Hawaii Judge John Bates: Arrogant Judicial Hack Rules Against the Rule of Law

"'Dis honorable Court is now in therapy!"

"Hmmm...how can I stop President Trump from returning the Rule of Law to America today?"

Powerline: Our robed master Bates strikes again

"Paul Mirengoff frequently refers to “our robed masters” in the federal judiciary. Yesterday our robed master Bates of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia administered the latest in a series of legal defeats to President Trump’s attempted rescission of President Obama’s unconstitutional program to regularize illegal immigrants by executive decree. The is President Trump’s second defeat in this case. ...Our robed master Bates ruled that the Trump administration had inadequately explained its rejection of the Obama administration’s DACA decree, but he kindly afforded Trump one more chance to explain.".......

It's All Politics with these guys. The judge simply prefers Obama's illegal One-Man Legislation over the Actual Law.

DACA stands for Deferred Action on Childhood Arrivals. The "Action" in question is the enforcement of current, actual, existing law, which was passed by Congresses and signed by presidents.

The Constitution says the Executive Officer must faithfully execute the laws--not faithfully defer them. Hawaii Judge says the enforcement of Actual Existing Law must not only be temporarily deferred--it must be permanently cancelled!

The entire concept of the Rule of Law is against the law, according to Hawaii Judge Bates, pictured here drinking in court:

Drunk on Hawaiian Punch and Power, but mostly Power
Meanwhile, the Ninth Circuit, pictured here, meets to admire the cut of his jib:
"The truth is, that, even with the most secure tenure of office, during good behavior, the danger is not, that the judges will be too firm in resisting public opinion, and in defence of private rights or public liberties; but, that they will be ready to yield themselves to the passions, and politics, and prejudices of the day."--Big Kahuna Justice Joseph Story

Aloha, brother.
And now, the People call for a completely gratuitous hula picture as eyewash for the previous photo:

This Court is now Hau‘oli!
