DACA Judge Alsup: Another Hack Attacks the Rule of Law

"The name of 'reform' simply covers what is latently a process of the theft of the national heritage."--Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn

Dictator Saddam Hussein:
"What is law?
Two lines of writing
above my signature.”

District Judge William Alsup:
"Ditto, bitches."

Twenty-two times.

Twenty-two times Barack Obama said he didn't have the authority to write the DACA law by himself.

"I am not a king."
"I am not an emperor."
"I am not a dictator."

The twenty-third time, after losing the final mid-terms:

"Screw it. I am the king, after all."

Judge Alsup goes even farther. Not only was Obama right to legislate DACA all by himself, it's already in the Constitution!

Alsup knows he's going to get struck down, but he doesn't care. The Commies used to have a saying: "What's ours is ours; what's yours is negotiable." Similarly, the Islamists claim that once a place comes under Islamist control, it must never be allowed to revert to freedom.

That's Judge Alsup's position: Once an illegal law is put in place by an Islamunist president, it is permanent and non-negotiable.

Constitution be damned. Screw the Rule of Law. Elections. The Consent of the Governed. The Separation of Powers. Screw them all. All that matters is raw power and the Correct Outcome.

In a way, it's good; the mask is off. It's like Grandma choking on a chicken bone. The kids don't lift a finger to help her because they want her money. She manages to cough up the bone--but now she knows the little bastards want to steal her inheritance. Now we know: Judge Alsup wants to steal ours.

President Trump has rightfully put the issue back where it always belonged: in the legislative process, where the American people can have a say. The issue is not whether DACA is good or bad. The issue is "Who decides?" The People or the Perma-Blob?

If this hack Clinton judge wants to be president, he needs to announce his candidacy, enter the primaries, clinch the nomination and be wiretapped by Hillary's FBI Campaign Thugs like everybody else.

It's the American Way. Or what's left of it after the last eight years of reprobate lawlessness.
