NTK: "In 2015, the year that President Obama enacted the Iran nuclear deal, Iranian vessels harassed American ships 22 times. That aggression escalated in 2016, Obama’s last year, with 36 instances of provocation.
Included in those 2016 numbers was the abduction of American sailors, which the Iranians filmed and broadcast to the world.
However, the numbers have dropped precipitously in the years since President Trump took office. Trump has frequently deployed tough-on-Iran rhetoric.
Iranian vessels pestered American naval ships only 14 times in 2017, Trump’s first year, and that number has fallen to an incredible zero occurrences of Iranian aggression so far in 2018.
Trump withdrew the United States from the Iran nuclear deal in May of this year.".......

Just having a real president again has made our troops safer. Not to mention the nation.

This happened at one of the first meetings of Reagan's National Security Council, when the hapless Mr. Haig suggested the treaty was..."something we didn't like but had to accept, since it had emerged over the previous decade through a 150-nation negotiation." Mr. Haig then lunged into details about the options and sub-options for revising the document.

The president looked puzzled, then finally interrupted. "Uh, Al, isn't this what the whole thing was all about?" Mr. Adelman recalls Mr. Reagan responding. Mr. Haig asked him what he meant. ...

"Well," Mr. Reagan shrugged, "Isn't not going along with something that is 'really stupid' just because 150 nations had done so what the whole thing was all about — our running, our winning, our governing?"

A stunned Mr. Haig folded up his briefing book and promised to find out how to stop the treaty altogether.".......
