Sanctuary Murder: San Francisco Pisses on Kate Steinle's Grave

After First Digging It

"Had San Francisco enforced our Nation’s immigration laws,
the Steinle family would be celebrating this holiday with all of their loved ones."
They weren't just criminally negligent themselves, they also actively thwarted the enforcement of law by others.
Why Not Give Him a "Citizen of the Year"-Award and a Good Conduct Medal, Too?

Weapons Charge Only: Time Served. "Sorry to have inconvenienced you, sir."

Former San Francisco Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi went way out of his way to rescue Garcia-Zarate (alias Lopez-Sanchez) from the Bureau of Prisons, where he was about to be deported again. They sent a detailed letter and a car and driver who drove for hours to fetch Zarate. They brought him back to San Fran, ostensibly to face a 20 year-old pot charge. And then they remembered: "Hey--we don't even prosecute current pot charges, let alone 20 year-old cases. You're free to go, sir."

"Car 54, where are you?" They're taxiing around foreign criminals, because San Francisco has a policy of clearing old warrants for them lest they be taken from us. Then they refused to hold Zarate for ICE. This tender solicitude for the well-being of borderless felons is shocking, especially when compared with the callous disregard and total lack of concern for the safety of Kate Steinle and other Americans.

They threw her away like a piece of trash.

Helping foreign criminals murder San Franciscans has become a habit with them.

The Examiner, from 2008: "Last week, the San Francisco Board of Supervisors voted 8-2 to stop reporting juvenile illegal aliens arrested in the city, to federal authorities for deportation.

In San Francisco, on June 22, 2008, three members of the Bologna family were gunned down by Salvadoran national and gang member Edwin Ramos. Tony Bologna, 48, and his sons Michael, 20, and Matthew, 16 were shot to death by Ramos as they sat in their car on a crowded street, in the city´s Excelsior District.

Ramos who is a member of the notoriously violent drug gang known as MS-13, shot the Bologna family to death because Tony Bologna had temporarily blocked the the path of the car in which Ramos was traveling, as the two cars made their way through an intersection. The Bologna men were returning home from a family barbecue.

As a juvenile, Ramos had committed felony attempted robbery and assault [and was not reported].

Shortly after the shooting, the San Francisco Chronicle reported, Juvenile Probation Department officials, did not report Ramos to federal immigration authorities for possible deportation because of San Francisco´s stated sanctuary policy.".......

A police department diver hands a box possibly containing evidence found in the bay near Pier 14 to another officer in San Francisco, Calif. on Thursday, July 2, 2015 after a woman was shot and killed walking on the pier with her father yesterday afternoon.
If she was a sea lion or a snail darter, he would have been convicted.

Churchill said “After all, when you have to kill a man it costs nothing to be polite.”

They killed Kate Steinle and then insulted her.

And when their "Open Borders For Criminals"-policy gets other Americans killed, they'll brush them off, too.

Disgraceful. And criminal.

UPDATE to 1861: Michael Walsh: ""Sanctuary" from what? Sanctuary from the laws of the United States. Every state, municipality and local jurisdiction that declares itself a place of "sanctuary" should henceforth be treated as being in open rebellion against the federal government, in exactly the same way that South Carolina and the secessionist Confederacy was -- and was treated as such by Abraham Lincoln -- in 1861.".......

If they get to pick and choose the laws they accept, then we also get to choose "sanctuary" from all their stupid and immoral laws. And they have a hell of a lot more of them.
