The court unanimously reversed the Commonwealth Court and held that Cast Vote Records (CVRs) from the 2020 election are public records subject to disclosure under the Pennsylvania Election Code. ...

The significance of this decision can hardly be exaggerated. In the aftermath of the 2020 election, significant evidence emerged of huge issues with the tabulation of that vote in Pennsylvania. These were surfaced in a report prepared at the time. ...

The difference of 202,377 more votes cast than voters voting, together with the 31,547 over- and under-votes in the presidential race, adds up to an alarming discrepancy of 170,830 votes, which is more than twice the reported statewide difference between the two major candidates for President of the United States. On November 24, 2020, Boockvar certified election results, and Wolf issued a certificate of ascertainment of presidential electors, stating that Vice President Joe Biden received 80,555 more votes than President Donald Trump." ...

All Heather Honey did five years ago was ask to see publicly available information that would allow her to see how the vote had actually been tabulated in the Commonwealth. Pennsylvania responded by slamming the door on her and spending probably millions of taxpayer dollars to keep hidden what actually happened behind the scenes. That effort to bury the truth just failed.

And they continue pretending that no one could have stopped the fires, even if the reservoirs had been filled, because "hurricane force winds" would have prevented helicopters from flying.

As Spencer Pratt said, correctly, during the debate, the winds never went above 35 mph on the first night of the fires. Helicopters could have easily flown, so yes, the disastrous decision to empty the reservoirs, which had been created precisely to fight fires, could have stopped the fire early. ...

Bonus: About the other Democrat plant in the race, communist incompetent and DEI clown Nithya Raman.

She's been on the LA City Council for five years, after carpetbagging her way in. She has been a partner with Karen Bass in creating the disaster.

And maybe is still a partner with Bass: Spencer Pratt says that insiders tell him that Bass recruited her ally Nithya Raman to "run against her," hoping that Raman would take second place and keep Spencer Pratt out of the run-off.

I believe him.

Protesters staged a simulated homeless encampment around Nithya's home so that she could experience the chaos and menace of strangers living outdoors on your street the same way Los Angelenos have to.

She is now whining to the media -- who amplifies this whine for her -- that this "crosses a line."

She says this threatens her family.

Except... people with families have been complaining about homeless criminals shooting up heroin and shitting in the street right outside their children's schools. Nithya blocked a regulation that would outlaw homeless encampments being any closer than 500 feet to a school -- which would still be menacingly close -- saying that it she didn't think 500 feet would matter as far as safety.

But put up a fake homeless encampment of non-drug-addicted bums outside of her house, and boy oh boy, would she like that 500 feet of distance." .......

Perseverance is often thought of as a sudden burst of heroic energy, but in reality, it is the quiet, sustained, and heart-level refusal to surrender when circumstances demand otherwise. It is the mental and spiritual strength that transforms hopes and dreams into tangible achievements. While talent is important and wise strategy is critical, it is perseverance that gets us across the finish line. The great preacher, Charles Spurgeon, once said, “Through perseverance the snail reached the ark.” …

Father, in our prayers and efforts to see our nation restored, we have been offered many opportunities to give up. President Trump announced that Aaron Lukas, Tulsi’s principal deputy, will become acting DNI.

Lukas has been serving as principal deputy DNI since 2025. Unlike Tulsi, who lacked any prior intelligence background, he is a career intel hand, an ex‑CIA chief of station, and the ODNI’s chief of staff during Trump’s first term. It is nearly certain that Lukas was the muscular arm and architect behind Tulsi’s reforms.

In other words, since Tulsi came to ODNI, lacking experience but having broad objectives, to cut headcount, depoliticize, de-DEI, declassify, kill the censorship complex, the natural division of labor would have been: Tulsi set the direction, and Lukas designed and enforced the plans.

So what I see —once again— is Tulsi Gabbard as the change agent. Gabbard was the visible disruptor, sent in to swing a wrecking ball at an intelligence bureaucracy that had spent years dabbling in censorship, narrative‑policing, and political espionage. Fixing that, especially the firings, made everyone hate her.

Lukas is the next‑phase change agent: a 20‑year CIA veteran and former ODNI chief of staff who already knows where every lever is, where the bodies are buried, and who can translate Gabbard’s broad mandate —cut the fat, de‑weaponize, declassify— into durable structural changes from inside the machine, but without the Phase One baggage.

Trump’s announcement that Tulsi’s own principal deputy deputy will now serve as acting DNI hardly looks like any repudiation of her agenda. Instead, it seems precisely like the next phase of the same project, now led by a trusted insider who can finish the work she started. In short— the opposite of the media’s fake narrative.
