The Ninth Circuit's Courthouse Coup: "Turn That Battleship Around--We're In Control Here!"

Liberals lost the election, so now they're going to try to win it in the courts. The state attorneys generals from all the Hillary states have joined the suit. If they have standing, then everybody has standing in every court case because "politics affects us all". They mean to have Open Borders, wreck Trump and foment insurrection.

California is threatening to declare as a Sanctuary State, exempt from federal law. And threatening that Californians will not pay federal taxes if defunded.

News Flash, California: If you get your own Sanctuary State foreign policy and tax-free zones, I want Sanctuary States for Traditional Marriage and from all federal regulations. The tax-thing sounds interesting, though.

Coupled with the historically disgraceful assault on the American cabinet process, this is all a slow-rolling coup, a banana republic power grab by Democrat losers, meant to deny President Trump the full authority of the Executive Branch.

This lawless judicial assault on the Constitution is a Separation of Powers issue. Trump cannot cede the Executive Branch's legitimate Constitutional and statutory power over immigration and national security to the Judicial Branch.

If this continues, there will be a Judicially-Induced Constitutional Crisis.

"So-called" Judge Admiral Sergeant James Robart:

"How many arrests have there been of foreign nationals for those seven countries since 9/11? Let me tell you: The answer to that is none, as best I can tell. So, I mean, you're here arguing on behalf  of someone that says: 'We have to protect the United States from these individuals coming from these countries', and there's no support for that."

Actually, there have been dozens and dozens of attacks, arrests and convictions--but that's irrelevant. What's stunning is that the "judge" is substituting his national security judgment for that of the Commander-in-Chief. Wow.

Some of the hack judges on the Ninth also asked the same question, trying on their new Banana Democracy-uniforms for size.

From the Bench:

"Bailiff, the Iranians are moving their missiles around--quick; send them more visas!"

"The U.S.S. Cole is going to Yemen? Has Yemen ever invaded us? Let me tell you; the answer to that is 'no'; Turn that battleship around!"

"Counselor, the Somali government can't even travel safely outside their own offices in the capital city. We should reward that kind of dedication to the bureaucracy with a pile of visas."

"If it pleases the Court, and it seems to, ISIS captured the passport printers in Syria and Iraq. That shows the initiative which we need here in America. Come on in, everybody!"

"Enemy troops are pouring over the borders, Your Honors; perhaps we could schedule opening statements before Labor Day. No? How 'bout Christmas?"

If Donald Trump demanded to sit in on court cases, the judges would howl, and rightly so. Yet these judges are demanding a seat on the Joint Chiefs.

No. Hell, no.

If the Courts try to run our wars, they're going to start one. It wouldn't be the first time, either.

When a conservative judge tells you something is not in the Constitution, you are still free to convince your neighbors, elect your candidates, pass your legislation or amend the Constitution.

But when liberals can't win at the ballot box, they use judges to claim their views are already in the Constitution and impose them on their neighbors undemocratically. It's one thing to accept a bad law honestly enacted. But its hard to take a bad law decreed by subterfuge.

Some have tried to compare this to Obama's executive orders being struck down by courts. But Trump's are in agreement with legislation, not in defiance. That's why Obama said 22 times he lacked the power to repeal law and enact his own one-man legislation, before he said "Screw it!" and did it anyway.

This court action is just another way to nullify the choices the People made in their election, because Democrats hate democracy unless its the One-Party kind with them in charge.
