Dispatches from Occupied America, pt. 2

"The simple step of a courageous individual is not to take part in the lie. One word of truth outweighs the world."--Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn

The Gates of Hell

“And how about you? Who do you say I am?”

Simon Peter said, “You’re the Christ, the Messiah, the Son of the living God.”

Jesus came back, “God bless you, Simon, son of Jonah! You didn’t get that answer out of books or from teachers. My Father in heaven, God himself, let you in on this secret of who I really am. And now I’m going to tell you who you are, really are. You are Peter, a rock. This is the rock on which I will put together my church, a church so expansive with energy that not even the gates of hell will be able to keep it out."--Matthew 16: 15-18

Acting DC Chief of Police Wants Permanent Fencing Around Capitol - The Last Refuge

Permanent Fencing is because they plan to Permanently Steal Elections from the People. The gates of hell will not prevail.

* Five years ago, a man made a joke about how Democrats should vote by text. Even though plenty of Democrats made the same joke, our Dept. of Two-Tiered "Justice" has now charged him with Interfering With an Election While Not a Federal Employee or Brian Kemp.

The DOJ tried to overthrow the 2016 Election themselves, and finally succeeded in the Government-wide Election Coup of 2020. This Kafkaesque meme prosecution is absurd, yes, but it is evil, pure evil by an American Stasi, meant to silence citizens. With millions of fraudulent ballots just cast in the recent election, this is what they focus on. They must have just squeaked it in under the statute of limitations--if they have statute of limitations for non-crimes. An crooked Obama judge had to sign off on this Police State political prosecution, showing how very corrupt our system is, from top to bottom.

This is like Hitler's Gestapo giving Dietrich Bonhoeffer a jaywalking ticket with a 10-year sentence in the Camps. The Reich invades other countries at will--but stops to arrest a man for stepping off the curb too soon.

Mark Steyn: “I read The Joke, Milan Kundera’s first novel, when I was a schoolboy. Bit above my level, but, even as a teenager, I liked the premise. Ludvik is a young man in post-war, newly Communist Czechoslovakia. He’s a smart, witty guy, a loyal Party member with a great future ahead of him. His girlfriend, though, is a bit serious. So when she writes to him from her two-week Party training course enthusing about the early-morning calisthenics and the “healthy atmosphere,” he scribbles off a droll postcard:

Optimism is the opium of the people! A healthy atmosphere stinks of stupidity! Long live Trotsky! Ludvik.

A few weeks later, he’s called before a committee of the District Party Secretariat. He tries to explain he was making a joke. Immediately they remove him from his position at the Students Union; then they expel him from the Party, and the university; and shortly thereafter he’s sent to work in the mines. As a waggish adolescent, I liked the absurdity of the situation in which Ludvik finds himself. Later, I came to appreciate that Kundera had skewered the touchiness of totalitarianism, and the consequential loss of any sense of proportion. It was the book I read on the flight to Vancouver, when Maclean’s magazine and I were hauled before the British Columbia “Human Rights” Tribunal for the crime of “flagrant Islamophobia.” In the course of a week-long trial, the best part of a day was devoted to examining, with the aid of “expert witnesses,” the “tone” of my jokes.

Who would have thought all the old absurdist gags of Eastern Europe circa 1948 would transplant themselves to the heart of the West so effortlessly?

Indeed. It used to be the touchy totalitarians of Communism who demanded secret investigations for unsound jokes.”…….

Still is. They’re just homegrown now.

BTW, this satanic Inquistion has the unmistakable odor of Bribe Me-Granny about it. Once you smell the CintonStench(tm), you never forget that foul RICO-Rodham deathstink.

Tucker: The American government is at war with its own people  Yeah, Fox Corporate is our Enemy, Controlled Opposition. But not Tucker--its a good rant.

"Thanks, Nick--you were right; SmartMatic is the bomb!
I especially liked the 59% setting!"

"President Trump had about 80 million votes and Biden had much less than that, aside from the fact that hundreds of thousands of Biden votes were fraudulent from the get-go.  There were hundreds of thousands of fraudulent ballots.  There were flipped votes in algorithms run in the various machines and not just the ones from Dominion.”
--INTERVIEW WITH SIDNEY POWELL ON BIDEN'S INSTALLATION DAY

VDH: "In our brave new world, we will hear no more retired military officers weighing in on the "fascism" of the commander in chief.

None will compare the recurring violence of antifa or Black Lives Matter to that of Islamic terrorists. None will compare Biden, who dismissed antifa as a mere "idea," to Mussolini or the Nazis. Any retired officer who smears the president, we will be reminded, would violate the Uniform Code of Military Justice.

The media, Silicon Valley, Wall Street, Hollywood, top retired military brass, corporate America, universities and professional sports are all recalibrating the truth for our Year One.

In about a month, they will have it down. And soon, we won't even be able to tell the old reality from the new."

I went to a quotations page to find one suitable Solzhenitsyn quote. I couldn't; they all applied.

Don Surber: "I have a suspicion that closing down Main Street in a pandemic panic will pop the bubble that Wall Street finds itself in. The Federal Reserve keeps pumping money in. The stock indices keep growing. But unlike the first three years of the Trump presidency, the profits do not justify the stock prices. And Griffin's short has the small investors spooked. The hedge fund managers as well. ...

Zero Hedge reported, "As we have continued to document, Central Bank responses to the Covid pandemic have done little for lower and middle class Americans and continue to disproportionately enrich the already wealthy.

"Further evidence of how the Fed's flawed policies work, in action, came from the Institute for Policy studies and Americans For Tax Fairness, who yesterday issued a press release noting that 10 months into the Covid crisis, America's billionaires have seen their wealth rise 40%, or $1.1 trillion.

"Using March 18th as a starting point for the pandemic, the release offers up similar stunning numbers to those that we have been covering since 2020."

How many trillions did the small businesses forced to close lose? This is the largest heist in history as all those Democrat CEOs transfer wealth from the middle class to themselves."....... The New Americans - Tablet Magazine

O'Brien: "Of course he exists."
Winston Smith: "Does he exist like you or me?"
O'Brien: "You do not exist.”

"War Is Peace. Freedom Is Slavery. Ignorance Is Strength. He who controls the past controls the future. He who controls the present controls the past. The past was erased, the erasure was forgotten, the lie became the truth."--George Orwell, "1984"

I took my flag down today because there is no United States of America anymore. The country where I grew up is gone. The Constitutional Republic is officially done. In its place, an American Dictatorship where the Government elects the Government for the benefit of its Globalist owners.

The will of the People has been hijacked by criminals who no longer believe in the Bill of Rights, honest elections or the Rule of Law. I'll fly my flag upside down now as a mark of distress and disgrace until such time as Justice prevails once again.

Winston Churchill once proposed a "United States of Europe" (which sadly morphed into the Socialist EU Superstate), but today we need a United States of the United States.

Never Surrender! – As Britain’s War Cabinet Considered Making Peace with Hitler in 1940, Churchill Remained Defiant

Winston Strikes Back

Over the next two days, Churchill would employ all the powers of his office and his fertile imagination to convince the war cabinet that a Britain alone could prevail against Germany.

Exhibit A is British Strategy in the Near Future, the paper Churchill commissioned almost before the ink had dried on a Certain Eventuality.

Near Future addressed the same question: Could Britain successfully pursue the war without France? But this time Churchill did not leave the chiefs free to reach an answer on their own. Instead, he insisted that they factor several assumptions into their analysis, including that the British Expeditionary Force (BEF) would reach Dunkirk safely and that Germany would not attack Britain with a paratroop force larger than ten thousand men.

On May 27, both assumption were dubious. Yet factoring them into the analysis gave Near Future, which was distributed to members of the war cabinet that same day, a far more positive tone than its predecessor.

Twenty-four hours later, with the war cabinet still deadlocked over the Italian approach, Churchill pulled another rabbit out of the hat.

Between the afternoon and evening war council meetings, the prime minister briefed the twenty-five members of the outer cabinet on Britain’s position. The members of this lager group were second tier ministers. Individually, none of them carried much weight, but a unanimous show of support here would undercut Halifax and might mute his calls for a negotiated end to the war. Aware that he was playing for high stakes, Churchill knew it would take all the eloquence, charisma and gravitas he could muster. He held nothing back.

Mixed in among his dire predictions about Hitler’s designs on the British Isles was woven a stirring narrative of English national glory. He skillfully evoked Wellington at WaterlooDrake sailing out to meet the Armada, and the Light Brigade in the Valley of Death. His guests hung on every word, especially Churchill’s finale.

“If this story of ours is to end, let it end only when each of us lies choking in his own blood upon the ground,” the prime minister concluded.

Churchill gazes out of the Channel.

"Never give in — never, never, never, never, in nothing great or small, large or petty, never give in except to convictions of honour and good sense. Never yield to force; never yield to the apparently overwhelming might of the enemy."

Never.

--Milestones on the Road to Freedom By Albert Herter, 1942

"While our Country remains untainted with the Principles and manners, which are now producing desolation in so many Parts of the World: while she continues Sincere and incapable of insidious and impious Policy, We shall have the Strongest Reason to rejoice in the local destination assigned Us by Providence. But should the People of America, once become capable of that deep simulation towards one another and towards foreign nations, which assumes the Language of Justice and moderation while it is practicing Iniquity and Extravagance; and displays in the most captivating manner the charming Pictures of Candour, frankness & sincerity while it is rioting in rapine and Insolence: this Country will be the most miserable Habitation in the World. Because We have no Government armed with Power capable of contending with human Passions unbridled by morality and Religion. Avarice, Ambition, Revenge or Gallantry would break the strongest Cords of our Constitution as a Whale goes through a Net. Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious People. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other."--John Adams, Oct. 11, 1798
