The Mueller Meltdown: Flynn Sentencing Is Delayed As the Wheels Are Coming Off

Would You Like a Secret Court to Go With Your Secret Police, Sir?

As usual, sundance at Conservative Treehouse is on it:

Robert Mueller Requests Postponement of General Mike Flynn Sentencing…

…Special Counsel Robert Mueller now asks for postponement of sentencing.

Both parties did not ‘request‘ a postponement; both parties ‘agreed‘ to a postponement.  The motive for the request (Mueller) is entirely divergent from, yet complimentary to, the motive to agree to the request (Flynn).

This is all beginning to go backwards.

It is not coincidental that Brandon L Van Grack is the signatory to the delay request by Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s request to the new Judge, Emmet G Sullivan.

If, as has been reported, Inspector General Michael Horowitz now has evidence the FBI manipulated their FD-302 (interrogation and questioning) documents, as also admitted by FBI agent Peter Strzok in related matters regarding Clinton… and those manipulated or falsified FBI 302’s (containing FBI investigative notes of Michael Flynn’s questioning during the January 2017 interview), were used in the actual Flynn charging documents.

Well, then the underlying evidence presented to the initial judge, Ruben Contreras, in the December 1st plea hearing, were materially misrepresented.

With the IG exposing falsified and manipulative investigative practices by the FBI, Mueller would have no alternative but to throw the brakes on.  This whole thing is turning into a sh*t-show of epic proportions. EARLIER WE DISCUSSED

It is my belief, based on mounting evidence, a specific cast of characters -within the Mueller “Russia Election Interference” probe- were placed there to protect the people behind the FBI’s 2016 counterintelligence operation against Trump.".......

Yeah--mine, too.

Hindraker at Powerline: The FBI Has “Grave Concerns”? So Do I

The Associated Press headlines: “FBI clashes with Trump, has ‘grave concerns’ on Russia memo.” I’m so old, I can remember when liberals were in favor of revealing corruption in institutions like the FBI. Those days, of course, are long gone.
In a remarkably public clash of wills with the White House, the FBI declared Wednesday it has “grave concerns” about the accuracy of a classified memo on the Russia election investigation that President Donald Trump wants released.
Yeah, well, you know what? I have grave concerns about the politicization of the Department of Justice and the FBI under the Obama administration, which I have been writing about since 2010.

Professional Liars-UPDATE: It's hilarious to watch the #VeryFakeMedia shills who leaked anything and everything they were spoon-fed by the Deep State (including President Trump's phone calls) suddenly arguing that the public simply must not see the Memo. It's too dangerous!

Which is just another spoon-fed meme they're regurgitating on cue.

Another one of their tricks on prominent display:

Everything is couched in terms of "Republicans charged" or "Trump says". That is, even though they supposedly have tons of crack fact-finders on their staffs, they can't tell you if a thing is true or not, only that "Republicans said". That is a way to dismiss it all as mere partisan politics.

That's why they're the Pros!

It seems Chistopher Wray has sided with the previous Directors of the Federal Bureau of Whatever Hillary Wants. That's too bad.

PJM: "Chairman Nunes issued the following statement Wednesday in response to the FBI's statement Wednesday "slamming" the FISA abuse memo:

“Having stonewalled Congress’ demands for information for nearly a year, it’s no surprise to see the FBI and DOJ issue spurious objections to allowing the American people to see information related to surveillance abuses at these agencies. The FBI is intimately familiar with ‘material omissions’ with respect to their presentations to both Congress and the courts, and they are welcome to make public, to the greatest extent possible, all the information they have on these abuses. Regardless, it’s clear that top officials used unverified information in a court document to fuel a counter-intelligence investigation during an American political campaign. Once the truth gets out, we can begin taking steps to ensure our intelligence agencies and courts are never misused like this again.”".......

sundance again:

Thus we see the historic nature of corruption within what has taken place.  The intelligence apparatus of the United States Justice Department, via the DOJ and FBI was weaponized against the person running to hold executive authority over the United States Justice Department; and the misuse of the offices within the DOJ and FBI continued after the election – as the same officials sought to eliminate the person who holds ultimate accountability and authority over them.
The U.S. corporate media has been working overtime trying to cloud this structural reality by attempting to create, out of loincloth, some non-existent separation of authority between the Office of the President and the U.S. Justice Department.

The Executive Branch did not create the DOJ or FBI, the Legislative Branch did.  However, when the legislative branch created those entities – they placed them directly under the Executive Branch.  President Trump is the Chief Executive and he can reform any agency under his executive authority. Period.
