Anybody remember “Disparate Impact”?

That’s the legal theory that says a policy that is neutral on its face is still discriminatory if it has an unequal impact on certain groups.

That’s what Trans Sports does. Male divers don’t care if Rosie O’Donnell shows up for the High Dive. Well, except for the visuals. Their careers and rewards are not threatened in the least by trans policy. But for women, it’s very different. When some guy in a Givenchy Evening Speedo wants to cheat in the women’s events, it steals a lifetime of work from those women.

You gals worked your asses off to get women’s sports to where they are today–only to give it up without a whimper as soon as some biological male demanded it.

Women athletes folded faster than Ilhan Omar accepting a marriage proposal from her brother/father/cousin/warlord.

Women’s Sports are now just another division of Big Penis.

Which only proves the point; women are obviously too wimpy to deserve their own leagues, trophies, records and facilities. Woke Democrats are right. Those things should be taken from females if a male says so.

At the rate its going, males will someday own every trophy in America, both men’s and women’s. But if you gals want, you can go over there in the corner and play hopscotch or something.

And since you’re not doing anything important, could you go in the kitchen and make me a sammitch?
