"The project, which sounds positive in the press statements, is alarming in many respects. First, the refusal to allow a citizen vote on the controversial GMO release. Second, there exists no cost-benefit analysis of the risks versus benefits of releasing millions of mosquitoes whose genetic traits are mutating in often unpredictable ways. Is it worth the risk that an ever more robust variety of mosquito will mutate from the project? No one can say. Traditional mosquito control techniques have worked well until now. The CEO of Oxitec, Grey Frandsen, has a dark history with the US State Department in the Balkans, as an advisor to the US Navy, and as a Fellow of the George Soros’ International Crisis Group that played a key role in the destruction of Yugoslavia in the 1990s. With no previous experience in biotechnology, Frandsen appears as CEO of Oxitec in 2017. Oxitec, a UK company, is now owned by Third Security, a US venture capital firm in Radford, Virginia headed by Randal J. Kirk who alsoowns the gene-edited salmon producer, AquaBounty.
Brazil failure
At another trial by Oxitec for the same Aedes Aegypti gene-edited mosquito in Bahia, Brazil, in a test to see if the gene-edited mosquitoes would mate with local mosquitoes carrying Zika, malaria or other mosquito-borne diseases, following an initial reduction of the target population of mosquitoes, after some months the “population which had been greatly suppressed rebounded to nearly pre-release levels,” according to a study published in Nature Reports journal. A team of scientists from Yale University and several scientific institutes in Brazil monitored the progress of the experiment. What they found was that after an initial period in which the target mosquito population markedly declined, after about 18 months the mosquito population recovered to pre-release levels. Not only that, the paper noted that some of the mosquitos likely have “hybrid vigor,” in which a hybrid of the natural with the gene-edited created “a more robust population than the pre-release population” which may be more resistant to insecticides, in short, resistant “super mosquitoes.”...Moreover, it is not as if the incidence of dengue fever or Zika in the Florida Keys is a grave problem. According to the official CDC report, there was not one incidence in all the US in 2020 of Zika from the indigenous population and only 4 from foreign travelers. As to the far milder and rarely fatal dengue fever, with symptoms similar to flu, in 2020 there were some 26 cases in the Florida Keyes. That was the first outbreak in almost ten years. Suspiciously, it was a small outbreak of dengue fever in 2010 that Oxitec used to argue for release of its gene edited mosquito in Florida. The new outbreak in 2020 was also suspiciously convenient for Oxitec’s effort to release the gene edited mosquitoes in Florida, which was approved in 2020.
Oxitec, Gates and DARPA
What further draws suspicions about the entire gene edited mosquito release in Florida is the fact that the Oxitec project is being supported by two highly controversial agencies—The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and the Pentagon’s Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency or DARPA.
DARPA has been working for several years on genetic editing of mosquitoes. Through its “Insect Allies” program, DARPA has been working, using CRISPR gene-editing and gene drive technologies, on manipulating the Aedes Aegypti mosquito. The US Department of Defense has spent at least $100 million in the controversial technology known as “gene drives” making the US military a top funder and developer of the gene-modifying technology. “Gene drives are a powerful and dangerous new technology and potential biological weapons could have disastrous impacts on peace, food security and the environment, especially if misused,” said Jim Thomas, co-director of ETC Group, an environment safety group. “The fact that gene drive development is now being primarily funded and structured by the US military raises alarming questions about this entire field.”
Entomological warfare is a type of biological warfare that uses insects to transmit diseases. The Pentagon, using DARPA research, has allegedly performed such entomological tests secretly in the Republic of Georgia and Russia. Is the DARPA development, together with Gates’ foundation and Oxitec, of the gene edited mosquitoes a covert program in entomological warfare? ...

In October 2019, shortly before the COVID outbreak, Gates and other powerful individuals began planning how to censor vaccine safety advocates from social media during a table-top simulation of a worldwide pandemic, known as Event 201.
“Over the last two weeks, Facebook and other social media sites have deplatformed me and many other critics of regulatory corruption and authoritarian public health policies. So, here is some fodder for those of you who have the eerie sense that the government/industry pandemic response feels like it was planned — even before there was a pandemic.
This document shows that a cabal of powerful individuals did indeed begin planning the mass eviction of vaccine skeptics from social media in October 2019, a week or two before COVID began circulating. That month, Microsoft founder Bill Gates organized an exercise of four “table-top” simulations of a worldwide coronavirus pandemic with other high-ranking “Deep State” panjandrums. The exercise was referred to as Event 201.
Gates’ co-conspirators included representatives from the World Bank, the World Economic Forum (Great Reset), Bloomberg/Johns Hopkins University Populations Center, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, various media powerhouses, the Chinese government, a former Central Intelligence Agency/National Security Agency director (there is no such thing as a former CIA officer), vaccine maker Johnson & Johnson, the finance and biosecurity industries and Edelman, the world’s leading corporate PR firm.
At Gates’ direction, these eminences role-played members of a Pandemic Control Council, wargaming government strategies for controlling the pandemic, the narrative and the population.
Needless to say, there was little talk of building immune systems, off-the-shelf remedies or off-patent therapeutic drugs and vitamins, but lots of chatter about promoting uptake of new patentable antiviral drugs and vaccines. But the participants primarily focused on planning industry-centric, fear-mongering, police-state strategies for managing an imaginary global coronavirus contagion culminating in mass censorship of social media.
Oddly, Gates now claims that the simulation didn’t occur. On April 12, 2020, Gates told BBC, “Now here we are. We didn’t simulate this, we didn’t practice, so both the health policies and economic policies, we find ourselves in uncharted territory.”
Unfortunately for that whopper, the videos of the event are still available across the internet. They show that Gates and team did indeed simulate health and economic policies. It’s hard to swallow that Gates has forgotten.
Gates’s Event 201 simulated COVID epidemic caused 65 million deaths at the 18-month endpoint and global economic collapse lasting up to a decade. Compared to the Gates simulation, therefore, the actual COVID-19 crisis is a bit of a dud, having imposed a mere 2.5 million deaths “attributed to COVID” over the past 13 months.
The deaths “attributed to COVID” in the real-life situation are highly questionable, and must be seen in the context of a global population of 7.8 billion, with about 59 million deaths expected annually. The predictions of decade-long economic collapse will probably prove more accurate — but only because of the draconian lockdown promoted by Gates.
Gates’ Event 201 script imagines vast anti-vaccine riots triggered by internet posts. The universal and single-minded presumption among its participants was that such a crisis would prove an opportunity of convenience to promote new vaccines, and tighten controls by a surveillance and censorship state.

"The Pentagon funds labs in Ukraine through its Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA). According to a Pentagon fact sheet released last month, since 2005, the US has "invested" $200 million in "supporting 46 Ukrainian laboratories, health facilities, and diagnostic sites."
Moscow has accused Ukraine of conducting an emergency clean-up of a secret Pentagon-funded biological weapons program when Russia invaded. The World Health Organization said it advised Ukraine to destroy "high-threat pathogens" around the time of the invasion.
For their part, the US maintains that the program in Ukraine and other former Soviet states is meant to reduce the threat of biological weapons left over from the Soviet Union. While downplaying the threat of the labs, Pentagon officials have also warned that they could still contain Soviet-era bioweapons.
Robert Pope, the director of the DTRA’s Cooperative Threat Reduction Program, told the Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists in February that the labs might contain Soviet bioweapons and warned that the fighting in Ukraine could lead to the release of a dangerous pathogen.
The Biden administration has tried to portray any concerns about the labs as "Russian propaganda." When the issue gained more media attention, Biden officials started accusing Moscow of plotting to use chemical or biological weapons, but the US hasn’t presented any evidence to back up its claims.".......

"As the current story is told the U.S. government was coordinating with the Ukraine government on biologic research facilities, many of which were left over from the former Soviet era. In/around the time the Russian invasion was feared, they worked quickly to destroy the pathogens, because they were worried what might happen if the Russians took control of the facilities.
This begs the obvious first question, if the U.S. Defense Department was working with Ukraine since 2005, and they could destroy the deadly pathogens in a few days before the conflict, why didn’t the Pentagon destroy them in the preceding 16 years?
The second question targets the issues that are more opaque. The DoD says the U.S. has not been involved in “offensive biological weapon” creation in Ukraine. Technically, all of the weapons in the U.S. military are classified as “defensive” weapons, ergo the Department of Defense. Every weapon is defensive until it is used; then, depending on the circumstances, the use of the weapon changes its classification to offensive. Why would biological weapons be any different?
By the current standard of Defense Department definitions, all of the biological weapons they might be working with Ukraine to develop would technically be classified defensive weapons. As a result, saying “there are no offensive biologic weapons” is a rather moot and irrelevant point.
Three points:
♦ Point One – Russia and the U.S. Pentagon both agree the U.S. government was working in Ukraine in biological weapons labs.
♦ Point Two – Both Russia and the U.S. admit these were/are deadly biological pathogens.
♦ Point Three – The biggest difference between the two positions is that Russia says these were offensive weapons, and the U.S/Ukraine saying these were defensive weapons.
The debate is not about whether the U.S. Defense Department was operating and funding biological weapons laboratories in Ukraine. The U.S. government has now made that admission. The debate is now about the purpose or intent of those weapons.".......
"(Apr. 2) My reporting on Ukrainian biolabs started in April of 2017 with my first visit to Fort Belvoir, Virginia. I have been investigating a spy ring in the US Congress that I had suspected of diverting weapons to Ukraine from the Afghanistan War for brokering on the world market. There were also the nuclear and biological weapons from the old Soviet Union that were being brokered through Pakistan to Ukraine along with nuclear and biological materials. That’s why I was at Ft. Belvoir.
Ft. Belvoir is home to the Defense Threat Reduction Agency which was created to track the nuclear, biological, and chemical weapons of the old Soviet Union.
The US State Department had control over the arms reduction programs for the old Soviet Union, so the folks at DTRA at Ft. Belvoir didn’t point to the normal chain of command. The biological materials, for instance, were moved by US State Department Armed Diplomatic Security Services couriers, and early on, the online research community I lead tracked the US State Department encrypted Blackberry messaging devices to track and verify the movements of these biological materials.

As you can see from the above involvement in Hunter Biden’s company Metabiota in the ongoing biosurveillance of the US biological labs in Ukraine, the DTRA and Ft. Belvoir are in the news in a big way right now. Since meeting a key Biden informant in May of 2017, George Webb has long maintained that Hunter Biden is the patsy in the Ukraine Biolab operations for one Cofer Black of the CIA.
We also tracked the movements of biological weapons couriers from Ukraine since the members of Ukrainian Intelligence units knew where the nuclear and biological materials were, and they could speak Russian to manage the movements of the materials from Russia to Ukraine, and then on to a NATO facility. Of the handful of Ukrainian Intelligence operatives turned into Defense Intelligence Agency informants we focused on, two became rather famous for their makeover roles as Trump supporters, Lev Parnas and Igor Fruman. [sock-puppets for Schiff & Strzok--ed.] By examining something known as metadata, the footprints left behind by electronic devices, I, with the help of some old friends in California and a tech-savvy Army vet from the same state was able to put together a true picture of the movement of some of these movements of biological weapons.
Internet Protocol addresses or IP addresses are used by computers and mobile devices like US State Department Blackberrys use to communicate on the Internet, and they leave valuable footprints for investigators.
With the help of the tech-savvy Army Vet, Kris Hunter, we localized the address of the Blackberry server to house almost at the front doorstep of Ft. Belvoir. The house, which we believed was a safe house involved in the diversion of weapons from the Afghan War to mercenary armies in Ukraine, was ominously on Sprayer Street, not a good moniker for a suspected diversion point biological weapons from the Afghan War to Ukraine.
We also identified over twenty different houses and about the same numerous of front companies associated with the owner of the house who was the accused Pakistani spy in the US Congress, Imran Awan. President Trump called him the “Pakistani Mystery Man”. Much less known was his Ukrainian cohort, Nataliia Sova with the unmistakable back-to-back i’s in her name.".......
"Certain cracks in the façade seem to be appearing. Google, for example, must be worried that the agreed upon narrative about Ukraine—Putin bad, Zelenskyy good—is under stress because it just announced to publishers that it was temporarily “demonetizing” content that said unapproved things about the war in Ukraine. The “pause,” the ad giant explains, “includes, but is not limited to, claims that imply victims are responsible for their own tragedy or similar instances of victim blaming, such as claims that Ukraine is committing genocide or deliberately attacking its own citizens.” That is going to make it tough on those who, for example, were thinking of reporting on the activities of the Azov Battalion, the neo-Nazi anti-Semitic activists who are credibly accused of widespread rape, torture, and murder in and around the Donbass.
I have elsewhere cited the work of the “realist” foreign policy commentator John Mearsheimer. In a lecture from 2015, Mearsheimer explained why he thought that the debacle already evident in Ukraine was primarily the West’s fault. Last month, he sat for a long interview with a writer for The New Yorker in which he expatiated on that contention. Before February 2014, when Putin annexed Crimea, Mearsheimer argues, the United States did not regard Putin as the aggressor in Ukraine. “That,” he says,
is a story that we invented so that we could blame him. My argument is that the West, especially the United States, is principally responsible for this disaster. But no American policymaker, and hardly anyone in the American foreign-policy establishment, is going to want to acknowledge that line of argument, and they will say that the Russians are responsible.
Hmmm. But what about Zelenskyy, the “new Churchill”? On the plus side, Rickards acknowledges, he has “succeeded in presenting himself as a strong wartime leader, standing up to the big, bad Putin.” He’s telegenic, a fighter, and a PR genius. No wonder the U.S. Congress gave him a standing ovation. But he is also a complicated figure. As Rickards also notes, Zelenskyy is “a corrupt oligarch with millions of dollars hidden offshore. His acting skills have enhanced his propaganda efforts, but it doesn’t take much training to see how phony he is.” Moreover, “innocent civilians, including women and children, are dying under his failed leadership and inability to come to terms with Putin before the invasion began.".......
In fairness, the Obama Syndicate ordered Zelensky not to settle and he obeyed his orders.
Putin was never trying to take all of Ukraine. That would put him on NATO’s border, which was what he was trying to prevent in the first place. We’ve known for decades that this was unacceptable to Russia. So our Gangster Government used that knowledge to manufacture the conflict they wanted.
