They just sent $60 Billion more to their Cannon Fodder Rent-a-Regime in Kiev with which the CIA's newly-installed Commanding General bought assault rifles and hired the killers for the Moscow Mall Massacre.

$60 Billion buys a lot of dead Russians, innocent men, women and children--even after the crooked American politicians who voted for it claw back most of the money in kickbacks.
