"On March 2, 2023, the people in control of the Joe Biden administration officially announced that government control of internet content was now officially a part of the national security apparatus. [White House Link] If you have followed the history of how the Fourth Branch of Government has been created, you will immediately recognize the intent of this new framework.
The “National Cybersecurity Strategy” aligns with, supports, and works in concert with a total U.S. surveillance system, where definitions of information are then applied to “cybersecurity” and communication vectors. This policy is both a surveillance system and an information filtration prism where the government will decide what is information, disinformation, misinformation and malinformation, then act upon it.
In part, this appears to be a response to the revelations around government influence of social media, the Twitter Files. Now we see the formalization of the intent. The government will be the arbiter of truth and cyber security, not the communication platforms or private companies. This announcement puts the government in control.
All of the control systems previously assembled under the guise of the Dept of Homeland Security now become part of the online, digital national security apparatus. I simply cannot emphasis enough how dangerous this is, and the unspoken motive behind it; however, to the latter, you are part of a small select group who are capable of understanding what is in this announcement without me spelling it out.
Remember, we have already lost the judicial branch to the interests of the national security state. All judicial determinations are now in deference to what is called broadly “national security,” and the only arbiter of what qualifies to be labeled as a national security interest is the same institutional system who hides the corruption and surveillance behind the label they apply.
We cannot fight our way through the complexity of what is being assembled, until the American People approach the big questions from the same baseline of understanding. What is the root cause that created the system? From there, this announcement takes on a more clarifying context – where we realize this is the formalization of the previously hidden process.
Barack Obama and Eric Holder did not create a weaponized DOJ and FBI; the institutions were already weaponized by the Patriot Act. What Obama and Holder did was take the preexisting system and retool it, so the weapons of government only targeted one side of the political continuum.
This point is where many people understandably get confused.

Perhaps "no one seems bothered" because it is merely the codification of the Police State status quo, and codes are meaningless in a country without the Rule of Law anyway. Because the DOJ is such a large part of this un-American Tyranny, there is no one to gore Gore’s “no controlling legal authority”.
For example, Actual President Trump enforced Congress’s Immigration Laws and had the Border well under control.
The Self-Installed Obiden Junta also claims to be enforcing the very same Immigration Laws, yet has abolished our borders.

Of course this regulation is meant to be harmful to our Liberties, wicked in intent and evil in practice. They wouldn't have done it otherwise. Of course it must be opposed. The text of the official regulation, however, may matter less than the intent and the personnel involved. They could re-publish the First Amendment and call it their “National Cybersecurity Strategy”, but it wouldn't matter because the First Amendment does not live in them.
"The strategy outlined several key pillars it will focus on, including defending critical infrastructure from cyberattacks, disrupting and dismantling cyber criminals, and forging international partnerships.
In the first pillar, the strategy said it will secure critical infrastructure by broadening the minimum cybersecurity requirements for critical sectors. It will also allow for more public-private partnerships and modernize federal networks to keep up with evolving cyber threats.
Last year, Congress introduced and passed a number of bipartisan cyber bills aimed at protecting critical infrastructure, including the health and energy sectors, from cyberattacks.
Among those bills was a legislation signed into law last year that requires companies in critical sectors to report substantial cyberattacks within 72 hours and ransomware payments within 24 hours to the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA).
The administration also said that it will shift the responsibility to defend the nation’s cybersecurity away from individuals, small businesses, and local governments to “organizations that are most capable and best-positioned to reduce risks for all of us,” including the federal government.
“Today, across the public and private sectors, we tend to devolve responsibility for cyber risk downwards,” Kemba Walden, acting National Cyber Director, said during a briefing call to reporters on Wednesday.
“We ask individuals, small businesses and local governments to shoulder a significant burden for defending us all,” she said. “This isn’t just unfair, it’s ineffective.”
She added that the government should “double down” on resources they have, including using law enforcement and military authorities “to disrupt malicious cyber activity and pursue their perpetrators.”
The second pillar focuses on disrupting and dismantling cyber criminals, including nation state threat actors, by using all resources necessary to “make it harder for them to threaten the national security and public safety” of the country.
In recent years, the U.S. government has stepped up its efforts to crack down on malicious cyber activity, including prosecuting and sanctioning cyber criminals.
Just last month, the Department of Justice announced that it had arrested and extradited a Russian individual who allegedly developed and sold a malicious software program that breached 35,000 computers worldwide.
The third pillar focuses on strengthening collaboration with foreign partners who share a common mission. The administration said it will leverage international coalitions among “like-minded nations” to counter cyber threats.".......

1.) If they say it's for foreigners, it's targeted at Americans.
2.) They plan to stomp all over the Little Guy's Rights and run everything out of Barry's spare bedroom in the Swamp.
3.) When they say they'll protect Health and Energy Sectors, that means they'll attack Anti-Vaxxers and pro-Frackers.
4.) They want to use it to continue attacking Russia for their Endless War.
5.) They wish to continue the targeting of Trump Voters with the NSA Database. And if caught, will order their Five Eyes allies to spy on Americans for them, for Plausible Deniability.
6.) CISA, one of the lead federal agencies in charge of Stealing Elections, will also be used to blame all cyber-crime on Russia and not on their partner China, as they just did in the ransomware attacks on airlines.

There is both direct and circumstantial evidence Ukrainian nationalists working with AntiFa were the violent parties that attacked Capitol police on January 6th. The circumstantial evidence raises big questions.

At first, the media started trying to paint Dybynyn as a Russian propagandist and provocateur. But, the fact Dybynyn received a medal from former Ukrainian president Petr Poroshenko for his work changed that story and big media dropped it. Because of his work for Poroshenko, he is wanted for supporting terrorism in the Donbass Lugansk People’s Republic. In August 2020, we reported on the ties between Ukrainian neo-Nazis and US Antifa. The Ukrainian fascists were given asylum in the US by the Obama administration working with John Brennan in the tens of thousands from late 2016 to 2020. When the FBI caught on to the violent groups relocating to the US from Ukraine, they stopped it. Over 17,000 Ukrainian nationalists emigrated during this timeframe.
