're giving us instead of reporting on yet another massive Election Fraud Coup against the People or all the other plots. To make it seem like there is actually a Choice in this country. You should know better by now.

A slap on the wrist is possible, but if they ever seriously went after the Bidens, it would only be at the orders of Obama's Owners.
If that somehow happened, I would expect them to ease out Harris first to install a Newsom or whoever the next puppet might be. Understanding the DC game of Chaff and Countermeasures…. A “Countermeasure” is a measure or action taken to counter or offset a preceding one.
Politically speaking, the deployment of countermeasures is a well-used tactic by professional politicians in Washington DC to counter incoming public inquiry and protect themselves from anger expressed by the electorate. The republican leadership are very skilled in the management of “chaff” (outrage), and “countermeasures” (the distraction).
Weaponized government serves its own interests. The countermeasures are DC politicians assigned a role to control the incoming righteous inquiry from voters who find out about the weaponized or corrupt governmental action. In the republican wing of the UniParty, it looks like this:

The rhetoric around the Biden Crime Wave is so hot, it almost seems if they've decided to dump him one way or another. But it could just be more pure horseshit with no pony attached at the end.
