“As a journalist, I am appalled that Ofcom censured me for primary source evidence directly from Pfizer’s own internal documents released under court order, presented in reports compiled by 3500 medical and scientific experts, including oncologists, radiologists, medical fraud investigators, RNs, biological scientists, and a range of other physicians and clinicians.

The documents contain 1223 fatalities in three months. In two of the reports compiled by our experts, using the Pfizer documents themselves, half of the adverse events, which included fatalities, occurred within 48 hours of the injection.

When it came to unborn babies, the deaths in Pfizer’s own documents include scores of fetuses, some of which Pfizer identified as suffering from ‘transplacental’ exposure to the vaccine.

A baby died after drinking its vaccinated mother’s breast milk; vaccinated mothers’ breast milk was found by Pfizer in its own review to be contaminated and injurious to babies.

Given that Pfizer knew by Feb 2021 the many ways in which its mrna vaccine was killing adults, babies and fetuses, with adverse events ranging from 3 to 1 to 8 to 1 ratios affecting women, and yet did not inform the public, but rather launched intensive campaigns to urge people, including pregnant women, to take this dangerous product, of course it is a mass murder event.

I speak as the granddaughter of a woman who lost nine siblings to the Holocaust.

We have an obligation to speak out against murder in our own communities.

Pfizer is under investigation by Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton for deceptive practices and for possibly falsifying data. Both of these crimes are abundantly documented in the 500 pages of reports from the Pfizer documents compiled by our experts.

Ofcom should not penalize reporters or news platforms for presenting the truth, especially if that truth is of grave public significance. If Ofcom continues to censor primary source evidence of harms to women and babies from mrna injections, it too has blood on its hands and is an accessory to mass murder.

Of course I will consult my attorney to take action against this damaging censorship and this baseless reputational attack, which is the second one from a national government (the first was from our own White House and CDC) in relation to this important story.

"Close of business on Friday was the deadline for the Ministry of Truth aka Ofcom to issue a substantive response to my solicitors' letter on their "ruling" against me for my coverage of the Covid vaccines. (That's their creepy HQ at right, looking like a Kafkaesque insect crawling up a building.)

Instead, the UK media censor got back to us with some crappy stalling letter saying they'd be needing another week to reply.

The "statute of limitations" for suing Ofcom is three months from the date of its "verdict", which is really quite short. Thus the lame-o stalling tactic seems designed, fairly obviously, to run out the clock. So we informed their commissar that we did not agree to the extended deadline, and therefore will be going ahead and issuing proceedings at the Royal Courts of Justice in the Strand, calling on the King's Bench Division of the High Court to quash Ofcom's "verdict" - because, aside from anything else, it's illegal.

As far as I can tell, I'm the first presenter to sue Ofcom since LBC's Jon Gaunt almost a decade and a half ago. Everyone else just "assumes the position", as Rush used to say. Or as Kathy Gyngell puts it, after the second "ruling" against me:

Since they didn't have the guts last time round it's unlikely the easily bullied GB News will be challenging it. Instead, we can expect them to obey their summons to the Ofcom headmaster's office for a carpeting. So it's left to Mark Steyn, whom GB News let go without a fight, and his guest on the show that day, Naomi Wolf, who was also ruled against, to take on what may well prove to be the most important broadcasting battle of the decade – specifically over Ofcom's covid misinformation 'policy' and the censorship of any broadcasting departure from the official covid narrative (or threat of), and broadly over the principle of free speech.

The word from the channel is that on-air staff are now being asked to sign the same contract that management attempted to inflict on me - whereby I would have had to accept personal liability for all fines issued by Ofcom. I took legal advice, and was advised that such a clause was illegal - for the very good reason that the only contractual relationship with Ofcom is GB News's, as the license holder. So I - and now, apparently, Nigel Farage, Dewbs et al - would be liable for the fines without having the right to mount any defence.

Which is another reason I'm suing Ofcom.

At any rate, if you thought the post-Steyn GB News's descent into a 24/7 Tories'n'trivia channel couldn't get any lower, you're in for a treat in the weeks ahead.

As Laura Dodsworth's book, A State of Fear, explains Ofcom's role has been effective, but now the UK Government intends to give it more powers so it can now monitor and restrict digital media directly, effectively closing down free speech on the internet it does not like.

“Like a degenerate gambler who has emptied his bank account and is now borrowing from the Casino to continue his losing ways, the Biden Administration reportedly is reversing course and moving towards supplying F-16s to Ukraine. This is a panic move by the Biden team. The F-16s will make no tactical nor strategic change in the trajectory of this war. Ukraine’s prospects of reversing Russian success in its “Special Military Operation” grows more bleak with each passing day as the Russian Air Force and Army relentlessly pummel beleaguered Ukrainian troops with hypersonic missiles, 500 kilogram bombs, drones, artillery and troop assaults.

The tempo of the war underway in Ukraine has shifted dramatically in Russia’s favor and Ukraine has no answer. It is running out of artillery shells, tanks, aircraft and, most importantly, trained fighters who can execute large unit maneuvers. Delusion reigns supreme among most of the NATO allies, who insist that this war will drag on and that Ukraine will continue to stubbornly resist and exhaust the Russians.

Western leaders should recall Vladimir Putin’s warning issued during a speech to the Russian Duma in July 2022:

“Today we hear that they want to defeat us on the battlefield.”

“Well, what can I say? Let them try.”

“We have already heard a lot about the West wanting to fight us ‘to the last Ukrainian.’ ” 

“This is a tragedy for the Ukrainian people, but that seems to be where it is going.”

“But everyone should know that, by and large, we have not started anything in earnest yet.”

US-dominated Western regimes opposed to conflict resolution talks “should know that the longer (Russia’s SMO) goes on, the harder it will be for them to negotiate with us.”

Time and again I stressed the futility of diplomatic outreach to the US/West by Russia and other nations free from their control.

The only language their ruling regimes understand is toughness.

No other course of action is effective in dealing with them — why it’s a waste of time and effort trying.”…

Environmental and economic destruction have been incalculable. Future devastation could be exponentially greater as nuclear powers creep ever closer toward open war.

We deplore the violence, war crimes, indiscriminate missile strikes, terrorism, and other atrocities that are part of this war. The solution to this shocking violence is not more weapons or more war, with their guarantee of further death and destruction.

As Americans and national security experts, we urge President Biden and Congress to use their full power to end the Russia-Ukraine War speedily through diplomacy, especially given the grave dangers of military escalation that could spiral out of control.

Sixty years ago, President John F. Kennedy made an observation that is crucial for our survival today. “Above all, while defending our own vital interests, nuclear powers must avert those confrontations which bring an adversary to a choice of either a humiliating retreat or a nuclear war. To adopt that kind of course in the nuclear age would be evidence only of the bankruptcy of our policy–or of a collective death-wish for the world.”

The immediate cause of this disastrous war in Ukraine is Russia’s invasion. Yet the plans and actions to expand NATO to Russia’s borders served to provoke Russian fears. And Russian leaders made this point for 30 years. A failure of diplomacy led to war. Now diplomacy is urgently needed to end the Russia-Ukraine War before it destroys Ukraine and endangers humanity. …”

And a wicked scheme to use Ukraine as a forward base to install another Puppet Government over the Russian people.

Usually, they will fly negotiators around the globe if there is a disagreement about flushing a toilet. But not this time. If you really want to support Ukraine, tell Zelensky to send his bribery payments back to D.C., stop killing Ukrainians for Joe Biden,  Barack Obama &  George Soros and make peace with Russia like we had already agreed to in the Minsk Agreements.

And shut down those DAMNED Biden Bio-Labs FOREVER.
