Insurrecting the Wreckers

Senator Daniel Webster, July 4th, 1802 Oration:

"...To preserve the government, we must also preserve a correct and energetic tone of morals. After all that can be said, the truth is that liberty consists more in the habits of the people than in anything else. When the public mind becomes vitiated and depraved, every attempt to preserve it is vain. Laws are then a nullity, and Constitutions waste paper. There are always men wicked enough to go any length in the pursuit of power, if they can find others wicked enough to support them. They regard not paper and parchment. 

Can you stop the progress of a usurper by opposing to him the laws of his country? Then you may check the careering winds or stay the lightning with a song. No. Ambitious men must be restrained by the public morality: when they rise up to do evil, they must find themselves standing alone. Morality rests on religion. If you destroy the foundation, the superstructure must fall.

Our duty as citizens is not a solitary one. It is connected with all the duties that belong to us as men. The civil, the social, the Christian virtues are requisite to render us worthy the continuation of that government which is the freest on earth. Americans, you are the most privileged people that the sun shines on. The salutary influences of your climate are inferior to the salutary influences of your laws. Your soil, rich to a proverb, is less rich than your Constitution. 

Amidst these profuse blessings of nature and of Providence, beware! Standing in this place, sacred to truth, I dare not undertake to assure you that your liberties and your happiness may not be lost. Men are subject to men’s misfortunes. If an angel should be winged from Heaven, on an errand of mercy to our country, the first accents that would glow on his lips would be, "Beware! be cautious! you have everything to lose; you have nothing to gain." 

We live under the only government that ever existed which was framed by the unrestrained and deliberate consultations of the people. Miracles do not cluster. That which has happened but once in six thousand years cannot be expected to happen often. Such a government, once gone, might leave a void, to be filled, for ages, with revolution and tumult, riot and despotism. 

The history of the world is before us. Nations should diligently keep their eye on the nations that have gone before them. They should mark and avoid their errors, not travel on heedlessly in the path of danger and of death while the bones of their perished predecessors whiten around them."

A half-century later, Senator Webster rephrased the idea even more explicitly:

"Hold on, my friends, to the Constitution and to the Republic for which it stands. Miracles do not cluster and what has happened once in 6,000 years may not happen again. Hold on to the Constitution, for if the American Constitution should fail, there will be anarchy throughout the world."

Webster was echoed by Senator Henry Cabot Lodge, Sr. during the original League of Nations (U.N.) Debate, August 12, 1919:


Against a Century of Sedition

"...  I will go as far as anyone in world service, but the first step to world service is the maintenance of the United States.

I have always loved one flag and I cannot share that devotion with a mongrel banner created for a League.

You may call me selfish if you will, conservative or reactionary, or use any other harsh adjective you see fit to apply, but an American I was born, an American I have remained all my life. I can never be anything else but an American, and I must think of the United States first, and when I think of the United States first in an arrangement like this I am thinking of what is best for the world, for if the United States fails, the best hopes of mankind fail with it. I have never had but one allegiance — I cannot divide it now. I have loved but one flag and I cannot share that devotion and give affection to the mongrel banner invented for a league [now the UN].

The United States is the world's best hope, but if you fetter her in the interests and quarrels of other nations, if you tangle her in the intrigues of Europe, you will destroy her power for good and endanger her very existence. Leave her to march freely through the centuries to come as in the years that have gone. Strong, generous, and confident, she has nobly served mankind. Beware how you trifle with your marvelous inheritance, this great land of ordered liberty, for if we stumble and fall freedom and civilization everywhere will go down in ruin." .......

Portland Police Bob Day cries [for the criminals, not their victims] at a press conference after having to affirm that DHS was correct in stating that the illegal Venezuelan migrants accused of trying to run down Border Patrol have ties to Tren de Aragua. 

Chief Day admitted that he hesitated to share the truth with the public. On Jan. 8, Border Patrol non-fatally shot a man and a woman in east Portland after they allegedly tried to run down agents in a red pickup truck following a targeted stop. Internal communications about the incident, which was inaccurately blamed on ICE, were leaked to PDX ICE Watch by a Multnomah County first responder. 

The entire city and state leadership, all run by Democrats, organized an emergency press conference to condemn the federal agents, reject DHS' statement and to express support with the violent suspects, who they called the "victims." Local and national media also misled the public about the shooting. A mob showed up to try to attack the ICE facility, leading to six arrests.
The police chief cries over the death of the Narrative. His first impulse is to lie to the public, whom he regards as racists who cannot handle the truth. Even as he reluctantly spits out the tawdry facts through gritted teeth, he makes excuses for the Tren de Obama terrorists and traffickers, having internalized the Left's suicidal Guilt Narrative.

It wasn't always thus:

It's hard to argue the points of Constitutional Law once you realize a Rogue Government has tried to murder you with a Virus, murder you with a Vaxx, murder you with Riots, murder you with a Crime Wave, murder your Elections and murder your President. 

Nonetheless, we are on the other side of the page now, praise God! And while we must never forget, and especially never forget that the Body of Christ has power over the Government and not vice versa, we need to make those cases anew.

Government is an idea from Heaven (believe it or not!) and our Founding Documents were inspired by God.

Violence in the streets, rebellious officials targeting federal authorities, law enforcement refusing to enforce laws, dirty cabal judges subverting the Rule of Law–all the requirements are being met.

Article 1, Section 9, Clause 2: Habeas Corpus

The Privilege of the Writ of Habeas Corpus shall not be suspended, unless when in Cases of Rebellion or Invasion the public Safety may require it.

Article IV, Section 4:

The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the [State] Legislature, or of the [State] Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.

You cannot have a Republican Form of Government without Honest Elections.

Nor does this Clause contemplate the State Legislature and Governor approving of an Invasion and domestic Violence, which in Minnesota and elsewhere, they do.

But this Statute does:

10 USC Ch. 13: INSURRECTION

§252. Use of militia and armed forces to enforce Federal authority

Whenever the President considers that unlawful obstructions, combinations, or assemblages, or rebellion against the authority of the United States, make it impracticable to enforce the laws of the United States in any State by the ordinary course of judicial proceedings, he may call into Federal service such of the militia of any State, and use such of the armed forces, as he considers necessary to enforce those laws or to suppress the rebellion.

Q: On what legal basis does declaring Sanctuary from Federal Immigration Law differ from declaring  Sanctuary from Federal Environmental, Civil Rights or Tax Laws?

A: None. If one is legal, all are legal.

President Trump is enforcing the Laws that were passed by Congresses and signed by presidents. 

The Soros Rent-a-Mobs are demanding their way or violence, but they could not convince Americans to pass the laws as they want them. So they resort to Brute Force, the Law of the Jungle. To prevent this bloodthirsty Mob Rule is the very reason we adopted the Rule of Law in the first place.

It is worth remembering that Democrats controlled all three branches for a time under both Barack Obama and Barack Obiden. They could have repealed the laws that President Trump is enforcing--but they didn't. (They even had Republican collaborators like Lankford and McConnell, trying to pass unneeded "Immigration Reform" that would have codified the Invasion forever.)

Instead, they simply claimed Biden could ignore, defy and rewrite the laws at will.

They lacked the guts to honestly change the laws because it would have cost them some seats. So they took the coward's way out. Or more accurately, the tyrant's way out, simply cancelling the Rule of Law.

You bitch about our citizenship Laws to the point of Civil War, yet you are too gutless to change them when you have the opportunity because it would expose you as the Globalist Traitors that you are. Pathetic.

And now their entire Child-Trafficking. Election-Stealing, Treasury-Looting Crime Syndicate is crashing down on their ears.

If they persist in this Civilizational Wrecking, the Insurrection Act is in order. In fact, it's long overdue, really.

How does their saying go, 'they must be crushed so their kind never rises again'?
