Yesterday was the final day of Tina Peters trial, and a tragic verdict has been reached. Tina Peters has been found guilty of 7 out of the 10 charges by a jury of her peers. Tina Peters, a whistleblower who exposed election fraud, faced trial starting July 31st and ending yesterday August 12th. She was targeted for revealing corrupt voting machines. Regardless of the verdict the people will continue to stand with Tina and demand that this miscarriage of justice is rectified. We demand that our state and federal representatives follow suit, support Tina, and end this politically motivated attack. Tina was persecuted and ultimately charged for the information she revealed, which is why all our elected officials, including Congress, must continue to stand with Tina Peters and call for the end of this politically motivated attack. In 2021, Tina Peters made headlines when she did a full backup of her county’s electronic voting machines prior to the State’s “Trusted Build” software update — a backup required by law. This backup contained proof that the elections in Mesa County were fraudulent, leading to nearly three years of constant political attacks to demonize and persecute Peters.
However, three forensic reports have proven Tina’s innocence and justified her actions. On September 15th, 2021, it was confirmed that the data described in the federal elections commission 2002 voting system standards mandated by Colorado law were indeed destroyed by the system vendor and the Colorado secretary of state office. On March 1, 2022, it was reported that Mesa County’s electronic voting systems contained 36 separate wireless devices, allowing connections to the internet. In a third report on March 19, 2022, it was found that there was the creation of shadow databases, enabling illegal software and vote swapping.
Thanks to Tina Peters, as a whistleblower, she helped reveal this damning evidence of election fraud taking place not just in Mesa County but all over the United States. This is the very reason why she has been relentlessly attacked and persecuted because she, as a whistleblower, spoke the truth and acted to preserve our electoral system.Tina’s trial, which ended yesterday, had nothing to do with these whistleblower efforts. Instead, she faced and was ultimately charged with attempting to influence a public official. During the trial, she was barred from bringing up anything about the election fraud she exposed. The cards were intentionally stacked against her to demonize, persecute, and discredit the damning evidence she helped to expose.
Regardless of the verdict, Tina still needs our support, her sentencing is scheduled for October 3rd, we need to keep advocating for her. Tina will need Americans who believe in the sanctity of our electoral systems and defending the integrity of said systems to stand with her. All Americans, especially our elected officials serving in state cabinets and in DC, must voice their support for Tina, advocate for her innocence, and call for the end of the political attacks she has been enduring. All STATE & FEDERAL representatives must support Tina Peters, support whistleblowers, support election integrity, and support America!
“We have a secretary of state that is drunk with power. She makes emergency decrees and when we query her – she refuses to answer in violation of the state law,” she told the crowd during Mike Lindell’s symposium. “When I started having citizens come to me and tell me that something didn’t’ seem right in our local city elections from years ago to our 2020 election I said if there is a there we will do something about it. I am a Republican — I am a conservative and she’s not and she weaponizes her position to attack people who disagree with her.
“I’ve been persecuted. They are trying to take over our election office. We are the last bastion of freedom in Colorado,” the Mesa County. “We have listened to people. They send me things from all over and there are some discrepancies there that I cannot deny or unsee.”
The FBI raided her home instead of investigating her claims.
“The FBI raided my home at 6 a.m. this morning, accusing me of committing a crime. And they raided the homes of my friends, mostly older women. I was terrified,” ” Peters said on the Lindell channel, adding the FBI “used a battering ram” to destroy the front door of one of her friends’ homes, according to Colorado Politics.
“Essentially, they were soldiers in combat gear. They were not men in suits with badges,” Peters said. “They looked very much like they were in a combat zone — soldiers with automatic weapons and combat gear.”
In February 2022, Peters was interrupted at a local restaurant by police and arrested on some garbage charges.
According to Law Professor David Clements, “The judge refused nearly all of her witnesses and excluded virtually all of her defenses.”
Dirty Judge Barrett denied her ability to defend herself, although they rigged the jury anyway.
The FBI kicked her door in.
