"Don't fall out of your trees, people!" |
An ape grabbed a nature photographer's camera and snapped a selfie. People for the Animal Treatment of Ethics (Pâté) then sued the photographer on behalf of the monkey. Despite not having a legal prehensile tail to stand on, the photographer agreed to pay monkey royalties to the activist monkey-molesters.
This is similar to the legal scams perpetrated at the EPA, where activists working at the Agency help private sector activists sue the Agency and then take the case before a tree-hugger judge so they can all legislate extreme environmental laws happily ever after without any input from pesky voters. Similarly, the photographer and PETA were colluding, hoping to create a legal precedent that gives animals legal rights--or more precisely, gives PETA legal rights to sue for the animals.
But animal "rights" aren't the point of this post.
A monkey doing photo-journalism on himself is a perfect analogy for the #FakeNews reporting on Chuck Schumer and his claims about a DACA deal with the President; it's the Perfect Closed Loop.
Just like NGO activists suing Agency activists before an activist judge, they are all tentacles of the same Eichenwald Octopus. Like public employee unions negotiating with their wholly-owned Democrat politicians, or Jeff Dunham sparring with his puppet "Achmed the Dead Terrorist" or Obama paying ransom to his Ayatollah; it's not really ransom when you want to pay it, is it? They're On The Same Team. They ARE the Same Team.
Schumer IS the #FakeNews, and the #FakeNews IS Schumer.
"But I repeat myself". |
Oh--and by the way, it's not just this #FakeNews Story, either. Don't Bite.
