I strongly urge everyone interested to READ THE ENTIRE LETTER to understand why I shared prior warnings about the nonsense ramblings of perhaps well-intentioned voices who will create problems for this case against Brennan if it is to continue.
Pay attention to the footnotes being cited by Brennan’s lawyers, as they begin to pull in some of the commentary by voices who have publicly given opinion about the overall Trump targeting operation. Mike Davis’ name appears frequently in this letter, as the Brennan defense team begins to frame the conspiratorial nature of some claims against their client.
In essence, the Brennan legal team are attempting to refute the evidence, by pointing to the blanket of some crazy commentary that covers it. This is exactly what I have been cautioning about {SEE HERE}. ...
Wainstein and Brennan have made a significant strategic mistake by detailing their defenses, specifically by framing the background context of prior investigative authorities in their positions. What they have inadvertently done, for Jason Quiñones, is to give a potential expanded witness list for a conspiracy review.
With information from a mountain of previous research, Quiñones can now call ancillary actors to testify as to the nature of their participation, based on the storyline of Brennan. Wainstein even cited the Robert Mueller investigation as part of his defense for his client. ,,,
Former DNI James Clapper, former NSA Director Mike Rogers, former National Security Advisor Susan Rice and former counterintelligence officers could all be questioned based on Brennan’s defense.
All of the Brennan defense citations in the letter open up pathways for Quinones questioning." .....
It seems like Brennan is throwing the entire Establishment under the bus, a phrase synonymous with the rancid Obama Junta he served.
Hoping to find protection in the Herd, he is simultaneously threatening the Herd: “Pull out all the stops to protect me–or perish with me.”

"I actually find their appeal to the Chief Justice of the District Court to be extraordinarily weak. I see no compelling argument whatsoever as to why this letter is appropriate or merits any consideration. Mr Brennan finds himself at the very beginning of the process.
His counsel has presented no reason as to why the Chief should want to involve herself and undermine another judge before anything has even happened, unless the chief judge is a willing and active political participant in the ongoing judicial coup, alongside Boasberg and Beryl Howell. No charges have been returned, or even leaked yet. No mention in this letter of “conspiracy,” or the jurisdiction precedence deriving from (now known to be) knowingly illegal Mar-A-Lago raid, which immediately obviates the counter arguments on jurisdiction.
Judge Cannon isn’t their primary issue. The facts are, along with the actions of the illegitimate Biden government WH and DOJ, which created this exposure outside of their protected jurisdiction AND created an opening into the illegal activities extending back beyond the usual statute of limitations. Brennan’s first political act was to vote for Commie Gus Hall, a man too Stalinist for the Soviet Russians.
However, it qualified him to join the CIA. As Station Chief in Riyadh, he helped the Brotherhood bomb the Khobar Towers, for which he was promoted to Tenant’s chief of staff. After retiring, he formed the Analytics Company.
It was there he broke into the State Dept.’s computers on three different occasions to access Obama’s and McCain’s birth certificates, perhaps altering them. When this was discovered, Obama at first blamed BushHitler. When it was found to be Brennan, it was swept under the rug. It is possible that Brennan was just trying to help Obama. It is also possible he blackmailed him for the Director’s job.
Brennan blamed an overzealous employee who soon woke up dead.
When Sen. Feinstein’s committee was investigating waterboarding, Brennan broke into her Senate computers the Way the Framers Intended(tm) and threatened to arrest her staffers. He was caught and forced to make a meaningless apology instead of facing charges.
After that, he helped overthrow America voters and President Trump, and even wished to have him arrested for making a joke, here:

Loose cannon Rob Reiner was supposed to have dinner with the Obamas, but ends up stabbed to death by his own Trans-psycho child. His Coup partners, former CIA Director Brennan and the DNI Clapper are then named as targets.
What could be more normal?
When the idealistic young Bernie supporter Seth Rich could no longer stomach the ClintonStench, he leaked Hillary's Emails to Julian Assange. She wanted to kill Assange but had to settle for stealing years of his life, rotting away in captivity.
After the Lynch Tarmac Meeting, she had Seth Rich shot in the back--but not robbed. That was her message: "This is not street crime, but what happens to people who inform on me."
Then she had CrowdStrike manufacture her an alibi for Rich's death by blaming the Russians for her Email leak. She even used her own shooting of Seth to call for more Gun Control instead of Clinton Control.
I mention all that to say this; Hillary had Seth invited to a DNC party at a local bar. That was how he was located and targeted walking home.
I think the Obama dinner party was meant to keep Reiner located also.
