Her name is Lindsey Graham–but we can’t hold that against her. 

In fact, we should all know her name just like we know Rosa Parks’. Lindsey Graham of Salem, Oregon is standing up for all of us just like Mrs. Parks of Tuskegee, Alabama sat down for all of us.

The Control State have decided to make an example out of her. Every single level of government is coming after her–Federal, State, County and City.

OSHA, who has no goddam business enforcing temporary state decrees, has come down on her like a ton of bricks. President Trump needs to have a little chat with Labor Secretary Elaine Chao stat. That's not what we have an OSHA for.

State and local authorities have also threatened her lease at Glamor Salon and the occupational licenses of her and all her sub-contractors--FOREVER.

Most chilling of all, the State of Oregon sent around a Political Compliance Officer from Child Protective Services to have a private chat with her kids.

That is Stone-Cold Gestapo-ism. If that’s not the Civil Rights Crime of Abuse Under Color of Authority, then just take the law off the books. CPS is there to protect helpless children, not a political tool to coerce the political submission of helpless parents, especially when a grubby power-mad governor is hell-bent on keeping the state in Permanent Slave-status for money and power.

And even more so when the helpless refuse to be helpless any longer.

All for the crime of wanting to earn an honest living. No wonder the politicians are threatened.

Where the hell is Bob Barr’s Civil Rights Division? What the hell do they do all day to justify their lavish paychecks and bonuses?

Gov. Kate Brown is pulling the same one-two state and local punch Gov. George Wallace and Bull Connor used on black people in Alabama. Except the Eisenhower Administration said no. But here, the Feds are in on it, too.

This is your New Jim Crow. Call it Jim Corona.

Citizen Lindsey Graham and History are calling out to President Trump, Attorney General Barr and Secretary Chao-McConnell, to her fellow Oregonians--and to us.

"Many U.S. states are acting like the early 1980’s and the imposition of Martial law in Poland to target the Solidarity movement. ...

Just before the authoritarian state in Poland collapsed there was a rapid movement for the citizens to take to the streets in defiance of state control. I remember watching with great enthusiasm as I saw a very determined Pole shout on television:

…”we take to the streets and today we realize, there are more of us than them”…

Fast forward more than thirty years later and those glorious voices are prescient. The power of the government comes from the people; or as we say in the U.S. “from the consent of the governed.” Thus the underlying principle behind our defiance.

If the people will lead, the politicians are forced to follow:

If one person refuses to comply, government can and as we have witnessed arrest them. However, if tens of thousands rebuke these unconstitutional decrees, there isn’t a damn thing government can do to stop it…. and they know it.

If one barber shop opens, the owner becomes a target.  However, if every barber shop and beauty salon in town opens… there is absolutely nothing the government can do about it.

If one restaurant and/or bar opens, the state can target the owner.  But if every bar and restaurant in town opens; and if everyone ignores  and dispatches the silly dictates of the local, regional or state officials… there isn’t a damned thing they can do about it.

The power of the local, regional or state authority comes from the expressed consent of the people.  As soon as the majority of people deny that consent, those officials and state authoritarians lose all of their power.  Yes, it really is that simple."...….

Polish Solidarity is also a great analogy for this time. It was disappointing to learn recently that Lech Walesa was a government informant, but that’s just what happens in those situations. Look at how many Americans and American institutions have been similarly revealed in the light of day by President Donald Truth Serum. Even today, Poland has to maintain her vigilance against the Old Guard. So do we all.

A few similarities:

We’re experiencing the Medical State. The Poles had Soviet Psychiatry.

They had State-Run Media where reporters were forced to lie. We have Deep State Media who are Volunteer Liars. They don't have to lie--they just like it. And they’re backed up by Volunteer Censors in the Big Tech Monopolies. It is a historical irony, but in many ways, the Soviet sphere had a more honest press than we do today in America.

The guards finally got tired of defending something which they could no longer remember why they were guarding in the first place. For all the travail we’re still seeing, I think we’re winning. I think people’s eyes are opening and old assumptions are being discarded–even assumptions perhaps made unconsciously. We are winning hearts and minds. They are losing. As some guy once said:

"What the cynics fail to understand is that the ground has shifted beneath them, that the stale political arguments that have consumed us for so long no longer apply." 

So true.

Americans are being fundamentally transformed, after all--back into Americans.

As Jefferson put it in his last letter to Roger C. Weightman in 1826, “All eyes are opened, or opening, to the rights of man. The general spread of the light of science has already laid open to every view. The palpable truth, that the mass of mankind has not been born with saddles on their backs, nor a favored few booted and spurred, ready to ride them legitimately, by the grace of God.”

Update:Just now a local Bellmawr Police Lieutenant walked up to front door& owner of Atilis Gym&said “You’re all in violation of Governor’s executive order. That being said stay safe&have a nice day.” And walked away&crowd of supporters let out a loud cheer ⁦@FOX29philly⁩
