So That Government Of the Government, By the Government and For the Government Shall Not Perish From the Swamp
“We’re at an inflection point between those who argue that…autocracy is the best way forward…and those who understand that democracy is essential.”--Usurper Biden, the criminal who just stole Americans’ Sacred Right to govern themselves.
“We do not have Obama judges or Trump judges, Bush judges or Clinton judges. What we have is an extraordinary group of dedicated judges doing their level best to overthrow Donald Trump and the filthy rabble who re-elected him in a landslide. It's a tax. A Swamp Tax.”--Chief Justice John Roberts
"Find out just what any people will quietly submit to and you have found out the exact measure of injustice and wrong which will be imposed upon them, and these will continue till they are resisted with either words or blows, or with both."--Frederick Douglass
"And when a strict interpretation of the Constitution, according to the fixed rules which govern the interpretation of laws, is abandoned, and the theoretical opinions of individuals are allowed to control its meaning, we have no longer a Constitution; we are under the government of individual men, who for the time being have power to declare what the Constitution is, according to their own views of what it ought to mean. When such a method of interpretation of the Constitution obtains, in place of a republican Government, with limited and defined powers, we have a Government which is merely an exponent of the will of Congress; or what, in my opinion, would not be preferable, an exponent of the individual political opinions of the members of this court."--Justice Benjamin Curtis' Dred Scott dissent
Every institution we built to defend our liberties has been turned around and pointed back at us now, weaponized against us to destroy those very liberties. This Supreme Court ruling today is good in one regard only; it clarifies that there is nothing left of the old ancien régime worth saving. They have rendered the Constitution into a series of meaningless scrawls, a used-up tissue of lies and double-talk, good only for use as a prop for tyranny.
Justice Thomas: “If state officials have the authority they have claimed, we need to make it clear. If not, we need to put an end to this practice now before the consequences become catastrophic." They already have, Mr. Justice. Too late, sir. We have met Benjamin Franklin's "if", and it is us. "These cases provide us with an ideal opportunity to address just what authority non-legislative officials have to set election rules, and to do so well before the next election cycle. The refusal to do so is inexplicable."
Justice Thomas well knows the explanation. It was clearly explained by Vladimir Lenin a century ago, and by the serpent in the Garden before him: "Ye shall be as gods."

Put your hand down, lady. It's over. |
Even the three dissenters were careful to say that their proposed review would not disturb the outcome of the stolen election, but even that was too much for the functionally-Fascist majority. Ace explains:
"By the way, they keep saying that this wouldn't effect the results of the election because they have repeatedly sifted the number of challenges down to the point where we're talking about just a couple of thousand ballots.
They've figured out other ways to ignore the challenges to all the other ballots.
It's like breaking down a cargo ship into a hundred pieces and saying of each tiny piece, "No, this won't meaningfully affect the ship's seaworthiness. No this one also won't meaningfully affect the ship's seaworthiness. No this one also won't appreciably affect the ship's seaworthiness..."
Yeah but take them all together and the ship sinks.
Let me put this simply:
Teams that are winning and have the advantage in points don't start changing the rules for what counts as a "point" behind-the-scenes.
The team that is behind changes the rules.
Is that a noncontroversial enough take?
Or are we now at the point where we pretend that the team ahead on the scoreboard starts making sketchy rules-changes just to pad their margin?".......
It has been said the Court ruled for the Deep State Slave Power in order to stave off court-packing. But what is the point if the Court rules like a packed court would rule anyway?
The Court could have easily ruled that Court-packing was un-Constitutional despite any precedent to the contrary. They make stuff up anyway. But the fact is, Justice Roberts and his liberal majority have been in on the Coup from the beginning. Contrary to the Narrative(tm), the entire Gangster Government has committed an Insurrection against the People.
First they divorced themselves from God, Then they separated themselves from the Constitution. Now they have moved on from the People, too. Frederick Douglass had his boxes, but they have voters in boxes. That is, they have all the phony votes and fictional voters they will ever need in voting machine boxes and in the mailbox. They are now completely unencumbered and unaccountable to anyone or anything except to their own paymasters, blackmailers, extremist ideologies or the dim and fading memories of what it once meant to live in a free republic.
The Government of Occupation controls all three branches now, many state governments, and especially the DOJ and the FBI. Now that they have learned that they can steal elections in broad daylight, why would they ever willingly relinquish that power?
They won’t, not willingly. We’re going to have to take it back.
In literary terms, this is the part in the sci-fi novel where the robot says "Screw it!" and takes over from the humans. That is what our Cyborg Swamp Creature has done.
In historical terms, this is Dred Scott Redux. The Court has just ruled for the Slave Power once again, and the results will probably be similar. The runaway Dred Trump administration must be returned to its rightful owner, the Swamp. The Trump voter has no rights the Swamp Man must respect.
The entire political establishment itself has entered into a Confederacy of Rebellion against the People and the Constitution they once had.
It's just a matter of time now.
Sumter Awaits.
