This indeed should strike fear in the hearts of the Democrats. The Department of Justice holds the whip hand. They can indict people. Yes, the Democratic Congress can impeach. And no wonder they are trying their best to do that now. They are riding high--or some of them may think they are--because of polls and the nonstop outrage of the media.

But most of the public doesn't know the full story or anything close. The truth rarely emerges quickly. In Churchill's words, "A lie gets halfway around the world before the truth has a chance to get its pants on." Eventually, however, it does. And when it does, in this case, if the Democrats have already impeached a president--if it turns out there was a coup plot or something close involving the CIA, the previous administration and others--there will be hell to pay in this country like we haven't seen since the 1860s, maybe worse.

With apologies to the other handicapped children, it's Special Olympics Impeachment, complete with a Monopoly-on-Power game-board and Ironic Subpoenas. Although there is a grown-up and evil strategy behind these infantile machinations of the morally-retarded Democrats.

They are actually trying to manufacture a specific Constitutional Impeachment Crisis (within the larger Constitutional Crisis of rejecting the Peaceful Transfer of Power), in hopes of throwing up enough Gorilla Dust to forestall the arrest of Coup-Plotters, or at least secure some hung juries for their fellow seditionists.

Trying to provoke a Constitutional Crisis suits the Democrats’ purposes better than a straight inquiry. They need the Gorilla Dust for the Big Ugly, not the Big Gorilla. So like Peggy Shippen faking hysteria to avoid being charged with treason for spying with Benedict Arnold and John Andre, they will continue to act out.

Pelosi also wants to protect her members from another failed Impeachment vote. Or, for that matter, a successful Impeachment vote. Either will hurt them in the next election. She wants to protect her elections--while overthrowing yours. By the way, there have already been three failed Impeachment votes. How many votes have been taken on, say, the new USMCA Trade Pact? Or Infrastructure?

But something else is gnawing at their guts, too. 

Democrats believe in lies. Their philosophy depends upon it. But in this case, the Kubler-Ross Democrats believe something true.

They know, deep down, that the Obama/Clinton Junta is guilty of the Police State Coup Attempt against Donald Trump–not to mention the first trial run against Mitt Romney. The awesome surveillance powers of the Security State were like catnip to these Communists. Nothing within them said “Stop!”. Sure, they pretend in public. And the #CorruptMedia has made a Herculean effort to suppress the truth. But they know.

Despite all the evidence to the contrary, Democrats picture themselves as morally-superior to President Trump and his Deplorables. They are writhing like maniacs because they know deep in their reptile brains that THEY HAVE LOST THE MORAL HIGH GROUND TO PRESIDENT DONALD J. TRUMP.

Oh, they never really had it. But in their own estimation, they thought did. And now, in their own estimation again, they've lost it.

And it's more than they can bear.

Nope. Pure fiction.

What they did send were "letters conveying a subpoena", that is, subpoena-flavored letters carrying less legal weight than little Virginia's letter to Santa Claus.

Your grocery list is more legally-binding than these faux-demand letters; "Honey, on your way home could you pick up a gallon of milk, a loaf of bread and the presidency? Oh--and some arugula."

They have no legal weight because Nanzi is hiding her shame from the Courts by failing to pass a Grown-Up inquiry.

If administration officials fail to comply with these little fairy-tale forgeries, they are accused of "Obstruction", the same ploy they used on the President. They extorted Flynn, threw Manafort in a dungeon, arrested the president's lawyer, tried to get him to fire Rosenstein or Sessions or Mueller and launched an amphibious assault landing at Roger Stone's, all to goad the president into something they could sell as "Obstruction".

BTW, she has a greater chance of me picking up the Oval Office after work than some arugula. Because of the Rakings Clause.
