Gitmo, Where You Can Kill 3,000 Americans and Get a Pardon and a Movie Deal

The Good News: Obama is sending reinforcements to Afghanistan!
The Bad News: From Gitmo.

Hey--the Taliban need regular troop rotation, too!

"Where's my agent? Get me my agent!"
Fox News: Nearly half of remaining Guantanamo detainees slated for transfer

Senator Kelly Ayotte is pushing back against this madness calculated Muslim Brotherhood action.

Trapped in an Afghan firefight? Don't worry; help is on the way!
For the other team.
Here's a slobbering love letter from the New York Times to one detainee who will be escaping in this presidentially-scheduled prison break:

"A Guantánamo Bay detainee whose memoir recounting abuse by American interrogators became a best-seller last year has been recommended for transfer out of the wartime prison, the military disclosed on Wednesday.

The detainee, Mohamedou Ould Slahi, 45, is a Mauritanian and the author of “Guantánamo Diary,” which he wrote by hand at the prison in 2005.

His lawyers fought for years with the government for permission to publish the book. It finally appeared in bookstores in January 2015 — with many redactions — sold briskly, and has since been optioned for a movie." ...

He returned to Germany and later crossed paths with one of the accused plotters of the 9/11 attacks. Mr. Slahi was back in Mauritania by the time of those attacks, and he was arrested and sent to Jordan, which later transferred him to the United States. ...

When Mr. Slahi’s memoir was published, Mark Danner wrote in The New York Times Sunday Book Review that it was “the most profound account yet written of what it is like to be” collateral damage from the American response to the 2001 attacks.".......................

Wow, we really are a horrible country, abusing this precious little darling. He's a sensitive artist. He writes best-selling books--"by hand"!

You know what else he does? Well, if you go to the link the Times provides, you'll learn he's a Muslim Brotherhood member who helped planned the Millennium Attacks at LAX from the al Qaida cell he established in Montreal. He also bombed the Djerba Synagogue in Tunisia killing 23 tourists.

And did I mention Slahi personally helped bin Laden, and was Khalid Sheik Mohammed's contact man?

Oh, yeah; when the Times says "he crossed paths with one of the 'accused' plotters", that kinda' understates it: "...[H]e recruited four of the September 2001 conspirators from the renowned Hamburg Germany cell. They include Mohammed Atta, Marwan al Shehhi, and Ziad Jarrah, the suicide pilots of American Airlines Flight 11, United Airlines Flight 175, and United Airlines Flight 93."

The Times makes it sound like Slahi passed by them at a shopping mall. I won't even go into the drug smuggling, the counterfeiting, the terror funding through Islamic charities, etc. After all, he's a best selling author--"by hand"!

So for Mohamedou Slahi's murder of 3,000 Americans, he'll get about two weeks in prison for each murder.

And a best-seller.

And a movie deal.

And a presidential pardon.

And his own personal fluffer at the New York Times.

It's fantastic when you think about it; 15 years ago, Slahi and his gang flattened New York's biggest buildings and killed 3,000 of these New York journalists' friends and neighbors.

Yet they portray him as the victim. They fawn over him, they minimize his crimes and they blame-shift for him. It's almost as if he were a Democrat presidential candidate. It's a Cultural Death Wish--which is fine with a 7th-Century Death Cult.

Life sure is good for terrorists in Obamerica today.

Hell, let's give him the Medal of Honor and let him sit behind Hillary at one of her rallies...Stronger Together!(tm!)

And then there's this: "An ex-Guantanamo prisoner who vanished this summer in Uruguay has been arrested in Venezuela, easing concerns that the avowed jihadist was planning to attack the Olympic Games in Brazil."

Which means the broken-down, dumpster-dining Communist rat-bastards in Venezuela have a tougher Gitmo detainee policy than Obama.

By the way, I'm up for an Olympic Medal this year; I think I have a real shot at Best Time in the Fast-Forwarding Through Bob Costas-event. Sometimes, I just want to reach out and smack him.

"by hand!"
"This is your captain speaking. First, I would like to thank the N.Y. Times best-selling author who hired me, Mr. Mohamedou Slahi..."

Excited customers rush to get their copy of 'Guantánamo Diary'!

"Say, did you know 'Guantánamo Diary' is the most profound account yet written of what it is like to be collateral damage from the American response to the 2001 attacks?"
I heard they're selling like...pancakes.

Better hold out for script approval, Mohamedou.
