“As a former Special Forces Warrant Officer with multiple rotations running counterinsurgency ops—both hunting insurgents and trying to separate them from sympathetic populations—I’ve seen organized resistance up close. From Anbar to Helmand, the pattern is familiar: spotters, cutouts, dead drops (or modern equivalents), disciplined comms, role specialization, and a willingness to absorb casualties while bleeding the stronger force slowly.

What’s unfolding in Minneapolis right now isn’t “protest.” It’s low-level insurgency infrastructure, built by people who’ve clearly studied the playbook.

Signal groups at 1,000-member cap per zone. Dedicated roles: mobile chasers, plate checkers logging vehicle data into shared databases, 24/7 dispatch nodes vectoring assets, SALUTE-style reporting (Size, Activity, Location, Unit, Time, Equipment) on suspected federal vehicles. Daily chat rotations and timed deletions to frustrate forensic recovery. Vetting processes for new joiners. Mutual aid from sympathetic locals (teachers providing cover, possible PD tip-offs on license plate lookups). Home-base coordination points. Rapid escalation from observation to physical obstruction—or worse.

This isn’t spontaneous outrage. This is C2 (command and control) with redundancy, OPSEC hygiene, and task organization that would make a SF team sergeant nod in recognition. Replace “ICE agents” with “occupying coalition forces” and the structure maps almost 1:1 to early-stage urban cells we hunted in the mid-2000s.

The most sobering part? It’s domestic. Funded, trained (somewhere), and directed by people who live in the same country they’re trying to paralyze law enforcement in.

When your own citizens build and operate this level of parallel intelligence and rapid-response network against federal officers—complete with doxxing, vehicle pursuits, and harassment that’s already turned lethal—you’re no longer dealing with civil disobedience. You’re facing a distributed resistance that’s learned the lessons of successful insurgencies: stay below the kinetic threshold most of the time, force over-reaction when possible, maintain popular support through narrative, and never present a single center of gravity.

I spent years training partner forces to dismantle exactly this kind of apparatus. Now pieces of it are standing up in American cities, enabled by elements of local government and civil society. That should keep every thinking American awake at night.

Not because I want escalation. But because history shows these things don’t de-escalate on their own once the infrastructure exists and the cadre believe they’re winning the information war.

We either recognize what we’re actually looking at—or we pretend it’s still just “activism” until the structures harden and spread.

“In the first post I laid out the uncomfortable parallels: the Minneapolis Signal networks are not random protest coordination. They show structure, redundancy, OPSEC awareness, SALUTE-style reporting, dispatch roles, mobile intercepts, shared databases, and escalation protocols. This mirrors the early urban cells we tracked and eventually dismantled in Anbar and Helmand. The infrastructure exists. The cadre is adapting quickly. The violence has already turned lethal. The real question is not whether this qualifies as an insurgency. The real question is what changes when we finally name it one. Here is why the label matters and why refusing to use it (exactly as happened in 2003-2006 Iraq) hands the advantage to the other side.

1) Unity of Effort: From Siloed Bubbles to Cohesive Campaign

Right now, federal agencies operate in separate lanes. ICE and CBP concentrate on deportations and fugitive operations. Local police departments focus on public order. DOJ prosecutes through standard channels. Intelligence elements collect what they can without crossing domestic lines. Each group optimizes for its own narrow mission while the networked opposition exploits every seam between them.

We saw the same pattern in early Iraq. Units stayed inside their FOB bubbles with different chains of command, different rules of engagement, different priorities. Army elements hunted IED facilitators, Marines cleared Fallujah, intelligence agencies chased high-value targets, and civilian agencies worked reconstruction in isolation. Insurgents moved freely through the gaps and regenerated after every tactical defeat.

Once we acknowledged the insurgency (roughly 2006-2007 with the Surge and FM 3-24), the picture changed. We built unity of effort: joint task forces, fused intelligence cells, combined operations centers, and a shared understanding that this was no longer a collection of law enforcement actions plus military side projects. It became a synchronized campaign with security, governance, information, and economic lines of operation working together. Chains of command aligned. Resources flowed toward the decisive effort. Agencies that once competed now reinforced one another.

Apply the same logic here. Calling it an insurgency creates the doctrinal and legal foundation to stand up interagency fusion cells (DHS, DOJ, FBI, plus vetted local liaison where realistic), dedicate HUMINT and SIGINT assets against the actual networks instead of just street-level obstructors, and task-organize beyond agency silos. ICE and CBP by themselves cannot dismantle a distributed 1,000-member-per-zone command-and-control apparatus backed by local enablers. They need the full architecture of a counterinsurgency campaign where every element pulls in the same direction.

2) Authorities, Funding, and Task Organization Finally Align

Without the insurgency label you remain locked in Title 8 / Title 18 law-enforcement mode: warrants, probable cause, case-by-case prosecutions. Insurgents thrive in that environment. They stay below the threshold, absorb the arrest of foot soldiers, and regenerate. Prosecutions get dropped or delayed when local prosecutors and judges are sympathetic or compromised. We watched exactly that cycle in Iraq: insurgents detained locally, released by captured courts, back on the street within days.

Recognizing an insurgency opens different tools: broader surveillance authorities (FISA, Title III with national-security nexus), dedicated funding lines instead of scraping from existing agency budgets, special courts, or procedures if necessary to bypass local capture, and task-organized units that blend federal, state, and (where feasible) vetted local personnel.

In Anbar we eventually had to bypass corrupt local structures and route detainees through Baghdad’s special courts to prevent immediate release. The long delay in calling it an insurgency meant we paid in blood for years before those mechanisms existed. The same dynamic applies here. ICE and CBP are outmatched against embedded networks that enjoy local government cover. A counterinsurgency posture lets you build the structure to target the leadership and support apparatus, not merely the visible chasers.

3) The Historical Lesson: Delay Equals Enemy Consolidation

Iraq 2003-2006 is the warning we cannot ignore. Ground commanders (Special Forces, intelligence, line units) flagged an emerging insurgency by mid-2003. Senior political leadership banned the word and insisted it was only “dead-enders,” “criminals,” or “foreign fighters.” Narrative control overrode reality. The result was three years of escalation, multiple deaths, hardened enemy structures, and eroded popular support. By the time we admitted the truth and surged (Petraeus, Odierno, FM 3-24), the enemy was far stronger, sectarian civil war had erupted, and recovery cost far more in lives and treasure.

We cannot afford that timeline on our own soil. These networks are already hardening. They learn from every disrupted ICE raid, refine their OPSEC, expand recruitment, and spread to other cities. Every day we pretend this remains “activism” or “civil disobedience,” they train, grow, and strengthen narrative dominance (“community defense” versus “federal overreach”). This is not about seeking escalation. It is about facing reality so the correct tools can be applied before the movement enters a more dangerous phase. History teaches one clear lesson: name the threat accurately, align the national effort, resource it properly, or watch it metastasize.”…….

We switched locations THREE times. I recorded and posted this while leaving Wayzata, while they were STILL surveilling. We all agreed we must make the threats public ASAP, even if we had people still in the field with the hidden cams.

Earlier around noon, while @camhigby released his report on the Signal threads, I was inside what appeared to be a fully autonomous Zone. No police presence. The police were told to leave. I identified myself as Press and they said they will kill Press and will not let me leave. My skin was fully covered because it was so cold. But because they couldn’t verify who I was, they screamed and started throwing ice bottles at us. One hit, @SKRUCHTENMMA, a marine who was with me. They patted him down like THEY were the authorities, attempting to confiscate any weapons. They were set to destroy our vehicle before we even got to it. I will have a full video report shortly.

But the bigger picture here is more important. I am angry. But not at the agitators. I find myself already angry at the people who don’t understand what we’re dealing with and will do nothing about it. When I got to the suburbs I felt like I was in a simulation.

I believe the American people need to wake up. This moment is a warning about where we’re headed. Fear pushes people to care only about their money and their families—I get it. But when fear turns inward, when self-preservation and greed replace moral courage, evil goes unchallenged. And history shows that what we ignore today will come for all of us tomorrow.

Ironically and incredibly, I see that these Communists do not fear death in the same way most good people seem to. The only thing the Communists fear is exposure itself. And that’s good news because it may be our only option.

“So if they’re crying about being impacted by fraud, it’s because they’re not investigating it. And they don’t investigate it, because, hypothetically, what if they’re also committing fraud?” Dr. Feinwachs questioned.

Gov. Walz: ‘His actions are actually distractions’

In talking about Gov. Walz and his so-called actions to fight fraud, Dr. Feinwachs said that Walz’s actions “are actually distractions.”

Dr. Feinwachs talked about how measures to fight fraud were not taken during the last legislative session due to the risk of losing federal funding.

“I can only think of one way you lose federal funding for investigating fraud. You find the state itself is involved in the fraud. That would be one way you could lose federal funding,” he said.

This isn’t Somali Fraud enabled by Politicians. It’s Politician Fraud, enabled by Somalians, the junior partners.

But Walz and his Corporate Co-Conspirators are committing an even larger scam, even above and beyond the Somali Front Companies. The State of Minnesota and HMOs are overbilling the Feds for Medicare and Medicaid to the tune of billions in Minnesota alone.

Former Minnesota Hospital Association General Counsel Offered $150,000 in Hush Money:

“David Feinwachs was general counsel for the Minnesota Hospital Association.
Until 2010 when he was fired.
His firing ended a 30 year career with the hospital association.
He was fired because he began asking questions about why the four HMOs in Minnesota were making so much money off the state’s Medicaid program.
When he was fired, he was offered $150,000 to remain silent.
He refused the money.
And David Feinwachs is now speaking out.

“Early in 2010, the board of the hospital association established as one of their priorities trying to achieve some measure of transparency and accountability in the state’s Medicaid program,” Feinwachs told Corporate Crime Reporter in an interview last week. “Hospitals in Minnesota were being reimbursed at about 27 percent below their costs. And no one could seem to understand why it appeared that such an enormous amount of money, billions of dollars a year, were being poured into these programs, but providers were being paid so little and so poorly.” 

“I was tasked with looking at this and seeing what I could find out and seeing if there were legislative solutions,” Feinwachs said.
Four HMOs in Minnesota — Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota, Medica, Health Partners, and UCare — dominate the health insurance market.
“I found out that the HMO vendors to these Medicaid programs made five times more money managing public healthcare programs for the state than they did selling commercial insurance products to healthy working people,” Feinwachs said. “They reported their profitability by line of business. And those figures struck me as astounding – in fact, nearly impossible. That’s one thing I found out.”

“I also found out while all the health care providers – all of them – lost on every kind of public health care program and of course lost on them in the aggregate, the HMOs or the health plans, profited in the aggregate.”
Feinwachs believes fraud is involved.
“Right before I was fired in August 2010, I was asked to participate in a conference call with a person who worked for our Department of Human Services,” Feinwachs says. “The hospital association had hired a consultant. And the recommendation of the consultant was that within the Medicaid structure, there are things called intergovernmental transfers – ITTs – certified public expenditures – CPEs. And these are tactics where you can put up money to increase federal matching dollars.” 

“They involve things like imposing a provider tax and then the federal government matches the amount that is taxed. Or paying public hospitals a higher rate, which the federal government matches and then the higher rate is infused back into the whole system. These are unsavory tactics. But they are legal tactics. The government is aware of them. The government doesn’t love them. But they occur every day.”
“The consultant recommended that Minnesota should do this because — you are not doing any of this and you are missing an opportunity. A conference call was scheduled to discuss the reluctance. I listened in on the conference call but my presence was not disclosed to the person who worked at the Department of Human Services. Had it been, she never would have said anything.”

“During the course of the conference call, she explained the reluctance to do these things by saying that Minnesota was already engaged in a strategy whereby we were working with the insurers for state only funded programs that didn’t receive federal matching money, we were playing with the books, making their reserve requirements and other necessities zero and then maxing them out on the federal side to increase federal funding, blending the rate and then giving it back to the insurers.”
“When I heard this, after the call, I immediately reported it to my superior, the president of the hospital association, and told him what had been said. And I told him, in my estimation, that this was not only inappropriate, but it was in fact, illegal.” 

“It was criminal. It was Medicaid fraud. He looked at me as if I had come recently from another planet. He didn’t know what to make of it.”
“After that, I became strident in my insistence on the issue. That was in August 2010. And on October 20, 2010, I was placed on administrative leave. And two weeks later, my employment was terminated.”

Did Feinwachs report the conference call information to federal prosecutors?
“No,” he said. “At the time, I told the president of the Minnesota Hospital Association.”
“I was fired for gross insubordination. I was then offered money in exchange for signing an agreement saying that I would never speak of these issues again.”” …….

BTW, I had thought that Speaker Hortman and her husband were shot by Warlord Walz for casting the deciding vote against Medicare for Illegals. She did so to protect other programs for Actual Americans.

Those illegal aliens would be needed by the HMOs to pad the Massive Overbilling that is how the UNIPARTY loots the Treasury. By removing their names, Hortman touched the Mob's Money and was executed for it by Walz.

But that doesn’t explain why the other legislators were also murdered.

What if additionally, they all had received Whistleblower Reports on all of this HealthCare Fraud and were going to the Feds?

Or worse–what if it was the Dirty DOJ that reported them back to Mad Dog Walz?
