Mitch McConnell says the Senate does not have enough votes to change the rules 
to invoke the Nuclear Option...
Does he have 67 votes to pass everything else? 
Because President Trump should not sign so much as a Post Office-naming bill 
until the Swamp funds the Wall. 
Nothing. 
All Veto, All the Time.
67 votes in the Senate, 290 votes in the House--or nothing.

This government spends 5 Billion dollars an hour, every hour, 365 days a year.

And leaves it's citizens to die at the hands of foreign criminals.
