The National Security aspect is as clear as an Oldsmobile parked on an Ohio freshman's chest.

The Separation of Powers is the bigger issue. These judges are essentially ordering a battleship to turn around in mid-course as if they were presidents.

But there is an even bigger issue.

They are also trying to invent and insert into the Constitution a Constitutional Right for every foreigner in the world to enter America.

This is not law. It is the opposite of law. It's one other thing, too: War.

They've declared it. Now let's see if they can bear it.
