Conservative Nationalists and Patriotic Candidates have swept elections for the EU Parliament all across Europe. I blame Trump!
This comes on the heels of recent victories around the globe, including Australia, India, Israel, Italy and Brazil, to name but a few.
Winston Churchill spoke of a “United States of Europe” as a way to secure freedoms, ensure peace between France and Germany and as a bulwark against Communist Russia–never as a path to a Socialist EU Superstate and certainly not as a doormat for the Mohammedan Caliphate.

It is heartening to see this result on Memorial Day weekend when the sacrifices that so many made for Europe’s and America’s freedom are on our minds.
It is especially pleasing to see the district of Labour's Jeremy Corbyn’s reject his odious philosophy, if, by “philosophy" you mean the unpleasant stench of a Nazi collaborator born fifty years too late.
This is what real leadership can do.
