"The America First Legal Foundation (AFL) has sued fourteen federal agencies for concealing a secretive Biden regime plan to take over election administration ahead of the 2022 midterm elections.
In March of 2021, Joe Biden signed Executive Order 14019, “Promoting Access to Voting,” which called for all 600 federal agencies to submit to a “Strategic Plan” to “expand access to voter registration and election information.”
The order urges the agencies to use “agency materials, websites, online forms, social media platforms, and other points of public access” to educate the public on “how to register to vote”—including “multilingual voter registration and election information”—”how to request a vote-by-mail ballot, and how to cast a ballot in upcoming elections.”
Under the plan, federal agencies are also responsible for distributing voter registration and mail-in ballots, and for “soliciting and facilitating approved, nonpartisan third-party organizations and State officials” to provide voter registration services, and to assist voters “in completing voter registration and vote-by-mail ballot application forms.”
As the Federalist’s Mollie Hemingway noted in June, it is unethical to tie federal benefits to election activity, and unconstitutional to have the federal government take authority that belongs to the states.Mobilizing voters is always a political act. Choosing which groups to target for Get Out The Vote efforts is one of the most important activities done by political campaigns. Federal agencies that interact with the public by doling out benefits can easily pressure recipients to vote for particular candidates and positions. Congress passed the Hatch Act in 1939, which bans bureaucrats and bureaucracies from being involved in election activities after Democrats used Works Progress Administration programs and personnel for partisan political advantage.Hemingway is the author of the 2021 best seller, Rigged: How the Media, Big Tech, and the Democrats Seized Our Elections.
“This unprecedented exercise of federal power–without any clear statutory authorization or Constitutional sanction–raises obvious election integrity concerns and triggered a series of Congressional investigations,” AFL stated in a press release Thursday.
The AFL said the Biden regime is using “federal taxpayer dollars to fortify the efforts of Democrat Party-aligned organizations to circumvent newly-passed state election integrity laws.”.......

Fulton County PA Sues Dominion Voting Systems! (substack.com)--Emerald Robinson:

On September 20th, Fulton County (PA) filed a lawsuit against Dominion Voting Systems for breach of contract and breach of warrant.
Need I tell you, dear reader, that America’s corrupt corporate media ignored this landmark lawsuit?
Here’s page 13 of Fulton County’s 29-page lawsuit (read it here) and it’s a killer for electronic voting machines in America.It’s a very simple and very effective argument: if the Halderman Declaration is accurate (and neither the federal government’s cybersecurity agency nor Dominion Voting Systems have claimed otherwise) then Dominion Voting Systems could not have delivered properly certified machines according to the contract.
The Federal government’s own cybersecurity agency CISA has already conceded that the Halderman Declaration is accurate because it has issued a warning bulletin to county election officials who use Dominion Voting machines about nine major vulnerabilities that can be exploited.
Fulton County hired another company called Wake TSI to review the Dominion machines, and Wake TSI delivered a report in February 2021 that showed five key issues:
*There were errors in the ballot scanning.
*There was a failure of Dominion Voting to meet Commonwealth Certification requirements.
*There were non-certified database tools installed on the Dominion Voting System.
*There were changes made to EMS three weeks before the 2020 election.
*There was a lack of commonwealth L&A inspections of the Dominion Voting Systems.
A few months later in 2021, the the Secretary of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
decertified the Dominion Voting System machines in Fulton County, “purportedly because Fulton County had used ‘a third-party consultant’ to inspect its electronic voting devices as part of Fulton County’s inquiry into the integrity of the system’s performance during the 2020 election.”
So Fulton County sued the Secretary of the Commonwealth and challenged the decertification of Dominion voting machines in August, 2021 — that’s Case No. 277 MD 2021 if you’re interested. ...
In January of 2022, Fulton County stopped using Dominion Voting Systems and contracted with another provider. How did Dominion Voting Systems respond? Dominion sought to “intervene” by claiming that it was intervening “for the limited purpose of securing a protective order to enforce the terms of its contract” with Fulton County.
In other words, Dominion wanted to force Fulton County to use its machines even while Fulton County was suing them for breach of contract!
Does that sound like the behavior of a third-party vendor and a private company — or more like the behavior of a much more powerful entity pretending to be a third-party vendor and a private company?
Fulton County chose to hire another independent company called Speckin Forensics to analyze six hard drives from the Dominion machines, and those findings are contained in a September 2022 Report that is devastating for Dominion Voting Systems.".......

"The FBI agents indicated that Konnech had already “been on their radar” and that there were “lots of other problems” with the U.S. election company, including “banking issues” and problems involving the company’s overseas operations in “Australia” and “Canada.”
In April 2022, Engelbrecht received a call from one of the FBI agents, who informed her that the FBI’s “Washington D.C. headquarters” was now involved in the investigation.
Engelbrecht described how everything changed after this call, “There was no more goodwill, there was no more let's work together, the script had been flipped, and now we were the target,” she said. “That was a very disturbing call.”
The agent informed Engelbrecht that “two women” at the FBI’s headquarters believed that Phillips and Engelbrecht were “in the wrong for doing this” and that the D.C. office was now trying “to figure out how you guys broke the law to find all of this.”.......
"Weeks ago the election integrity organization True the Vote broke the story that Konnech, a Michigan-based firm that provides software for use by election officials was storing sensitive personal data on servers physically located in China. On cue, all the usual suspects, including the New York Times, branded this yet another “conspiracy theory.” Only madmen who spend their time searching for Bigfoot and the lost city of Atlantis would pay attention to such nonsense.
Unfortunately for the Times and all the rest of the Democratic Party’s propaganda machine, reality intruded yesterday. Los Angeles County District Attorney George Gascón announced that the CEO of Konnech, Eugene Yu, had been arrested as part of an investigation into the possible theft of personal identifying information of election workers.
“I want to thank my prosecutors and investigators for their commitment to eliminating cyber intrusions against government entities and local businesses,” District Attorney Gascón said. “Data breaches are an ongoing threat to our digital way of life. When we entrust a company to hold our confidential data, they must be willing and able to protect our personal identifying information from theft. Otherwise, we are all victims."
In Houston, True the Vote issued this press statement.
“True the Vote is honored to have played a small role in what must have been a wide ranging and complex investigation. The organization is profoundly grateful to the Los Angeles District Attorney's office for their thorough work and rapid action in this matter.
True the Vote was sued last month by Konnech to try to silence our organization, including obtaining an ex-parte TRO, conducted in secret so that True the Vote had no opportunity to contest it. This TRO limited True the Vote's ability to speak on the litigation. Today Konnech CEO Eugene Yu was arrested based on alleged evidence of the very activities he and his organization attempted to suppress. Konnech was assisted by many reporters who unblinkingly accepted their now discredited claims as fact and simply repeated them."
According to True the Vote founder Catherine Engelbrecht, "Election integrity should not be a partisan issue, nor should media try to suppress all conversation about it in a way that benefits one party. We will continue to report evidence of threats to our election process and work with law enforcement to ensure our elections are a secure space for all American voters."
Los Angeles District Attorney Gascon, a far-left Soros-backed prosecutor is working hard to downplay the significance of the arrest saying that his office’s investigation was “concerned solely with the personal identifying information of election workers.“ Still, the fact that Gascon’s office, which works hard to look the other way whenever crimes are committed, made the arrest tells you something about the strength of the evidence against Yu and Konnech. Obviously the evidence was so overwhelming Gascon had no choice but to act.
Now that we have gotten past the point of pretending that Konnech did nothing wrong, however, it is imperative that we push ahead with a full investigation of the company’s activities. A number of publications, including AND Magazine, have looked into the background of personnel working at Konnech and found what appear to be troubling connections to entities working for the Chinese Communist Party and Chinese intelligence. That information does not in and of itself prove that Konnech’s activities were directed by Beijing. It does suggest that maybe we should do now what should have been done some time ago, fully investigate Konnech and let the facts rather than political ideology drive our conclusions.
At the top of the list of questions to answer? Does Konnech work for Chinese intelligence, and if so what were the Chinese doing with all that data that was put on those Chinese servers?".......

"The New York Times published an article defending Mr. Yu on the same day of his arrest. The article attacked conspiracy theorists or “far right election deniers,” who believe the election was stolen from President Trump in 2020 and painted the Konnech CEO as a victim. ...
After the news of the Konnech CEO’s arrest, The New York Times did not remove their article that made him look like a “victim” of right-wing election deniers, to their readers. Instead, they added this ridiculous note to the top of the article, saying they would continue to “report” on this story. Someone should tell Stuart A. Thompson that this is not “reporting,” that it’s helping the Democrats to divide and pit Americans against each other with these fake news stories.
Articles like the one above by the New York Times that are written in conjunction with major players in the Democrat Party who are pushing the big lie that anyone who questions the results of the 2020 election should be shamed and cast out of normal society are a serious threat to our Republic.
MICHIGAN CONNECTION TO KONNECH: According to the Michigan Secretary of State’s office, Detroit is the only Michigan municipality that contracts with Konnech. The company did not respond to WDET’s request for comment.
“Konnech operates a payroll management system for poll workers that are used by Detroit and has never had access to voter data or election data,” said Angela Benander, a spokesperson for Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson. “The Michigan Bureau of Elections does not contract with Konnech.
Michigan’s chief election officer, Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson, appears to be part of a broader effort by media and top Democrat officials to target and destroy anyone who dares to call out election fraud in 2020.
In April, while speaking at a Trump rally in Washington, MI, Republican SOS candidate Kristina Karamo was threatened by Jocelyn Benson’s close friend, MI AG Dana Nessel, with “a felony” for questioning the results of the 2020 election.
