If the Framers and the People had desired a 60-vote Supermajority Quorum just to pass laws, we would have put it in the Constitution with all the other Supermajority Clauses. (Same for the illegal Super-Minority Blue Slip Scam.)

Despite all the flowery language meant to hide the truth, this anti-Constitutional Monstrosity is being used, not to protect a 40-vote Minority, but to protect the corrupt interests of the Epstein Class of self-dealing senators and dirty Congressmen above the Rights of the American People.

These uncircumcised Philistines have no Fear of the Lord. But they DO fear the People. That is, the Will of the People, as expressed through Honest Elections. That would put an abrupt halt to their entire Criminal Enterprise and send their House of Marked Cards crashing to the ground.

2 Why is Your clothing red? Why is Your clothing like his who crushes the grapes?
