But simple Majority Rule was:
“The Vice President of the United States shall be President of the Senate, but shall have no Vote, unless they be equally divided.”
Abolish the Unconstitutional Filibuster.
But above all, establish Honest Elections for a change. The manner of Senate voting matters less than the fact that the Senators themselves are installed by Election Fraud votes.
You cannot have Representative Government without Honest Elections. And you cannot have Honest Elections with Voting Machine CheatWare, Mail-In Fraud and a Deep State Mafia addicted to both.
That is how a Free People rule themselves under God, which, after Life itself, is the most fundamental Civil Right of all.
