Despite Media Protestations - No Congressional Notification Needed or Warranted in Maduro Operation - The Last Refuge:

"... Secretary Marco Rubio was purposefully clear in his statement about the operation.

“This is not the kind of mission that you can do congressional notification on. It was a trigger-based mission in which conditions had to be met night after night,” Rubio said later at a Mar-a-Lago news conference.  “Remember, at the end of day, at its core, this was an arrest of two indicted fugitives of American justice, and the Department of War supported the Department of Justice in that job. Now there are broader policy implications here, but it’s just not the kind of mission that you can pre-notify because it endangers the mission,” he said.

Senate Intelligence Committee Chairman Tom Cotton affirmed after discussion with Rubio, “congress doesn’t need to be notified ever time the executive branch is making an arrest. And that’s exactly what happened this morning in Venezuela, and now Maduro is going to come to the United States, and he’s going to face justice.”

This is an important distinction.  The DEA and DOJ carried out an arrest of an indicted drug trafficker.

This was, as Rubio noted, a law enforcement operation to capture fugitives.  The military component was in support of that operation, nothing more.  The DOJ had the lead; the DEA was the enforcement mechanism, and the military were in tactical support.

Pertaining to the “broader policy implications” noted by Rubio, there are many facets.  As accurately noted by Cynical Publius:

“Under Maduro, Venezuela had become the Latin American crossroads for all of the USA’s principal enemies. Maduro was nurturing relationships with Russia, Hezbollah and Iran. Worst of all, Venezuela was eagerly becoming a part of Red China’s Belt & Road initiative.

As America’s enemies were lining up Venezuela as their base of operations in the Western Hemisphere to cause mischief and destruction for the USA, Maduro was at the same time making Venezuela a crossroads, safe haven and enabler for all manner of narcoterrorist operations, ranging from Colombia’s FARC to Mexico’s Sinaloa cartel.

On top of all that, Venezuela had become a key player in the illegal alien invasion of the USA, shipping its very worst to the USA in a deliberate and comprehensive destabilizing operation that might have worked had Donald Trump not won in 2024.

However, beyond the geopolitical issue that relates to all the above, there is another consideration that might help explain the immediate and alarmed reaction of Mexico.

With President Trump now forcefully executing exfiltration of narcotic drug traffickers, the ramifications for Mexico and the Cartels who own/operate the Mexican government take on a new context.

If the U.S. will raid Venezuela, will the U.S. now conduct a similar approach closer to home?"

Man, we have the authority not only in prayer but in decrees and in prophetic disclosures as the Spirit of God pours through our mouths and releases into the atmosphere the will of God. Hallelujah! Now, what I mean by that is that the Lord gave a vision to me. He caught me up into Heaven. He took me over to Washington DC and there I saw the White House and perched upon the White House was a large bald eagle. Now, I know that the bald eagle represents America, the national bird, all of that, and that's wonderful on the natural realm. But there's a spiritual meaning that's hidden and it's behind it. And that's what I wanted to disclose to you today about the authority that God has given to you as a believer and given to the body of Christ in America and given to the body of Christ in Western civilization. And we must rise up. The Lord is calling. It is an impetus. It's not a oh, if you feel like it kind of thing or maybe if you get around to it someday. It is a strong call from the Lord to say rise up. Rise up in authority. Use your spiritual authority. Third heaven authority. Third heaven authority is from the spiritual realm. It's all of the spiritual authority that God has given unto us to display on the earth. But to do it from heaven's perspective looking down rather than from earth's perspective looking up...

Well, as I was looking at this bald eagle uh perched upon the White House, then it's kind of like it became transparent, and I saw the Oval Office and President Trump sitting right there at his desk. And so I knew that this authority also in a natural realm was being manifest and it was resident in Donald Trump because the hand of the Lord is upon him. Praise the Lord. And then the scene changed and I looked up in this vision and in the atmosphere over the White House, over Washington DC, therefore over the control of America. There began to appear these animals. At first, it was a dragon. And I knew that a dragon represented China because I'd seen the dragon before. And the Lord had spoke to me about it. Then accompanying him was a bear and the bear represented Russia. We're looking at those two forms of communism and the two nations that are, you know, the enemies of America. But it's the spiritual enemies. There are spirits of antichrist that are resident in those nations that are coming against America. And then joining them was a donkey. The donkey represented radical Islam and terrorism. And then finally came a rooster. And the rooster represented the drug cartels from the south. These four main spirits driving those people groups to come against America to try to destroy our republic.

Donald Trump was counteracting, and he was doing it by natural authority. That man, I mean, talk about authority. Have you ever seen a president do the kind of things that he done as quickly as he has done them? It's absolutely amazing. That man is walking authority. But it's not just natural authority and leadership and the things that he has been gifted and are resonant within him as a human being, but because the spirit of God is upon him. The hand of the Lord is on him and the hand of the Lord has anointed him for the office and for this time with that authority. He represents authority. Praise God. The kind of spiritual authority that is not only flowing through him, but through the body of Christ because the Lord spoke to me during this time and He said we have to pray him through all of the accomplishments and changes that need to be made. Wow, what a wonderful time to be alive and to see the manifestation of God's glory because revival is here. Awakening is here, reformation is here, new Christian era is here, the body of Christ are tearing down the strongholds of idolatry. And idolatry is resident within the dragon, the bear, the donkey, and the rooster. 

And so, it's not just natural. As a nation and the government that we have now that's in the Trump Administration that's coming against them. Yes, thank God they have to be taken care of that way. But behind the scenes, it is the power of God. The power of God. And that's what I'm talking to you about right now. And I saw that bald eagle perched on the White House. And then I heard a voice say,

"He has wings for flight. He has eyes for sight and talons for fight." .......

Venezuela was the Cartel Rooster, consorting with the Islamist Donkey, the Russian Bear and the Chinese Dragon.

And therefore doomed.

This goes far beyond the surface level. This will free children, peoples, nations and unleash the Golden Age Kingdom Era for the Glory of God. Celebrate!
