NIH's Wuhan Studios Presents: "Coronablanca", starring Tony Fauci as Capt. Louie Renault SPACE-UPDATE: Et Tu, NASA?

But First, Our Newsreel:
"Capitaine Louis Renault"
(Artist: S. Herbert)
FBI, May 14, 2020:

“Dr. Qing Wang is being charged with false claims and wire fraud related to more than $3.6 million in grant funding that Dr. Wang and his research group at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation received from the National Institutes of Health (NIH).

Agents from the Federal Bureau of Investigation, along with the United States Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Inspector General, conducted law enforcement activity…“This is not a case of simple omission,” said FBI Cleveland Special Agent in Charge Eric B. Smith. “Dr. Wang deliberately failed to disclose his Chinese grants and foreign positions and even engaged in a pervasive pattern of fraud to avoid criminal culpability. The collective efforts of the FBI, HHS-OIG, and Cleveland Clinic officials demonstrate our commitment to hold those like Dr. Wang accountable.”

“As alleged in the complaint, this defendant misled the National Institutes of Health about support he received and research he conducted in the People’s Republic of China,” …
According to the criminal complaint, Dr. Wang knowingly failed to disclose to NIH that he held an affiliation and the position of dean of the College of Life Sciences and Technology at the Huazhong University of Science and Technology and received multiple grants from the National Natural Science Foundation of China for some of the same scientific research funded by the NIH grant. As a result, Dr. Wang’s false representations and promises led NIH to approve and fund grants to Dr. Wang and his research group at Cleveland.

It is also alleged Dr. Wang participated in the Thousand Talents Program… This also occurred at the time Dr. Wang was receiving NIH grant funds yet failed to disclose this affiliation to the NIH. This case was investigated by the Cleveland Division of the FBI, the United States Department of Health and Human Services…”

What did you learn from that statement? Here’s what I learned:

“THE NIH DIDN’T KNOW ANYTHING! WE HAD NO IDEA THIS GUY WAS A CHINESE AGENT! DON’T BLAME THE NIH!”

They said it a half-dozen times. It seems to be the real purpose of the press release.

If Fauci’s agency was funding the Wuhan Bat-Lab in China for $8 million and counting, why would they have any problem at all funding a Chinese researcher/spy here in America? As far as anyone can tell, the NIH is in business with China.

This seems more like Capt. Renault’s round-up of the Usual Suspects. "I’m shocked, shocked, there is gambling going on with the lives and health of the American people–and with their own money!"

I don't believe them either, Louie. I think the NIH needs to roll up these Chinese agents before Americans realize they were allowed to operate freely for years--and with Fauci-Funding!

I'm glad the FBI is finally arresting Chinese spies instead of Aunt Becky, but I think the FBI and certainly the NIH knew exactly who he was and what he was doing. This is all because Chy-Na got caught.
Col. Strasser: "See what I mean? If Trump's presence at a rally can inspire this demonstration what more will his presence in Coronablanca bring on? Shutter the churches and empty the jails!"
Capt. Renault: "Don't you remember? We already did that last month even before the first sneeze!"
Col. Strasser: "Yes--and it vas wunderbar! But I advise that this place be shut up at once."
Capt. Renault: "But everybody's having a good time. "
Col. Strasser: "Yes, much too good a time. The country is to be closed."
Capt. Renault: "But I have no excuse to close it."
Col. Strasser: "Find one."
Capt. Renault: "Everybody is to social distance immediately. This country is closed until further notice. Clear the beaches at once!"

Rick Blaine: "How can you close America up? On what grounds?"
Capt. Renault: "I'm shocked … shocked to find that gambling is going on in here."
Croupier: "Your winnings, sir. Also your patent royalties, vaccine stock options and Chinese investments."
Capt. Renault: "Oh, thank you … very much. Everybody home at once!"

Capt. Renault: "Chairman Xi has been caught red-handed. Round up the usual researchers!"
Pvt. Vindman: "Yes, sir! At once, sir! Will that be all, sir?"
Capt. Renault: "No--cancel school until Nov. 4th and ask Nanzi when the Hearings start."

THE END.

"How do you get popcorn in here?"
SPACE--UPDATE: NASA: “NASA Administrator Jim Bridenstine named Douglas Loverro as the agency’s new associate administrator for the Human Exploration and Operations Mission Directorate on Wed., Oct. 16, 2019. For three decades, Loverro was in the Department of Defense and the National Reconnaissance Office developing, managing, and establishing national policy for the full range of national security space activities. From 2013 to 2017, Loverro served as the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Space Policy.”...….

Loverro just quit, mysteriously citing a “professional risk” he took that didn’t involve NASA employees.

On Tucker Carlson, Trace Gallagher listed eight professors arrested recently for being Chinese spies. Some had contracts with Fauci’s NIH. The NIH claims it had no idea they were spies. I don’t believe them. Fauci was funding Chinese government agents in Wuhan–why would he object to funding them in America?

Some of those professor-spies also had NASA contracts. Did Loverro approve those grants?

Someone did. Why is our Perma-Blob Bureaucracy unable to distinguish friend from foe any longer? DOes it have something to do with the fact that Obama allowed China to steal--or buy--or maybe it was a gift-- the  personnel files of every single government employee at the OPM?

CSO: "In April of 2015, IT staffers within the United States Office of Personnel Management (OPM), the agency that manages the government's civilian workforce, discovered that some of its personnel files had been hacked. Among the sensitive data that was exfiltrated were millions of SF-86 forms, which contain extremely personal information gathered in background checks for people seeking government security clearances, along with records of millions of people's fingerprints. The OPM breach led to a Congressional investigation and the resignation of top OPM executives, and its full implications—for national security, and for the privacy of those whose records were stolen—are still not entirely clear."
Does that explain why bureaucrats keep giving contracts and grants to our adversaries? All those professors were hired by Democrat faculties. And all the bureaucrats who gave them grants were Obama Democrats, too.
