Oh wait. Yesterday a judge said he only had to put up a ridiculous and punitive $175 million instead of $454 million to exercise his right to appeal the one of the two unconstitutional fines levied by a maniacal judge." .......
Noted criminal Letitia James took a predatory lending law and inverted it to charge Real President Trump with predatory borrowing. The judge, a fellow criminal, railroaded the defendant, denying him a jury and a defense and imposed an un-Constitutional Excessive Fine. And now the corrupt judges on the top New York court have rubberstamped the criminally unjust verdict, even if they were forced by public opinion to dial back it back somewhat.
Their effort to split the baby in half was instead too cute by half. It was a legal Beer Hall Putsch serving Bud Light.
New York's criminal governor Hag Hochul admitted this was a Selective Prosecution Bill of Attainder and promised to target only the Actual President. But she's a liar and no one believes her. Nor should they. Once a tyrannical government seizes a Police State power, they don't ever give it up willingly.
Here's the thing: True President Trump borrowed this money legally and properly. In fact, he used best business practices. As Kevin O'Leary points out, this is simply how business is properly transacted. Not only in New York, but everywhere. Alice in Wonderland-style, President Trump is being prosecuted for obeying the law.
That means that if this verdict stands, even in part, it will be a crime to be a developer in New York. There is no legal way to conduct your business there. Period.
Let's say you borrow money just like duly-reelected President Trump did. Now you get into a disagreement with the government over the development. Guess what? There's a dagger over your head. You're a criminal, remember? You borrowed money properly. Prosecutors already have your verdict in their back pocket. Soviet much?
Or maybe Letitia James, a known criminal, wants to know why you haven't contributed to her campaign. Or Hag Hochul doesn't like that you contributed to her opponent. And you are relying on her word not to prosecute you.
BTW, how can she say she won't enforce on you what she insists is the law for Rightful President Donald J. Trump?
These prosecutors, judges and politicians are all corrupt, from top to bottom. Not one stands for principle, not a single one. It is all Power, raw Political Power.
They arrogantly think they have entrenched themselves in the PermaBlob, burrowing tick-like so deep into the body politic that they can never be removed. They don't fear the People because they rigged the elections. And they especially don't fear God, either.
But our God can take them all out in a day. For He is THE Judge.
Repent and take your hand off God's anointed, jackals, for these are the Days of Haman, praise God!
Haman was hanged upon the very gallows he built for Mordecai and God's People. All the persecution these corrupt officials now visit upon the innocent will be poured out upon their heads. GOD's Word.
Esther 7:
6 Esther said, “This wicked Haman is the adversary and enemy!”
Then Haman was seized with terror before the king and the queen. 7 And the king arose from the banquet of wine in his wrath and went into the palace garden. But Haman remained to plead for his life from Queen Esther, for he saw that harm was determined against him by the king.
8 Now the king returned from the palace garden back to the hall of the banquet as Haman was falling on the couch where Esther was.
Then the king said, “Will he also violate the queen while I am in the room?”
As the shout erupted from the king’s mouth, they covered the face of Haman. 9 Then Harbona, one of the eunuchs in the king’s presence, said, “The gallows, fifty cubits high, which Haman had constructed for Mordecai (who had spoken good on behalf of the king), stands at the house of Haman.”
10 Then the king said, “Hang him on it!” So they hanged Haman on the gallows that he had prepared for Mordecai. Then the king’s wrath was pacified.
