The decent and fair thing for Comey to do was to tell the nation in public what he often told President Trump in private; that the President was not under investigation.

Instead, he did it Orwell-style with a J. Edgar chaser: instead of remaining silent until an investigation was concluded, he remained silent in case someday an investigation began. All at President Trump's expense.

Comey began his run by clearing the Clinton Crime Family for their Pardon Sales. And ends by clearing the Clinton Crime Family for their National Security e-crimes and Foreign Policy Sales.
