The President Would Not Even Have Had to Commute if Bill Barr Had Done His Job
Chris "Cover-up" Wray doesn't do amphibious assaults for arsonists, looters or rioters. Just old guys at Del Boca Vista.
There have been exactly two prosecutions of Deep State actors. Both were done before Barr and both were essentially cover-ups, not prosecutions.
The first was Greg Craig, the Obama/Clinton/Castro lawyer. Like Democrat lawyer Roger Taney and Dred Scot, he helped Fidel get back his runaway slave Elian Gonzales. It’s a Democrat thing. Like Flynn and the Podestas, Craig did some foreign lobbying with a lapsed permit. Since the Podestas apparently have absolute immunity under our two-tiered “Justice” System, they prosecuted Craig for appearances, so they could justify going after Flynn.
However, they made sure he got a DC Resistance jury like the one that railroaded Roger Stone, who promptly acquitted Craig. Mission Accomplished. Now they were free to persecute Flynn.
The other prosecution was Senate Security Chief James Wolfe who leaked Sen. Warner’s copy of the FISA app to his New York Times whore/reporter Ali Watkins. Instead of charging Wolfe with serious leaking, they charged him with a process crime of false statements and took away his allowance and made him stay in his room ’til it was clean. The goal: protect the crooked senators, the dirty cops and rogue prosecutors. Not to mention the Professional Liar-media. His slap-on-the-penis punishment was like the controlled releases of the Strzok/Page mash notes and other incriminating documents, strategically released only to minimize criminality and shape narratives since they would come out eventually anyway.
That’s it. Two prosecutions in 3 and 1/2 years. Both rigged. Both done before Barr. Barr is not accountable for the two years when Jeff Sessions appointed Andrew Weissman to be Attorney General. But he has been there a year and a half.
What the hell are you doing, Fat Man?
WHITE HOUSE – Today, President Donald J. Trump signed an Executive Grant of Clemency commuting the unjust sentence of Roger Stone, Jr.Roger Stone is a victim of the Russia Hoax that the Left and its allies in the media perpetuated for years in an attempt to undermine the Trump Presidency.
There was never any collusion between the Trump Campaign, or the Trump Administration, with Russia. Such collusion was never anything other than a fantasy of partisans unable to accept the result of the 2016 election. The collusion delusion spawned endless and farcical investigations, conducted at great taxpayer expense, looking for evidence that did not exist. As it became clear that these witch hunts would never bear fruit, the Special Counsel’s Office resorted to process-based charges leveled at high-profile people in an attempt to manufacture the false impression of criminality lurking below the surface. These charges were the product of recklessness borne of frustration and malice. This is why the out-of-control Mueller prosecutors, desperate for splashy headlines to compensate for a failed investigation, set their sights on Mr. Stone.Roger Stone is well known for his nearly 50 years of work as a consultant for high-profile Republican politicians, including President Ronald Reagan, Senator Bob Dole, and many others. He is also well known for his outspoken support for President Donald J. Trump and opposition to Hillary Clinton.Mr. Stone was charged by the same prosecutors from the Mueller Investigation tasked with finding evidence of collusion with Russia. Because no such evidence exists, however, they could not charge him for any collusion-related crime. Instead, they charged him for his conduct during their investigation. The simple fact is that if the Special Counsel had not been pursuing an absolutely baseless investigation, Mr. Stone would not be facing time in prison. In addition to charging Mr. Stone with alleged crimes arising solely from their own improper investigation, the Mueller prosecutors also took pains to make a public and shameful spectacle of his arrest.Mr. Stone is a 67-year-old man, with numerous medical conditions, who had never been convicted of another crime. But rather than allow him to surrender himself, they used dozens of FBI agents with automatic weapons and tactical equipment, armored vehicles, and an amphibious unit to execute a pre-dawn raid of his home, where he was with his wife of many years.Notably, CNN cameras were present to broadcast these events live to the world, even though they swore they were not notified—it was just a coincidence that they were there together with the FBI early in the morning. Not only was Mr. Stone charged by overzealous prosecutors pursing a case that never should have existed, and arrested in an operation that never should have been approved, but there were also serious questions about the jury in the case. The forewoman of his jury, for example, concealed the fact that she is a member of the so-called liberal “resistance” to the Trump Presidency. In now-deleted tweets, this activist-juror vividly and openly attacked President Trump and his supporters.Mr. Stone would be put at serious medical risk in prison. He has appealed his conviction and is seeking a new trial. He maintains his innocence and has stated that he expects to be fully exonerated by the justice system.Mr. Stone, like every American, deserves a fair trial and every opportunity to vindicate himself before the courts. The President does not wish to interfere with his efforts to do so. At this time, however, and particularly in light of the egregious facts and circumstances surrounding his unfair prosecution, arrest, and trial, the President has determined to commute his sentence. Roger Stone has already suffered greatly. He was treated very unfairly, as were many others in this case. Roger Stone is now a free man!
Excellent statement by the White House–except it should have been made by AG Barr a year ago. But Barr thought Stone's prosecution was "righteous".
Bill Barr has been Attorney General for a year and a half–and not one single coup-plotter has been charged, let alone convicted. Lying to Congress? Please. Even Congress lies to Congress. If Roger Stone lied to Congress, it was over nothing. By contrast, Brennan, Clapper, Rosenstein, Yates, Comey and McCabe all lied to Congress through their pointy little rat-teeth about sedition. And obstructed justice.
Where is their “righteous" prosecution, Bill?
Where is their “righteous" prosecution, Bill?
Barr and his Silky Pony Durham haven’t lifted a finger to hold them accountable.
If Democrats aren’t held accountable for trying to overthrow the government with the FBI and CIA, they will do it again. In fact, they already tried with CIA mole Eric "Charmy" Ciaramella. And if they are going to attempt another coup, then they must be prevented from obtaining power BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY. And there goes the whole thing.
If Barr and Durham are not part of the cover-up, they need to prove it tomorrow morning. Not next week, next month or next year. NOW. RIGHT NOW.

DIRTY BOB SPEAKS--UPDATE:
Many assume the Tarmac Meeting between Bill Clinton and AG Loretta Lynch was about fixing the Hillary E-mail “Investigation”. That fix was already in the bag. It was about finding and eliminating the DNC leaker. Thirteen days later, Seth Rich was assassinated on the sidewalk after leaving a Democrat staff party in the wee hours. If you think she was going to let some little Bernie Bro stand between her and her Mad Quest for Power, you don’t know the bitch. It was a nice touch for her to call him a victim of random gun violence, however.
At his wake, a neighbor/witness said Rich didn’t even know he was shot. That sounds like silencers. The fact that he wasn’t robbed wasn’t poor tradecraft; it was a message to other leakers.
If the Russians didn’t give the DNC emails to Assange, that means Seth Rich did. And he's bleeding out on your size 9 Pradas. This is why Andrew Weissman just put his filthy lying words in Bob Mueller’s mouth yet again.
Desperation in the service of Queen Jezebel.
Rosenstein is desperate to keep Hillary’s alibi alive. Roger Stone is just a peripheral prop to the phony “RUSSIAN INTELLIGENCE OFFICERS HACKED THE DNCCCCCCCCC!!!!!!!”-storyline. It could have been anybody.
Mueller’s Befuddled Grandpa-schtick is actually an admission of guilt. It’s like Uncle Leo caught shoplifting: “I’m an old man! I was confused!”
Mueller learned it from Vincent “The Chin” Gigante. He worked for a different Crime Family.
UPDATE: CTH: "All the work that SSA Brian Dugan put into catching an intelligence leaker was ignored. Wolfe was only indicted for lying to the FBI because it appears the grand jury never saw the evidence of his leaking the FISA application.
Why not? Because an admission of the FISA leak would have been toxic to the special counsel. It would have also been toxic to the SSCI and specifically Senator Mark Warner. Dugan didn’t relent. In a sentencing attachment on December 14th 2018, well after the plea agreement was concluded, Dugan swears under oath that James Wolfe leaked the FISA application...The FISA application was leaked March 17, 2017, by James Wolfe.
Why wasn’t he prosecuted for it?
Not a single media outlet has ever admitted James Wolfe leaked the FISA application.
Why not?" |
