“… Like a lot of these feverish bouts of Police State Railroadings temporary insanity, it faded to the point where Democrat judges are questioning some of the hysterical rhetoric under which Tina Peters was convicted and sentenced.
"Judges also raised concerns that Peters’ sentence — more than 8 years in the Colorado Department of Corrections — was harsh in a way that infringed on her First Amendment rights. Judges zeroed in on language at the sentencing by 21st Judicial District Court Judge Matthew Barrett wherein he called her a “charlatan” and said she was peddling “snake oil.”
Judge Craig Welling questioned why Peters was barred from making arguments about the election during trial but those claims were brought up during sentencing.
“My concern is that it did substantially inform the sentence that was imposed, and that creates some constitutional problems. And you don’t get to ride both horses,” Welling said.
“He can’t sentence her more because he doesn’t agree with what she’s saying,” said Judge Tow.
“The court cannot punish her for her First Amendment rights,” Appeals Judge Craig Welling said.
The three judges all expressed concern about District Court Judge Matthew Barrett’s statements during Peters’ sentencing. He called her a “charlatan” and said she posed a danger to the community for spreading lies about voting and undermining the democratic process. “My read of the (sentencing) transcript is that the judge considered that, and it went into the calculation of the sentence,” Welling said. “And that’s a First Amendment problem.”
He added that the issue “fundamentally calls into question the fairness of the sentence.” …….”
The judges also found that Tina was charged with a misdemeanor but convicted of a felony, which added years to her sentence for noticing that Soros Machine stole Colorado from President Trump–and more importantly, from Colorado’s voters.

10 U.S. Code § 253 – Interference with State and Federal law:
The President, by using the militia or the armed forces, or both, or by any other means, shall take such measures as he considers necessary to suppress, in a State, any insurrection, domestic violence, unlawful combination, or conspiracy, if it—
(1)so hinders the execution of the laws of that State, and of the United States within the State, that any part or class of its people is deprived of a right, privilege, immunity, or protection named in the Constitution and secured by law, and the constituted authorities of that State are unable, fail, or refuse to protect that right, privilege, or immunity, or to give that protection; or
(2)opposes or obstructs the execution of the laws of the United States or impedes the course of justice under those laws.
In any situation covered by clause (1), the State shall be considered to have denied the equal protection of the laws secured by the Constitution.
PDT found that Sanctuary Laws were an illegal form of Insurrection, banning them after New Years because if Federal Immigration Law is optional, then all Federal Laws are optional.
These statements by Walz are all Gorilla Dust to avoid or mitigate prosecution. His trying to play Goody Grandpa while seditiously conducting these riots.
Walz, Ellison and Frey are neck-deep in the $omali Corruption. Also, they are all in a state of Sanctuary Insurrection, which kicked in on New Years. In addition, Walz has committed Treason with China for years. And he’s looking at Murder One for Rep. Melissa Hortman’s Mob Hit.
Politically and legally speaking, he’s a walking dead man and blaming the President will not save him. It’s almost like they don’t know PDT.
The Insurrection Codes are not just for Sanctuary Insurrection. This part of 10 U.S. Code § 253 is interesting:
“… that any part or class of its people is deprived of a right, privilege, immunity, or protection named in the Constitution and secured by law, and the constituted authorities of that State are unable, fail, or refuse to protect that right, privilege, or immunity, or to give that protection;”
Let’s say a state, we’ll call it, say, ‘Kolorado’, is denying its citizens the Right of Honest Elections, which is arguably the most fundamental Civil Right we possess. All else is Tyranny.
They are denying our sacred Right to Rule Ourselves through Voting Machine Fraud, Mail-In Fraud, Fake Registrations and malicious prosecution of honest election officials, among other means.
That Tyranny qualifies all such Criminal Regimes for the Insurrection Act, too.
