Let The Watergate Prosecutor Speak: Obama's Enemies List and The Final Days of Hillary Milhous Clinton

What Did the President Know and When Did Valerie Jarrett Know It For Him?

“I was Obama’s classmate at Columbia University, class of 1983. We were both pre-law and political science majors. I was also on the Libertarian presidential ticket in 2008 — the first time in U.S. history that college classmates ran on opposing presidential tickets. What are the odds? During the campaign, I was asked in hundreds of media interviews: “Were you two friends at Columbia University? What was Obama like?” I always answered honestly: “I never met him, never saw him, never heard of him. And I don’t know a single classmate who ever met him either.” I repeated this story hundreds of times. Soon the IRS came knocking. I was targeted for destruction. It was a witch hunt, persecution and intimidation all in one. It was the worst IRS attack any tax lawyer I spoke to had ever heard about. They all agreed that I was on the president’s enemies list. President Obama clearly hated my guts because I had embarrassed him repeatedly in the national media. So, he decided to use the power of government to destroy me. That’s a crime, by the way.”…….

Private citizen John "Birther" Brennan broke into the State Department's computers 3 times in 2008 for Obama’s passport records. If Donald Trump had done that, he'd still be in Leavenworth, where Melania would visit him occasionally with her new husband.

Obama first blamed Pres. Bush for spying on him until it was learned that Brennan was behind the break-ins. Then it was promptly swept under the rug and the employee who Brennan blamed died mysteriously in a lightning-strike fire of Hillary's billing records.

Did he alter the passport? Brennan was somehow able to parlay that passport-breach into a Directorship of the CIA.
It has always been assumed that Barry was lying about attending Columbia to burnish his credentials.
But what if he was lying for another reason?

What if he needed an alibi for that time period, when he might have, say, had a Mecca-visit stamped on his passport?
"Have you guys seen my passport around? I think I dropped it down here in 1983."
Meanwhile, the whole Judge Sullivan debacle just took a hard Hunter S. Thompson--Fear and Loathing-turn for the worse. Hunter would instantly recognize the  swoosh of patent leather footprints in the San Clemente sand, the Bad Craziness of Wingtips on the Beach.

Never Go Full-Milhous.

Sullivan refused to dismiss the case against Flynn and hired his own prosecutor. The Circuit Court has ordered him to explain his homework so he hired a high-powered DC lawyer for himself.

“When the going gets weird, the weird turn pro.” Or at least retain one.

"I'm blinking in Morse Code. H-E-L-P M-E!"

UPDATE: In between hiring his own prosecutors and his own defense attorney, Judge Sullivan got Jim Comey a $100k-gig for a 12-minute speech at Howard University.
They would have paid him more if it was shorter.

Sullivan is an agent to the Agents now, securing payment for the Dirty Cop who had Flynn railroaded. That’s a blatant conflict, if not a crime. They don’t even pretend any more, do they?
It seems like Sullivan is trying to get himself thrown off the case.
Well, if he can hire his own prosecutor, he can hire the defense attorney, too. Maybe he should just hire his own police, bail-bondsman and prison guards and he could be a complete One-Man Justice System.
Or he could tell the judges how he was wiretapped, denied counsel, framed, unmasked, extorted, politically targeted, maliciously prosecuted, denied evidence and convicted.
I wonder–if Sullivan pleads guilty, can he later withdraw that plea without charging himself with perjury?

All we know for sure: Michael Flynn is an American patriot and not even Uncle Ben believes Susan Rice anymore. She's trying to frame Comey to save Obama. Hint: They're all guilty.

In fairness, it must be said that whatever crimes President Nixon perpetrated in Watergate, they pale into insignificance next to today's Massive Deep-State Perma-Crime Spree that threatens to leave us only a Potemkin-shell of the Republic.

Judge Sullivan also wants to hear from the a group who call themselves "The Watergate Prosecutors".  They all want to railroad Gen. Flynn some more--including the judge.

I say fine--let's hear from the top Watergate Prosecutor himself:

Hot Air, (2008):

[Highly-respected Chief Counsel to the House Judiciary Committee] Jerry Zeifman, a lifelong Democrat, supervised the work of 27-year-old Hillary Rodham on the committee. Hillary got a job working on the investigation at the behest of her former law professor, Burke Marshall, who was also Sen. Ted Kennedy’s chief counsel in the Chappaquiddick affair. When the investigation was over, Zeifman fired Hillary from the committee staff and refused to give her a letter of recommendation – one of only three people who earned that dubious distinction in Zeifman’s 17-year career. Why?
“Because she was a liar,” Zeifman said in an interview last week. She was an unethical, dishonest lawyer. She conspired to violate the Constitution, the rules of the House, the rules of the committee and the rules of confidentiality.”

Zeifman: “After hiring Hillary, Doar assigned her to confer with me regarding rules of procedure for the impeachment inquiry. At my first meeting with her I told her that Judiciary Committee Chairman Peter Rodino, House Speaker Carl Albert, Majority Leader “Tip” O’Neill, Parliamentarian Lou Deschler and I had previously all agreed that we should rely only on the then existing House Rules, and not advocate any changes. I also quoted Tip O’Neill’s statement that: “To try to change the rules now would be politically divisive. It would be like trying to change the traditional rules of baseball before a World Series.”

Hillary assured me that she had not drafted, and would not advocate, any such rules changes. However, as documented in my personal diary, I soon learned that she had lied. She had already drafted changes, and continued to advocate them. In one written legal memorandum, she advocated denying President Nixon representation by counsel. In so doing she simply ignored the fact that in the committee’s then most recent prior impeachment proceeding, the committee had afforded the right to counsel to Supreme Court Justice William O. Douglas.

I had also informed Hillary that the Douglas impeachment files were available for public inspection in the committee offices. She later removed the Douglas files without my permission and carried them to the offices of the impeachment inquiry staff — where they were no longer accessible to the public.”…….

Fact Check: “Specifically, Zeifman contends that Rodham and others wanted Richard Nixon to remain in office to bolster the chances of Sen. Ted Kennedy or another Democrat being elected president. …Rodham [was] trying to gain enough votes on the Judiciary Committee to change House rules and deny counsel to Nixon.

In order to pull this off, Zeifman said that Rodham wrote a fraudulent legal brief, and confiscated public documents. After the Nixon impeachment investigation was finished, Zeifman fired Rodham and said he refused to give her a letter of recommendation. Zeifman said he regrets not reporting Rodham to the appropriate bar association.”

“My…regret; when I terminated her employment on the Nixon impeachment staff, I had not reported her unethical practices to the appropriate bar associations. Because of a number of her unethical practices, I decided that I could not recommend her for any subsequent position of public or private trust."

"Hillary Clinton is ethically unfit to be either a senator or president — and if she were to become president, the last vestiges of the traditional moral authority of the party of Roosevelt, Truman and Johnson will be destroyed.”
Fast forward almost a half-century from Watergate, only to find the Obama/Clinton Crime Syndicate trying to frame an innocent man to hide their own crime of running guns to terrorists, among so many, many others.

Jerry Zeifman was right.

He was right then. And he's right now. Case closed.

The Prosecution rests.
