Rust and Treason Never Sleep

Go Fund Me, Great Satan!

The Blaze via Gateway Pundit;

"The Obama administration reportedly signed legal waivers that allowed sanctions relief to the tune of $10 billion in cash and gold to be sent to Iran as part of the Iran deal. But the White House denies that they had any direct role in the payments.
According to the Wall Street Journal, the cash and gold were moved through third-party countries in the Middle East and Europe after Asian nations unfroze Iranian oil revenues and wired the funds to various banks, including in Oman, Switzerland and Turkey. U.S. lawmakers and Middle East allies worry, due to the highly liquid nature of cash, the payments could be used to fund terror regimes.
The money was converted to currency and bars of gold, U.S. officials said. The White House put a single restriction on the transactions: They could not include U.S. dollars."......

Len Eshmont: Not In My Name

"Len Eshmont was a legend on the East Coast before the San Francisco 49ers were even formed. He was raised in the coal regions of Central Pennsylvania and played high school football at Mt. Carmel Township in eastern Pennsylvania, just a few miles from his home in Atlas.
At Mt. Carmel, Eshmont set several prep rushing records and was chosen All-State in 1936, his senior year of high school. His outstanding high school play caught the eye of Jim Crowley, one of Notre Dame's Four Horsemen. Crowley, then a recruiter for Fordham University, persuaded Eshmont to play college ball in New York with the Fordham Rams. At that time Fordham was one of the most powerful teams on the East Coast.
Eshmont entered Fordham in 1936 and quickly gained recognition as the "Fordham Flash." In his senior year, 1940, he was named to the All-America Team. Eshmont signed with the New York Giants where he played for one year before joining the armed forces.
In 1942 he was commissioned in the U.S. Navy and served as a physical education instructor at the Naval pre-flight schools around the country, including St. Mary's Pre-Flight. For three years Eshmont starred with the Navy's football teams and combined with Frankie Albert in 1943 to turn St. Mary's Pre-Flight into a local powerhouse. Eshmont was named to the All-Service football teams in 1942, 1943 and 1944, the only person to be named to the all-star team for three consecutive years.
After leaving the Navy, Eshmont decided to stay in the Bay Area and joined the original San Francisco 49er team of 1946 along with his teammate from St. Marys Pre-Flight, Frankie Albert. That year he combined with Albert, Norm Standlee and John Stryzkalski to give the 49ers one of the best running attacks in the AAFC.
Eshmont retired in 1949 as San Francisco prepared to enter the NFL. In his four years with the 49ers, he gained 1,181 yards on 232 carries, an average of five yards per carry.
In 1950 he began a successful coaching career by joining former 49er assistant coach Eddie Erdelatz at the U.S. Naval Academy as a backfield coach. In 1956 he left to coach at the University of Virginia. A year later, in May of 1957, he died of infectious hepatitis in Virginia. He was 39.".......

Military veterans returning from World War II
supplied the backbone of the 49ers original 1946 team.
Dear Teammates,

You don't know me, but I scored the 49ers first  touchdown. That was before your time.

I heard you just gave Quarterback Colin Kaepernick an award named after me. I don't care about politics, but I care about America's flag. If you can't stand up for that, there's something wrong with you, not America.

Look at this picture:
If you want to give honor in my name, give my award to that sailor holding up the flag, not the quarterback holding down the bench. The serviceman could be asked at any moment to give up everything for your freedom and safety--and he'll do it. He's the one taking the "inspirational and courageous" stand.

Like that sailor, I'm a Navy man who always stood up for our flag. Stand up with me.

Dave Barry's Fake News is Better Than Your Fake News!

I'm Talking to You, CNN

"She is declared the winner of the Iowa caucuses via a controversial and confusing process that, in some precincts, involves dodgeball. But Clinton faces an unexpectedly strong challenge from Sen. Bernie Sanders, a feisty 217-year-old Vermont senator with a message of socialism, but the good kind of socialism where everybody gets a lot of free stuff, not the kind where starving people fight over who gets the lone remaining beet at the co-op. Sanders wins the New Hampshire Democratic primary, followed, in what some observers see as a troubling sign, by Vladimir Putin.".......

I saw Lone Remaining Beet open for Huey Lewis in '95.

Team RansomAir

Is It Really Ransom if You Enjoy Paying It?

"The phrase that struck me that Kerry used: 'America can't stand idly by' - because of these Israeli settlements. 'Stand idly by' has been the Obama modus operandi in that region since he took office. He has stood idly by as half a million people have died in Syria, and Iraq has been swept by ISIS. Millions and millions of people have been set loose across the region, so-called refugees destabilizing American allies in Europe...

Obama and Kerry have been happy to "stand idly by" for mass murder, decapitations, burnings, sex slavery, ethnocultural cleansing, etc, etc, etc. But put up a Jewish subdivision and all of a sudden they're not going to stand idly by, no sirree."--Mark Steyn

"Bring a pallet with $400 million in unmarked bills to the Geneva Airport on January 17, 2016
if you ever want to see these hostages alive again. Also a thin-crust Supreme with extra onions and anchovies."
For Obama, it wasn't about the getting the hostages released. It was about his real goal--showering the Ayatollah. with cash.

During his Ransom Deal, Obama teamed up with our enemies and foreign governments to lie to us.

During his Iran Nuke Deal, Obama teamed up with our enemies and foreign governments to lie to us.

During his UN Deal, Obama teamed up with our enemies and foreign governments to lie to us.

I'm sensing a pattern here; Teamwork!

Team BitterClinger UPDATE:

"Like bitter clingers, President Obama and Secretary Kerry are spending every last minute of this administration wreaking havoc domestically and abroad. With their last breath in office, they have struck at Israel, through the United Nations and through today's disgraceful speech.
These acts are shameful. They are designed to secure a legacy, and indeed they have: history will record and the world will fully understand Obama and Kerry as relentless enemies of Israel. Their actions were designed to weaken and marginalize Israel, and to embolden its enemies.
Today's speech -- like Kerry's 2014 remarks likening Israel to an apartheid state -- will enflame rising anti-Semitism in Europe. It will encourage the mullahs who hate Israel and hate America. And it will facilitate "law-fare," growing legal assaults on Israel through transnational legal fora.
Kerry's speech drew a stunning moral equivalence between our great ally Israel and the Palestinian Authority, currently formed in a 'unity' government with the vicious terrorists of Hamas. Secretary Kerry declared the Hamas regime in Gaza "radical," in the same way he declared the duly-elected government of Israel "extreme." He declared vicious terrorism sponsored by Hamas equal to Israeli settlements in West Bank. And he equated Israel's celebration of its birth with the Palestinian description of this event as the "disaster." His speech attempted to lay out an historic and seismic shift towards the delegitimization of our ally, Israel, and the further empowerment of the Palestinian Authority.
Kerry's central conclusion, that "Israel can either be Jewish or democratic, it cannot be both" is an inanity that passes as profound only in Ivory Tower faculty lounges. There are roughly 50 majority-Muslim countries in the world. There is one -- only one -- Jewish state. And yet, for Kerry and Obama, that is too much. The Israeli Knesset has 17 elected Arab members. It has Muslim members and Christian members. In contrast, one searches in vain for Muslim countries that have elected Jewish representatives.
It is a sign of their radicalism and refusal to defend American interests, that Obama and Kerry choose to attack the only inclusive democracy in the Middle East -- a strong, steadfast ally of America -- while turning a blind eye to the Islamic terrorism that grows daily.
America is an unshakable friend of Israel, and we are horrified at what has transpired this week.
I believe Obama's and Kerry's shameful conduct will backfire. That it will be short-lived, and will inspire a bipartisan repudiation of their radical anti-Israel agenda.
All Americans who understand the value of the U.S.-Israel alliance must immediately and unequivocally reject their false and dangerous narrative, and reassert our fundamental commitment to Israel's security. Thankfully, Congress and the incoming administration can and I hope will take decisive action to intercept the administration’s final and desperate Hail Mary, and that should begin with eliminating U.S. funding to the U.N., unless and until this disgraceful resolution is reversed.
I look forward to working with my colleagues on both sides of the aisle as well as the incoming administration to chart a new path forward based on America's national security interests and clear-eyed reality, not on the Obama administration's globalist agenda and wishful thinking."--Ted Cruz .......

Little Big Marco: "Secretary Kerry today once again decided to cater to the demands of freedom’s enemies and devote an entire speech to disparaging a country that is one of our closest allies. This administration’s shameful undermining of our moral standing in the world should be a warning to administrations for decades to come about the consequences of America abandoning our values. When we fail to take a stand against those that seek to deny #Israel’s right to exist or try to question the Jewish history of Jerusalem, we hurt not just Israel but our own credibility.
The greatest immediate threat to the future of Israel is not a stalled peace process, or settlements, but the abandonment of the Jewish state by the current U.S. administration at a time when it needs America’s support more than ever.
I look forward to working with President-elect Trump and his incoming team to restore our relationship with Israel to its proper place. I intend to continue to work with my colleagues to fight alarming efforts by those in the United States and internationally to promote modern day anti-Semitism through the boycott and divestment movement. I will also work to ensure that if the United Nations wants to continue to promote anti-Semitism and anti-Israel views, it will do so without U.S. taxpayer funding.
This shameful episode in American foreign policy cannot end soon eno

If Only They Got This Angry With Our Enemies

Why Don't You Lecture a Mullah For a Change?

 War-monger Obama invades Occupied Palestine
He needed votes and money back then, but now the mask is off--although he still needs the money. Money is one of the reasons he blames Russia--Democrat donors want to blame somebody for the election debacle before they'll donate again. In this case, Obama underestimated the backlash by Jewish donors and was forced to send his toady Kerry out to defend his anti-Semitic UN resolution.

And it is Obama's UN resolution, despite the paper-thin lies to the contrary. In the Iran Deal, Obama teamed up with terrorists and foreign countries at the UN to lie to the American people and to our allies--and now he's done it again.

Horse-Face Kerry equated building homes with bombing them. He seemed to back a "right of return" which would turn Israel into another Islamic thugocracy of which this administration is so fond. He lied about Obama's sponsorship of the resolution and he never spoke the One True Thing: that there would already be peace if Palestinians wanted it.

Obama's Two-State Solution:

UPDATE: Krauthammer: "There was one important element in the 70 minutes of that word salad and it was important because I think there's a ray of hope. The danger for the Israelis, the danger for the peace process was that there was another shoe to drop. Possibly, Obama would go back to the Security Council, take the Kerry six-point plan and impose it on the Israelis through Security Council resolution. That's been a threat. And the second threat was that Obama would unilaterally recognize a Palestinian state demanding nothing in return from the Palestinians meaning the state of war continues, the terrorism continues, et cetera. Where there was a passage buried in those 70 minutes of Kerry, which seem to rule those two threats out. Where Kerry says there's some want us to dictate the terms of the resolution of the Security Council. He said these are not choices we will make. And he said others want us to simply recognize the Palestinian state absent an agreement and again he says these are not choices we will make. If Kerry sticks with that, then the damage is done, and we will start all over again on January 20th. I hope he sticks to it. You don't know what will happen in Paris. But unless he betrays his own words it looks like the damage is done and it will be somewhat limited.".......
That may not be what he means, Charles. It doesn't rule out choices others will make, does it?

True Valor

Not the Fake Swift-Boat Kind

Captain Or Ben-Yehuda, Freedom Fighter against Obama's Terror Pals
"As they approached the first vehicle, nearly two dozen armed men opened fire on their position in an ambush attack. Both Captain Ben-Yehuda and her driver were immediately shot in the volley of gunfire.

Despite suffering from a gunshot wound, Captain Ben-Yehuda managed to get on the radio and call for backup, administer first aid to her driver and return several magazines worth of gunfire back at her attackers.

Backup, in the form of several vehicles full of IDF soldiers, arrived on scene, the wounded Captain commanded the responding soldiers and positioned her men to effectively fight back the terrorists.

At this point it was obvious the IDF was going to be able to push back the armed group, and medical personnel wanted to evacuate Captain Ben-Yehuda to treat her gunshot wounds. However, she was unwilling to leave the battlefield until all of the fighting was done.

For her actions and bravery, Captain Ben-Yehuda was awarded Israel’s highest honor, the Medal of Valor."....,..

Mom, too!

President Jew-Hater to Reward Terrorists With Their Own Country Today?

"...that I will subvert and destroy the Constitution of the United States in league with all enemies, foreign and domestic..."

Anti-Semite Barack Hussein Obama is in all likelihood going to send out his lackey "Jenjis" Kerry to push for Palestinian Statehood today, rewarding their evil and making war more likely. After all, why make peace when all the rewards come from terrorism?

Whether rewarding Gitmo terrorists with freedom, Iranian terrorists with pallets of cash and nuclear weapons, Syrian terrorists with non-interference, Egyptian terrorists with recognition or Palestinian terrorists with a country, Obama has been a stalwart for his cause:
"Get me that horse-faced toady on the phone..."

What's Up, Doc Sowell?

A: Ordered Liberty in a Free Republic

Dr. Thomas Sowell: "Even the best things come to an end. After enjoying a quarter of a century of writing this column for Creators Syndicate, I have decided to stop. Age 86 is well past the usual retirement age, so the question is not why I am quitting, but why I kept at it so long.
It was very fulfilling to be able to share my thoughts on the events unfolding around us, and to receive feedback from readers across the country – even if it was impossible to answer them.
Being old-fashioned, I liked to know what the facts were before writing. That required not only a lot of research, it also required keeping up with what was being said in the media.
During a stay in Yosemite National Park last May, taking photos with a couple of my buddies, there were four consecutive days without seeing a newspaper or a television news program – and it felt wonderful. With the political news being so awful this year, it felt especially wonderful.
This made me decide to spend less time following politics and more time on my photography, adding more pictures to my website (".......

Thanks for a lifetime of service; you made it better, sir.

Let the graceful man speak:

"We have always had to worry about the ignorance of the uneducated. Today we have to worry about the ignorance of people with college degrees."

“Much of the social history of the Western world over the past three decades has involved replacing what worked with what sounded good.”

“Freedom has cost too much blood and agony to be relinquished at the cheap price of rhetoric.”

"If you want to understand the fatal dangers facing America today, read "The Gathering Storm" by Winston Churchill. The book is not about America, the Middle East or nuclear missiles. But it shows Europe's attitudes and delusions — aimed at peace in the years before the Second World War — which instead ended up bringing on that most terrible war in all of human history. ... Reading about the decline and fall of the Roman Empire, and the widespread retrogressions of Western civilization that followed, was an experience that was sobering, if not crushing. Ancient history in general lets us know how long human beings have been the way they are, and dampens giddy zeal for the latest panaceas, despite how politically correct those panaceas may be."

"Hillary Clinton's idea that we have to see the world from our adversaries' point of view — and even "empathize" with it — is not new. Back in 1938, British Prime Minister Neville Chamberlain said, "I have realized vividly how Herr Hitler feels." Ronald Reagan, however, made sure our adversaries understood how we felt. Reagan's approach turned out a lot better than Chamberlain's."

“The most basic question is not what is best, but who shall decide what is best.”

“Whenever someone refers to me as someone "who happens to be black," I wonder if they realize that both my parents are black. If I had turned out to be Scandinavian or Chinese, people would have wondered what was going on.”

“If you are not prepared to use force to defend civilization, then be prepared to accept barbarism.”

"The history of the 20th century is full of examples of countries that set out to redistribute wealth and ended up redistributing poverty."

“When people get used to preferential treatment, equal treatment seems like discrimination.”

“One of the common failings among honorable people is a failure to appreciate how thoroughly dishonorable some other people can be, and how dangerous it is to trust them.”

“Ronald Reagan had a vision of America. Barack Obama has a vision of Barack Obama.”

“It was Thomas Edison who brought us electricity, not the Sierra Club. It was the Wright brothers who got us off the ground, not the Federal Aviation Administration. It was Henry Ford who ended the isolation of millions of Americans by making the automobile affordable, not Ralph Nader. Those who have helped the poor the most have not been those who have gone around loudly expressing 'compassion' for the poor, but those who found ways to make industry more productive and distribution more efficient, so that the poor of today can afford things that the affluent of yesterday could only dream about.”

“What is called “planning” in political rhetoric is the government’s suppression of other people’s plans by superimposing on them a collective plan, created by third parties, armed with the power of government and exempted from paying the costs that these collective plans impose on others.”

“As a young Marxist in college during the 1950s heyday of the anti-Communist crusade led by Senator Joseph McCarthy, I had more freedom to express my views in class, without fear of retaliation, than conservative students have on many campuses today.”

..."[W]hen loan approval rates are not cited, but loan denial rates are, that creates a larger statistical disparity, since most loans are approved. Even if 98 percent of blacks had their mortgage loan applications approved, if 99 percent of whites were approved than by quoting denial rates alone it could be said that blacks were rejected twice as often as whites.” [Which is how you lie with statistics--Ed.]

“Guns are completely inappropriate for the kind of sheep-like people the anointed envision or the orderly, prepackaged world in which they are to live. When you are in mortal danger, you are supposed to dial 911, so that the police can arrive on the scene some time later, identify your body, and file reports in triplicate.”

"By the end of the 20th century, “liberals” had again discredited themselves, to the point where they went back to calling themselves “progressives” to escape their past, much as people do when they declare bankruptcy."

"What ‘multiculturalism’ boils down to is that you can praise any culture in the world except Western culture – and you cannot blame any culture in the world except Western culture."

"People who pride themselves on their 'complexity" and deride others for being 'simplistic' should realize that the truth is often not very complicated. What gets complex is evading the truth."

"Capitalism is not an ‘ism.’ It is closer to being the opposite of an ‘ism,’ because it is simply the freedom of ordinary people to make whatever economic transactions they can mutually agree to."

"In a sense, proponents of "social justice" are unduly modest. What they are seeking to correct are not merely the deficiencies of society, but of the cosmos. What they call social justice encompasses far more than any given society is causally responsible for. Crusaders for social justice seek to correct not merely the sins of man but the oversights of God or the accidents of history. What they are really seeking is a universe tailor-made to their vision of equality. They are seeking cosmic justice." ...

"Socially counterproductive policies are just one of the many costs of the quest for cosmic justice.  The rule of law, on which a free society depends, is inherently incompatible with cosmic justice.  Laws exist in all kinds of societies, from the freest to the most totalitarian.  But the rule of law-- a government of laws and not of men, as it used to be called-- is rare and vulnerable.  You cannot redress the myriad inequalities which pervade human life by applying the same rules to all or by applying any rules other than the arbitrary dispensations of those in power.  The final chapter of The Quest for Cosmic Justice is titled "The Quiet Repeal of the American Revolution"-- because that is what is happening piecemeal by zealots devoted to their own particular applications of cosmic justice."

"[F]ight back.  That spirit is the best birthday present for America."

Anti-Semite Obama Helps Iran Cheat on Nukes

Chronic Liar Gonna Lie Chronically
Wanna bet?

"Iran was given secret exemptions allowing the country to exceed restrictions set out by the landmark nuclear deal inked last year, some of which were made public this week by the United Nations nuclear watchdog and others that are likely still being withheld, according to diplomatic sources and a top nuclear expert who spoke to THE WEEKLY STANDARD.

The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) on Friday posted documents revealing that Iran had been given exemptions in January that permit the country to stockpile uranium in excess of the 300 kilogram limit set by the nuclear deal, experts said. The agreements had been kept secret for almost a year, but recent reports indicated that the Trump administration intended to make them public.".......

President Jew-Hater: The Aberrant Stain Abstains

Judenhass for the Holidays
Taking up where King Herod left off
Don't be fooled. This isn't Egypt's UN resolution.

Anti-Semite Barack Hussein Obama wrote this resolution himself and had Egypt put it forward before he leaves from underneath his rock on Jan. 20th--and choreographed it just before Christmas to change the subject.

This is Herr Obama's al-Arian Paragraph: "[T]he best-known Aryan paragraphs are to be found in the legislation of Nazi Germany. They served as regulations to exclude Jews from organizations, federations, parties, and, ultimately, all public life. ... Based on the bylaws and programs of anti-Semitic organizations and parties of the late 19th century (as the German Social Party in 1889), the Aryan Paragraph first appeared in the Third Reich in the formulation of the Law for the Restoration of the Professional Civil Service, which was passed on 7 April 1933. It stipulated that only those of Aryan descent, without Jewish parents or grandparents, could be employed in the civil service.".......

President Jew-Hater finally wrote something without Bill Ayers--and he's too chickenshit to put his name on it.

Nor is it a personal issue with Netanyahu. Obama hated Jews long before he ever heard of Bibi. He was raised on anti-Semitism, a standard belief of Communists and indeed all totalitarians, ayatollahs, jihadists, dictators and scum.

The UN applauds Satan...and Satan applauds them.
Cascadia said...
"The UN needs to be hounded out of its general HQ in Turtle Bay and the site returned to US sovereignty.
Trump and his company will know exactly what to do with that valuable property.

BTW - After this Israel-hating bastard fed the beleaguered nation to the murderous islamofascist and leftist wolves, this drug-addled piece of crap masquerading as President had the unmitigated gall to send out a photo of him with hangers on lighting Hanukkah candles.

The irony is, of course, completely lost on this dimwitted ignoramus. Hanukkah celebrates the restoration of Jewish sovereignty over precisely the area of Israel he has stolen for his bloodthirsty, genocidal Pals."........

Assisting Iran in pointing nukes at Israel wasn't enough for President Jew-Hater.

Breitbart: "Krauthammer said: “What happened today is that the United States joined the jackals at the UN. That was a phrase used by Pat Moynihan, the great Democratic Senator, the former US Ambassador, who spoke for the United States standing up in the UN, and to resist this kind of disgrace. To give you an idea of how appalling this resolution is, it declares that any Jew who lives in the Jewish Quarter of Jerusalem, the Jewish Quarter, inhabited for 1,000 years, is illegal, breaking international law, essentially an outlaw, can be hauled into the international criminal court or international courts in Europe, which is one of the consequences.”........

"Yeah, man, yeah."

"No. 'Man'."
Leader of the Free World Bibi:
I apologize to Israelis that we have foisted this disgraceful jackal first on ourselves, and then on you. He betrayed us, so of course he betrayed you, too.

Here's to better days, to life; "l'chaim tovim ul'shalom", "for good life, and for peace.” Amen and amen.

'A Country Boy Can Surmise' UPDATE:

"Told ya' so!"

More, Please: "This tree represents love and peace"

An 85-foot-tall artificial Christmas tree stands erected in Baghdad as a symbol of solidarity with Christians this holiday season, says the Muslim businessman who built it.
Yassi Saad said he wanted to put the tallest tree in the Iraqi city with the aim at “joining our Christian brothers in their holiday celebrations and helping Iraqis forget their anguish, especially the war in Mosul.”
The tree, with a diameter of 33 feet, was erected in the center of an amusement part in the Iraqi capital. Saad said the initiative cost around $24,000.
"This tree represents love and peace," said teacher Saba Ismael, as her visiting students took pictures in front of the tree. "I wish all Iraqi Christians could return to Iraq and live normal and peaceful lives."
Iraq's Christian community has steadily dwindled since the 2003 U.S.-led invasion. Christians have been targeted by Islamic extremists on several occasions, and have also fled the country for better economic opportunities.
Thousands of Christians fled Mosul and surrounding areas when IS swept across northern Iraq in the summer of 2014. The extremist group forces Christians to convert to Islam or pay a special tax, and often confiscates their property.
Some Christians have managed to return to villages outside of Mosul that have been retaken by Iraqi forces, only to find that their homes and churches have been ransacked.".......

Related--CNS: "So often concern for Christians is minimized. I am so happy, because you are the first American who has come to just ask about the Christians. We pray that President Trump will help us. We are the last people to speak the Aramaic language. Without help, we are finished.”

Psalm 119:114 "You are my refuge and my shield; I have put my hope in your word."

CHRISTMAS UPDATE: "Tendayi moved from Zimbabwe to Chicago with her husband about 19 years ago. The couple never had any children of their own, but as Tendayi says, "I do now. I do have a lot."
Tendayi was hired to work in the hospital cafeteria 18 years ago. While she makes a humble living from her job, Tendayi has set up a savings account which sets aside money every month for her toy shopping spree at the end of the year.".......
"For me, it's a blessing. When God puts this in your heart, you don't get tired."

"Don't be afraid to see what you see."--Ronald Reagan

Canterbury Cathedral: Virgin, Child, Three Wise Men, Two SWAT Officers
"Instead of having all these individual perimeters around every Dunkin Donuts franchise or every gas station, or ever J.C. Penny, why not have just one big perimeter around the country? We could call it a border! And we could have, like, border security!"--Mark Steyn

(BERLIN) Police released a photo of the terrorist truck driver they are seeking, described as a 23 yr.-old Tunisian immigrant with blurry eyes.

"Anis A." holed-up somewhere
The Daily Mail: "Anis arrived in Germany in July 2015 and was put on a danger list shortly after arriving - a sign authorities considered him prone to extreme violence. He was placed under surveillance but details remains unclear.
In April this year he was given an immigration hearing and denied the right to asylum. He was due to be deported before the end of the year.
But under a peculiarity of the German asylum system he was granted a 'Duldung' - or toleration papers - which allowed him to stay for unknown reasons.".......

Authorities are still seeking his accomplice, described as a doddering old woman with a Beiber bowl-cut:
Her DNA is all over this
There were reports of this woman sighted on hiking trails outside of Chappaqua, N.Y., but it turned out to be just an unemployed admirer. .......

Seriously, what exactly is the point of having an ALL POINTS BULLETIN--BE ON THE LOOKOUT!-photo...that is pixelated? The terrorist already knows what he looks like--it's the public who needs to see. Evidently, German privacy laws demanded this tender solicitude, although authorities have since released full pictures.

But it still serves as a metaphor for how this Very Well-Known Wolf was able to keep operating while we blind ourselves.

He was even on our No-Fly List. What's next, a No-Drive List?

Meanwhile, back in Florida, one from the Already-Flew List:

Pasco County Fire Rescue was called to Mahmoud Elganainy's home in Carissa Lane in the Summertree subdivision around 6:20 a.m. over a report of an unresponsive elderly man.
Mahmoud Elganainy's wife contacted authorities about fumes that may have led to his collapse. He was taken to a hospital.
When deputies arrived, officials said they saw suspicious materials in the bedroom of the couple's son, Sherif Elganainy, 21.
When deputies tried to take Sherif Elganainy into custody, officials said he attacked the deputies, causing a violent fight to break out.
"Sherif Elganainy attacks our deputies," Nocco said. "And they’re basically in a fight for their lives. These deputies were in an absolute struggle to fight to get this suspect constrained."
One of the deputies incurred a broken bone in his hand and another deputy received a blow to the head before the suspect was subdued.
No More Pixels!
"Give us your tired, your poor, your huddled masses yearning to breathe bomb-making chemicals until Dad passes out, Mom calls the cops and Junior Jihadi fights with officers for their weapons like a Michael Brown-wannabe, all hepped-up on nitro fumes, al Awlaki videos and suburban bloodlust."
Sheriff Chris Nocco: "This guy could have been a potential terrorist. We are treating it to that level. You look around the world, you see what happened in Germany, you see what happens across this country, across the world. You know, the information we have, we're not just going to look at the other way. We're going to keep digging. We're gonna keep finding, if there's anybody else involved, who might have known him, we're going to keep working this investigation. But we have citizens' lives at risk. We have people who are nervous, and I can tell you, don't be nervous. We have the situation under control. There are people that make statements, that take actions, that want to do harm. We're going to do everything we can to stop them."
UPDATA: Z-Man on Immigration: "They are not coming here just to screw it all up for everyone including themselves. Recent legal immigrants tend to be hyper-patriotic for that reason. They take nothing for granted because they had to earn their citizenship.
Their presence is a healthy reminder that citizenship has value.

That’s ultimately the truth about the open borders crowd. They place no value on citizenship. That’s because they put no value on people. To the open borders enthusiasts, humans are just undifferentiated raw material, inputs they can manipulate. Whether the material comes from home or abroad is irrelevant because everything normal people associate with being human is of no concern to the managerial types. They see people the way normal people look at furniture."

Obama Caught in an Un-presidented Lie: "Cut it out, Vlad."

You Forgot to Say "Please"!

Sorry, Drudge; Russians must have hacked your photo!
John Hindraker:

"This is what I don’t understand: in October 2014, the Russian government hacked into both the White House’s and the State Department’s computer systems. For an unknown period of time, weeks if not months, the Russians were reading White House and State Department emails–a far more significant security breach than the accounts of Debbie Wasserman Schultz and John Podesta. The Obama administration never did discover that its communications had been compromised, but an ally (I suspect it was Israel) alerted the administration to the Russian intrusion. The White House’s computer system was down for weeks while experts tried to deal with the Russian hack and improve security.

What was President Obama’s reaction to this hack, which could reasonably be seen as an act of war? There was none, apparently. The administration downplayed the significance of the intrusion. The Russian government had been reading White House and State Department emails? No big deal! The liberal press followed suit. The newspapers that are now hysterical about the alleged Russian hacking of Wasserman Schultz’s email account dutifully kept quiet about what happened in the White House and the State Department. It doesn’t take a genius to figure out that Democratic Party newspapers like the Washington Post and the New York Times remained silent because the midterm election was just a few weeks away, and the story reflected badly on the Obama administration.

So this is what I don’t get: why didn’t President Obama tell Vladimir Putin to cut it out back in 2014? If all it took was a stern warning by our president to bring Russian cyberwarfare to a halt, why didn’t Obama tell Putin to stop it two years ago? If he had done so, following his own logic, the Russians would have behaved and there would have been no Wasserman-Schultz hack two years later. Who knows, Hillary Clinton might be our president-elect!

This question is so blindingly obvious that one can only wonder why not a single reporter at today’s press conference thought to ask it." .........

The president catches himself in a lie:

Pres. Putt-Putt: "And so in early September when I saw President Putin in China, I felt that the most effective way to ensure that that did not happen was to talk to him directly and tell him to cut it out, there were going to be some serious consequences if he did not. And in fact, we did not see further tampering of the election process."

If he told Putin to "cut it out" or face retaliation, and Putin complied, then why is Obama still retaliating?

Either Obama broke his word or Putin treated his threat like a piece of toilet paper stuck on his shoe, or Obama has no intention of retaliating or this is a sham exercise to delegitimize Trump by the same CIA that obediently regurgitated fake White House talking points on the Benghazi video.

The Puttz: “Almost every country on Earth sees America as stronger and more respected today than they did eight years ago. In other words, by so many measures, our country is stronger and more prosperous than it was when we started. It’s a situation that I’m proud to leave for my successor.”.......

And then the drugs wore off. Pure delusion. Does China respect Obama's "strength"?

Even Trump's spelling error is more accurate than the horseshit coming out of the White House: it was an "unpresidented act"--they acted because we have an Un-president. Even when Trump is wrong, he's right!

We are indeed "unpresidented"--at least until January 20th. The Russians know it. The Chinese know it. The Syrians, the Iranians and the Cubans know it.

And the Americans know it, too.

UPDATE: I couldn't figure out why Obama was running with this mess since his years of failure to stop hacking makes him look like a 98-lb. weakling. Maybe this is why; Ace of Spades:

"Good quote from one of her donors: "I'm not putting in another f***ing dime until someone tells me what just happened." .......

He's telling them "what just happened". He's trying to hang on to the moneybag donors by giving them a scapegoat. Rebuilding the party he personally decimated is going to cost lots of money with no guarantee of success.

For example: "Some reports say that Barry skipped as many as two thirds of his intelligence briefings, including the one the morning after the Benghazi debacle. Instead of attending the briefing, he flew to Las Vegas for a fundraiser at which he compared the "sacrifices" of Democratic fundraisers to the sacrifices of four still-warm murdered Americans.".......

It's not about Russia; it's about cold, hard cash. And Marxism has always been about Other People's Money.

Hack President: The Wheels Come Completely Off

To Call this Crowd a Banana Republic is to Insult Bananas

"Feel my Glare, Vlad, Don't make me write a Strongly-Worded Letter!"

After the Russian Reset
After Russia starts a war in Ukraine proper and we refuse to arm them
After Russian proxies shoot down a jet-liner
After "Tell Vladimir I'll be more flexible after the election."
After letting Russians hack the White House with impunity
After allowing Russians to blackmail Europe with natural gas we could have provided
After removing missile defense from Poland
After selling Russia part of our uranium supply
After "The 1980's called, Mitt; they want their foreign policy back."
After letting Russians establish military bases in the Middle East
After watching them bomb Syrian civilians into dust
After Russia helps cause massive, destabilizing refugee flows not seen since WWII
After letting the Russians provide missile defenses for Iran's nuke factories

After all of that...Obama is finally, finally going to stand up to the Russians in his last week in office?

Just because Hillary lost?

Just because Trump must be delegitimized at any cost?

Just because DNC staffer Seth Rich leaked the fact that Podesta was writing questions for the Poodle Press? POTUS, Please.
"Did he say anything?"
"Just something about a hill. Nothing, really"
Don't bother now, clown. No point in acting like an American president now. It's 8 years late and 10 Trillion Dollars short. Don't let the embossed White House seal on the door hit you in the ass on your way out.

This is what happens when you put a Communist incompetent in the White House, kids. Don't ever do that again.

Press Con UPDATE:  "Responsibility for this brutality lies in one place alone, with the Assad regime and its allies, Russia and Iran, and this blood and these atrocities are on their hands." You just shook Putin's hand again last week--you just noticed the blood today? Those are your allies, pal. You let them do all this so you could save your precious Ayatollah.

"...37 percent of Republican voters approve of Putin. Over a third of Republican voters approve of Vladimir Putin, the former head of the KGB. Ronald Reagan would roll over in his grave."

Maybe the numbers are goofy because for years, Obama's been treating Putin and every other dictator in the world like they were our best friends. If Reagan rolled over, it was because of the Marxist penetration of the Oval Office.

They Tell Three Good Lies Before Half-Time

Liars in a League of Their Own

New York Daily Newsish: Roger Staubach to Donald Trump: Army and Navy football players deserve your respect, not your insults

Except Roger Staubach didn't say that to Trump. In fact, they both said the same thing; service academies aren't always rated on top but they are good teams with great spirit.

Staubach to New York Daily "News": Quit Twisting My Words For Your Obsessive Trump Monomania, You Disgusting Freaks

The "News" calls Staubach "a man also known as Captain America and who just may be the last great American football hero." Which is correct--and the exact reason why he shouldn't have been used as just another throwaway prop in their tool kit of pre-written Trump-Hate.
"This is why I hate talking to "reporters", Coach".

Drain the Swamp, Don't Swamp the Drain: Vote "No" on Tillerson

Sorry, Donald; it's a "Nyet"

Tillerson put the "stab" in Establishment. I don't see this guy calling Roto-Rooter on the cesspool at State. I see him fitting in and being co-opted by the Perma-Blob.

Global Warming Paris "Treaty" supporter.
Gay Rights Activist at the Boy Scouts.
and Putin pal.

One of the few non-doping Russian Medalists
I doubt he'd sell Russia the rest of our uranium, but if we wanted all of Tillerson's Establishment baggage, we could have voted for Hillary. and then gnawed our own arm off.

I'm thrilled Trump won, but this medal-winner is a loser for America.

Trigger Triggers the Triggered

The Charge: Excogitating While Blue

Guilty! Heat Street via Legal Insurrection:

“Given how busy we have been this past week, including today, I showed up to class late and was still in full uniform because I didn’t have time to change.” he wrote, “Obviously, being in full police uniform, I was armed.” He says that a “fellow classmate complained to the professor of their uncomfortableness of having an armed police officer in the class”—even though he has sat in the same class for six weeks, so the student would have known who he was.

His professor then called the police, but Collins says he was “not privileged to either of these conversations as they took place behind my back.” His professor then approached him and informed him that they had called the police, but the police never came because Collins was perfectly within the law." .......

These over-educated morons wouldn't have called the cops on Stab/Driver Abdul Razak Ali Artan if he showed up with a fleet of taxis and the entire Ginsu Knife Collection. That would be a micro-aggression--maybe even macro-!

But calling the cops on a cop for being a cop, that's "normal"--if by "normal", we mean "the morally-deformed detritus left in the wake of eight years of treasonous subversion."

Why would you summon even more storm-troopers to the scene with their scary, scary guns, anyway? I'm guessing it wasn't a Logic 101 class. Hint: Police have better things to do than to babysit alleged grown-ups on campus. You children will feel better after your nap.

Who am I kidding?

MISEDUCATION UPDATE: Meanwhile, at OSU, the Usual Campus Suspects and the terrorist's family are blaming police, not the terrorist Abdul. My favorite is this little Commie, Jr. who calls the attack a "misunderstanding". Wow.

Just for the record, and for those of you who may have never heard this; I

It is not the responsibility of the taxpayers to get up in the morning, go to work and send their tax dollars to Washington, DC, so the Feddle Gummint can put a family of hostiles from MudHut-istan on a jet, fly them to America, buy them groceries, pay their rent, give them medical treatment, provide them internet to view al-Alaki videos and free scholarships to hear professors tell them the same supremacist garbage while running over the taxpayers children with an Intifada Infiniti.

It could have just as easily been those Victim Studies professors who were pinned underneath Artan's vehicle--Instant Car-ma! That's not scholarship; it's accessory before the fact. The Civilizational Suicide they're teaching is starting to pile up casualties right outside the classroom door. OSU students: Sue Your Professors!

Reading, Writing and Judenhass: If they can't convince adults and college students by running over them, they'll propagandize a room full of captive third-graders with PLO brainwashing instead.

Now call the cops!

Like the Man Said, "America First", Boeing

The Shia Sell-Out
Forbes: Boeing Should Think Twice Before Iran Sale
"The Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) reached last year between Iran and six world powers lifted sanctions against Iran’s aviation sector, allowing aircraft manufacturers like Boeing BA +0.71% and Airbus to sell aircraft to Iran. But the fact that those prohibitions have been lifted does not mean that the rationale behind them has changed.
Iran remains the foremost state sponsor of terrorism in the world and is still number one on the recently-released Basel Anti-Money Laundering Index Report of 2016, which assesses the risk of money laundering and terrorist financing in 149 countries. Iranian commercial aircraft routinely violate international aviation rules by transporting arms and military personnel to Syria, and selling aircraft to Iran will expose manufacturers to the risk of becoming complicit in such activities.".......

"Thanks for money, weapons and aircraft, Obama!"
This wasn't between "Iran and six world powers"--it was five powers and one tin-pot president doing an end-run around the Constitution.
Boeing is trying to sell this as a Trumpyesque American jobs deal; would we sell them ICBMs, too, if there are some jobs in it?
They also want the Ex-Im Bank to protect them while they assist the Mullahs.
Washington Examiner: "Last month, the House of Representatives voted to ban U.S. financing of airplane sales to Iran, after Republicans accused President Obama of making concessions to Iran not mandated in the agreement. The Obama administration also issued an export license allowing Airbus to sell more than 100 aircraft to Iran Air, in defiance of GOP warnings that Iran has a history of using these aircraft for military purposes.
The Treasury Department's decision to allow U.S. banks to finance the sale of Boeing aircraft to Iran, after Treasury Secretary Jack Lew's initial statement that the U.S. did not have to provide such authorization under the Iran deal, was the impetus for the legislation.

The flow of international funding into Iran in the wake of the nuclear deal has been a source of controversy for more than a year.

"We now have American companies that are saying, 'You know what, let's go in and let's do business with a terrorist regime,'" Rep. Peter Roskam, R-Ill., said last month. "How's that? Let's just go make a buck. That's the scandal of this. The scandal is there are American companies, international companies, Boeing, Airbus, that are now making their own names linked with terror forever more."".......

Rex Tillerson and the Friendship of Order

"Lies can be dangerous. Willfully ignoring the truth is far more so. Lies can be fought with truth. Self-delusion has no natural enemy."--Garry Kasparov

John McCain: “I don’t know what Mr. Tillerson’s relationship with Vladimir Putin was, but I’ll tell you it is a matter of concern to me. You want to give the president of the United States the benefit of the doubt because the people have spoken. But Vladimir Putin is a thug, bully and a murderer, and anybody else who describes him as anything else is lying.”

Senator Robert Menendez: "Reports that Rex Tillerson could be nominated to be our nation's top diplomat (are) alarming and absurd. With Rex Tillerson as our secretary of state the Trump administration would be guaranteeing Russia has a willing accomplice in the president's cabinet guiding our nation's foreign policy."

NBC: "In 2013, the Kremlin bestowed the country's Order of Friendship honor on Tillerson.
He will also be paired with former U.N. Ambassador John Bolton as his deputy secretary of state, one of the sources added, with Bolton handling day-to-day management of the department."

American Thinker: "According to a recently published Heritage Foundation report, the 2017 Index of U.S. Military Strength, Russia poses a “formidable” and “aggressive” threat to the vital interests of the United States. The report states, “Russia seeks to maximize its strategic position in the world at the expense of the United States. It also seeks to undermine U.S. influence and moral standing, harasses U.S. and NATO forces, and is working to sabotage U.S. and Western policy in Syria.” ...

Near the close of 1999, as Russians became increasingly angry about massive government corruption and lawlessness and the popularity of Yeltsin and his heir apparent, Putin, dropped into single digits, four apartment buildings were bombed. The violence was orchestrated by the FSB to turn the attention of the populace away from domestic concerns and redirect it toward Chechen terrorism. Satter, who has the distinction of expulsion from Russia in 2014 as an “undesirable,” explains how the Russian government rigged explosions of civilian housing. More than 300 Russian citizens died and the bombings were conveniently blamed on Chechen separatists.

With the perceived Chechen threat and the fear kindled within the Russian population, Putin had an excuse to start the second Chechen war. This action instantly transformed him into a popular hero, easily able to assume control of the country. With the terrorist threat upfront, the miserable conditions in Russia and Yeltsin’s criminal government took a back seat, Satter says. Russians unified behind Putin and shifted their concerns to homeland security. Once elected, Putin, perceived now as a tough leader avenging Chechen aggression, exonerated Yeltsin, who had resigned as president, amid outrage over his government corruption.".......

Glenn Reynolds "SO, I WAS WRITING ABOUT THIS PUTIN STUFF BACK IN JULY, but nobody seemed to care then.

Meanwhile, if you want to do something about Russian interference going forward, we need to (1) get serious with cybersecurity and not give divas like Hillary a pass because they’re divas; (2) go to paper ballots and other forms of enhanced election-integrity protections. I’d go full-bore with the kinds of standards used in many other countries: Photo ID, dyed finger, paper ballots counted in a big open room in front of many witnesses, etc. U.S. elections aren’t run according to accepted international standards, and that should be fixed.

And remember, anyone who doesn’t want to fix things is obviously a big ole Putin stooge.".......

John Bolton said to FOX's Eric Shawn that Russians cannot be allowed to tamper with our elections. The ambassador called for a real fact-finding look, not the usual ObamaFarce. He also thinks there's a possibility of some false flag operations, noting that incriminating cyber fingerprints were oddly left in some instances, yet not in others. There was certainly talk this year of American intelligence officers who hate Hillary's guts.

Russians aside, it would be great if we could get Democrats to stop tampering with American elections, such as registering foreigners to vote or Obama accepting foreign campaign contributions.

As for Tillerson's Order of Friendship from Putin, being true friends implies a relationship of equals. Da?

UPDATE: Rubio skeptical, too. Allahpundit counts the votes and it's looking thin. Carly?!
