"A judge presiding over an election lawsuit in Georgia, Timothy Batten, on Nov. 29 ordered the state to cease and desist wiping or resetting its election machines.

“Defendants are ordered to maintain the status quo & are temporarily enjoined from wiping or resetting any voting machines in the State of Georgia until further order of the Court,” Judge Timothy Batten wrote in an emergency order issued Nov. 29. Lin Wood made the announcement. Wood had a message from an election official that the machines would be wiped and reset on Monday, The Epoch Times reported.

[The]  judge just reversed the order because the defendants claimed Georgia counties control the voting machines.

However, that’s incorrect, they are owned by the states. What makes defendants so afraid?" .......

@GaSecofState administers state laws on elections. Why are GA officials determined to wipe these machines clean be resetting them?

Noting that Union County was planning to wipe the machines on Monday, the judge ordered the State to stop it. Corrupt Kemp and his bribed Secretary of State argued that they were not in charge of their own machines and Judge Batten later reversed himself. 

But then he reversed himself yet again: 

Washington Examiner: "A federal judge ordered all voting machines in Georgia not be wiped until further notice in a lawsuit seeking an inspection of the hardware, but hours later reversed the order, noting that the machines at the center of the request are in the possession of county election officials. The U.S. district judge, Timothy Batten, issued another order late in the evening to say officials are temporarily restrained from allowing the alteration, destruction, or erasure of software or data from Dominion machines in three Georgia counties — Cobb, Gwinnett, and Cherokee." .......

But not Union County? WTF? Which is it, Judge? Georgia has authority in its counties the same way a federal court has authority in its states, Your Honor. Interestingly, Union County got its name before the last Civil War. 

American Thinker: It took three tries but, for the time being, the court finally got it right.

One more thing: Lin Wood is among those advising Georgia conservatives to boycott the January 5 election in the Senate runoff. I’m with Trump that this is bat-fecal matter crazy: "No, the 2020 Election was a total scam, we won by a lot (and will hopefully turn over the fraudulent result), but we must get out and help David and Kelly, two GREAT people. Otherwise we are playing right into the hands of some very sick people. I will be in Georgia on Saturday!"

The groups are also calling for a protest at Raffensperger’s home on Monday evening.

Raffensperger claims that he was ordering them to be reset ahead of the senate runoff election, but a reset would wipe all votes from the general election — the results of which are still being hotly contested by the Trump campaign." .......

LAWSUIT: Georgia Sec of State Signed Illegal Deal With Democrats Changing How Ballots Are Processed: "On March 6, 2020, Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, a Republican, took it upon himself to quietly sign off on a legal agreement with officials from the Democrat Party of Georgia, the Democrat Senatorial Campaign Committee, and the Democrat Congressional Campaign Committee, that would fundamentally alter the way absentee ballots were processed across the State of Georgia. The attorney handling the legal representation for the Democrat organizations was none other than Marc Elias from Perkins Coie. If the name rings a bell it’s because he is Hillary Clinton’s consigliere.".......

"Officials in Fulton County, Georgia, said a Dominion Voting Systems mobile server crashed on Sunday, delaying a recount requested by President Trump. "Technicians from Dominion have been dispatched to resolve the issue," Fulton County officials said in a statement reported by WXIA-TV, a local NBC affiliate. "The Georgia Secretary of State’s office has also been alerted to the issue and is aware of efforts to resolve the problem." Fulton County officials told the outlet that a newly purchased Dominion mobile server crash was to blame. The Washington Examiner reached out to Dominion for comment." .......

Dr. Coomer, the ANTIFA Groomer already went down to Georgia once to "fix" the voting Cheatware on Election Eve--and refused to have it recertified. Why are these criminals allowed to return to the scene of the crime and tamper with evidence?

BBC: "The electoral council in Venezuela says a fire in its main warehouse near the capital, Caracas, has destroyed most of the voting machines held there.

Almost 50,000 voting machines and 582 computers used in the country's elections went up in flames, electoral council chief Tibisay Lucena said.

She did not say if parliamentary elections due later this year could be affected by the loss of the machines.

She also asked prosecutors to investigate the cause of the fire.".......

The cause of the fire is Socialism, lady. Just like it causes destruction of evidence here. It buys off crooked officials, it burns down cities and it steals elections. And eventually, it puts take-out windows on dumpsters.

On the other hand, maybe some Venezuelan patriots set the fires because they were tired of voting on Chavez' crooked voting machines. 

We know how they feel.

Dirty Governor Brian Kemp wants the rigged machines scrubbed, reset and the evidence destroyed for two reasons:

1.) to hide the previous massive election fraud. And
2.) to thereby allow the Election Theft machines to be used for the next massive election fraud--stealing two Senate seats.

It's quite a coincidence that both $enate run-offs happen to be in Georgia, isn't it, Brian?
